Haltech Platinum Sport 2000 ECU
If you are in the market for a standalone ecu and want the absolute best bang for the money here it is. Virtually has all the options of a 5K Motec.. Not a bad way to spend under $2000! Fully programmable, user definable outputs and inputs, CAN BUS communication to RACE PACK DASH, offered as just ECU or sold with long flying lead harness. What is that? That means you get to make your engine harness from scratch and have all new wires for your application. can do sequential injection and spark up to 8 cylinders, so those of you going full blown V8 swap here it is. The Haltech Platinum Sport 2000 has 14 channels capable of controlling injection and ignition duties, it is capable of supporting most modern engines (including 3 rotor engines) with multi-coil or conventional distributor ignition systems as well as aftermarket CDI systems.
It is also capable of controlling sequential injection on 4, 6, 8, 10, & 12 cylinder engines, direct fire ignition for engines up to 6 cylinders, or wasted spark ignition on engines up to 12 cylinders.
