XAT Racing Oversized Valves non-VVTi Lexus 1UZ Intake and Exhaust Valves

XAT Racing exclusive! 1989-1997 1UZFE owners are no longer left out when it comes to upgraded valves! We now supply a full set of 32 oversized valves (16 intake, 16 exhaust) for non VVTi 1UZ engines. Intake valves are 34mm, exhaust 29mm, but we can make to your desired sizes. Pictures shown are of an actual set made for an early non-VVTi 1UZ customer that is looking to push some big HP numbers. Full stainless steel construction with a swirl polished finish for the best available fitment and performance factor for you, the valued XAT Racing customer.
These valves come in a complete kit of 16 intake and 16 exhaust valves for one engine. Please note these are custom ordered parts. We do not typically stock a set of them, so expect 3-5 weeks wait time roughly for availability. These have 6mm valve stems and are not for the VVTi engines. We have other options for anything 1998 and newer.

We have been offering these for a few years now with superb results! These are not simply overpriced regrinds of stock cams. There are machined from new billet cores with a proprietary material!
These cams are for anyone looking to get the most out of their Tundra, Sequoia, LX570, GX460, Land Cruiser, etc. with the 3URFE, 3URFBE, or 1URFE engines.
If you've already done basic mods like intake, exhaust, and tune, this is the logical next step for you to have some noticeable gains, however you can expect to need at least an upgraded valvetrain to run these. We cannot confirm fitment with the LS460 and GS460 car 1UR-FSE engines. DO NOT expect them to drop in without modifications. We DO make 1URFSE specific cams as well
For the manufacturing process, we start with proprietary cast iron billets, CNC machine the lobes, and finish off with double heat treatment, 5160 induction hardening, and Tufftriding.
Pictured is one set from the actual run of UR cams made!! We try to keep a set in stock, as these are low production numbers. Once they leave, there may be a few weeks wait time before we get more in.

Once again XAT Racing is filling the gaps in the TOYOTA V8 market with another custom product made exclusively for all 98+ TOYOTA UZ series V8 engines! When building a high horsepower engine, a good focus is on the durability factor of the parts used to complete the engine. The engine's intake and exhaust valves are one of these areas needing to be more robust and/or improved upon when building sustainable power. XAT has one again teamed up with industry giant MANLEY to bring our new 1UZ vvti, 2UZ, 2UZ vvti, and 3UZ Stainless Steel valve kit to market! These valves are available in stock size, .5mm oversized, as well as 1mm oversized. Full stainless steel construction with a swirl polished finish for the best available fitment and performance factor for you, the valued XAT Racing customer.

Every engine gets hand built to order. Not everyone has the same goals or budget in mind, so we have built everything from mild to wild!
You will need to send us your engine, or we can supply a core.
Our "base" engine build handles 800 HP reliably, but we do have a variety of options that you should also consider. If you're not sure if you want them, keep in mind that it's much easier to spend a few extra bucks while we have it and it's apart, than it is to go back in later and add these parts!
Base build includes fully assembled engine, ready to drop in:
- Eagle ESP rods, optionally BC ARP2000 rods
- JE or CP pistons for high compression N/A or low compression boost
- All new timing parts (belt, tensioner, pulley, water pump)
- ACL rod/main bearings, OEM thrust washer
- Block honing with torque plate
- Hot tanked engine
- XAT modified high performance oil pump
- Ported intake/exhaust ports
- Valve job
- ARP head studs
- ARP main studs
- Heads bolted to block, timing set
- Valve lash set with shims
- New valve stem seals
- New valve locks/keepers
Every engine shipping from us also gets crated in ISPM 15 certified wood crates for international shipment. Your investment needs to be protected, and this is included in the build price

Why isn't everyone running a 3UR?! After tearing one down and analyzing the engine top to bottom, we've really come to appreciate the level of engineering that has gone into these engines. It's no wonder they were made for over 15 years! We feel they're extremely underrated, and they also respond especially well to supercharging.
XAT has been building 3URs and developing new parts for years for customers worldwide. We also are excited to build more and more of these for boost, as our daily driven Whipple supercharged Tundra has become an entirely different beast with forced induction.

STAGE 1: 270°/268° cams to suit Gen 2 B58 engine with bolt on intake, exhaust and turbo upgrades. For an engine producing around 550-750hp running a 58-68mm turbo. Still maintains full use of Valvetronic and Double VANOS for good throttle response and wide power band. Must have valve spring upgrade
STAGE 2: 285°/280° stage 2 racing cams for professionally built BMW Gen 2 B58 engine making 750hp-1000hp. Turbo sizing 62-72mm. Great with aftermarket intake plenums. Still can maintain full use of Valvetronic and Double VANOS. Can run Valvetronic locked in full open position when using an aftermarket throttle body. Must have valve spring upgrade.
STAGE 3: 288° Stage 3 drag racing cams for professionally built B58 Gen 2 engines making 1200hp+. Turbo sizing 72mm+ on high boost. Fuel type ethanol blend or methanol. Must use aftermarket high flow plenum with a throttle body conversion. Recommend locking the Valvetronic system at 100% swing. Must have valve spring upgrade.
Optional, but required: High performance progressively wound PACALOY™ beehive valve spring and Titanium Retainer Kit. This kit was engineered to match our camshafts for ultimate quality performance and reliability.

This is a full set of Super Tech +1.5mm oversize valves for all VVTi UZ engine heads and all 2UZ heads, both intake and exhaust. For those looking to squeeze the most out of their Toyota/Lexus UZ V8, we have you covered! Please note these do not fit the 1989-1997 1UZ Heads
Features:
☼ The microhardness is higher than the stainless steel base material, keeping good ductility beneath the hard nitrided layer (microhardness is 800HV minimum)
☼ Surface finish is smoother than with chromed stems, having less friction between stem and guide.
☼ Valve seat surface is harder with the nitrided layer, lasting longer with lead free fuels, alcohols, nitro or other "explosive" mixes. Matches any kind of seats (nodular iron seats, steel powder metal seats, hard aluminum-copper seats or beryllium copper seats).
☼ Higher rpm's engines take full advantage of all previous features. The higher the engine speed the bigger the power loss due to internal engine friction! The black nitride layer reduces this power loss due to less valve-guide friction.
☼The nitrided layer is adhered to the base material at a microscopic level, so does not "flake" or brake when the valves bend due to impacts with the pistons.
☼ The Black Nitride applies to the whole valve while the chrome coating is only applied to the stem.
☼ All valves are swirl polished, have stem undercut and a hardened tip
