Not everyone is looking for big power numbers and a whole turbo kit upgrade for their car. This affordable option is great for anyone wanting a simple upgraded turbo that is capable of 540 HP at the crank with supporting mods! Plus, it looks completely stock from the outside!
How does it work? You send in your factory 1JZGTE VVTi single turbo. We upgrade the compressor wheel, turbine wheel, CHRA, and machine the housings for the bigger wheels, plus a 360 degree thrust bearing is installed. The wastegate also gets ported to 30mm for better flow. Then the turbo is precision balanced and ready to be installed! Also includes a 1 year warranty.
Keep in mind when selecting wastegate pressure that you can always go higher with a boost controller, but you cant go lower than the diaphragm is set for. If youre in an area with 91 octane, your best bet is to stick with the 14 psi wastegate. Ideally the 18 psi one is for cars with aftermarket ECUs, flex fuel, etc. Choose at your own risk!
