Powerhouse Racing has now introduced their first full billet power steering tank. This tank is a beautiful product that will look great in any engine bay! Cap and bottom of tank are anodized black, and the cap is etched with the PHR logo. Fittings are also anodized black to give a great contrasting look. Made from solid 6061 aluminum.

Comes with mounting tabs which are removable, or you can bolt on your own brackets to fit your application.

The return fitting is is a -6AN which can be replaced if ever damaged or can be swapped for different types of fittings for best use in your application. (The tank body is -6 ORB)

The outlet (bottom) fitting is a -10AN which can be which can be replaced if ever damaged or can be swapped for different types of fittings for best use in your application. (The tank body is -10 ORB)

The cap features an o-ring seal and spring boss to keep the filter in place.

The tank features a stainless filter that is fully serviceable and keeps debris and contaminants out of your power steering system to help avoid premature wear of the pump or steering rack. The filter can be removed easily by unthreading the bottom of the tank. You can purchase replacement filters from Powerhouse Racing or XAT Racing.

The OEM timing belt tensioner brackets are prone to cracking and breakage in high RPM/high HP applications. This is a well known problem, especially with higher lift cams, which turn our beloved 2JZs into interference engines!

When doing any boost install to the Lexus IS300 or GS300, one must take absolute consideration of the limits of the engine, fuel system, engine management and operating environment, before you find yourself with a blown-up engine.

There is much discussion on how much power the stock fuel system, engine management system, etc., the engine can handle. It is our "base" experience that on the factory small fuel injectors you can run about 285 RWHPsafely. Safely would be defined as injector duty cycle limit not exceeding 85% with an air fuel ratio under boost of 11.5 to 12.0 to 1 on good quality premium unleaded fuel. I know people have made 375rwhp on factory injectors, but this number is our opinion of "not safe", not everyone's.

Not every customer requires the complete Stage 1.5 Accessory Kit, and frankly, some just want to swap their IS300 from the returnless factory style fuel system to the "required" Return Fuel System, which is a must for any boosted application in the IS300. Without this, you cannot successfully install a proper fuel pressure regulator.

I said all that, to say this. We have this Fuel System Set-up Package which converts your factory fuel system to a return style fuel system. All parts are in this kit. Figure an afternoon to do the install for an experienced mechanic.

These are beautifully CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum with a 70A Durometer rubber cushion separating the two ends. You're going to shed a tear hiding this away in your engine bay.

Mount is serviceable meaning you can inspect and replace the rubber cushions inside. These can be purchased from PHR separately.

Price includes both mounts for both sides! THE SUPRA VERSION IS DESIGNED AROUND THE S1 (EARLY MODEL) ENGINE BRACKETS** SC300 and Late Model Supra Brackets (97+) will not work. If you have a 97+ Supra or any year SC300, you will need the billet mount brackets as well. The factory cast mount brackets have been discontinued.

If you're doing a manual transmission swap on your JZS160 chassis, you're going to need one of these. It's the only readily available clutch pedal that's even close to a bolt in for the JZS160 chassis.

The GS300 never came with a clutch pedal, so there's no provisions for fitment already built into the car. You will need to drill 3 holes in the firewall and relocate some wiring under the dash for the pedal to mount up and fit.

The main bracket is formed 1/8" steel and the hanging pedal arm is 1/4" steel on a 12mm pivot. We've also provided all the bolting hardware for the clutch mount and the master cylinder hook ups. The base kit does NOT include the clutch master cylinder. Please note our manual transmission conversions require a 3/4" master cylinder. The optional master cylinder for this kit is a 5/8"

Made in the USA! We at XAT have developed an intermediary brake kit that slots just below the LS460 big brake kit that we sell! As we've discovered, the LS460 brake kit combo requires a minimum of 18" wheel, and some 18"s also will not fit. It's easy to recognize the fast growing popularity of JDM vehicles we grew up loving now being imported, as we have a hand in doing that as well!

This BBK is specifically designed to use MkIV Supra TT rotors, meaning you only need 17" wheels to clear these brakes, giving an extra option for those looking to keep with period correct wheels and wheel sizes. Although we dont have a complete list of every wheel this kit will fit, if you suspect the LS460 kit may be too big for you, this is a terrific alternative, using OEM quality and Wilwood brand parts!

The steering arm and caliper may need to be modified on your setup to fit this brake kit, depending on application, if youre not using an angle kit. This had to be done on our zenki '89-92 UCF10 Celsior to fit, as well as our '96 Crown JZS155. Expect similar requirements on X90s and early X100s, likely on GS/Aristo as well. We have provided pictures of where we had to modify the caliper to fit.

Because of poor fitment of other manifold options on the market, we decided to develop a new exhaust manifold specifically for our JZS155 hardtop Crowns! This manifold puts the turbo in just the right position to not interfere with the throttle Y-pipe that goes over the engine, so you can retain the stock intake manifold still. Larger turbo setups may require further modifications, which you can expect with larger turbo setups anyways.

Wastegate piping is included, however the base manifold does leave off the flange for you to weld the matching flange for your wastegate. We also keep in stock flanges for the most popular wastegates, so we can include and/or weld that up for you!

For too long IS300 and GS300 owners have had to come up with compromises in fuel systems. PHR tackles this problem with the Triple Walbro 485 fuel pump hanger.

With integrated billet high flow jet pump (siphon valve), this is the complete solution for fitting these pumps in the IS300 or GS300 fuel tanks. No hacking stock parts to try to keep from running out of fuel at 1/4 tank.

We have also added the option to add the fuel pressure regulator, fittings for OEM fuel rail fitment, and a feed/return hose kit with AN hose ends for the hanger and rail. Perfect fitment, tons of R&D hours. Attaches directly to the OEM factory tank.

All the PHR kits come with MILITARY GRADE coated wires specifically for fuel submersion. We sourced and tested these long term at great personal expense. This was actually the single hardest part for us to come by and solve the issue of fuel soak in cheaper wire some were having.

When it comes to spark plug wires, NGK is the biggest and best in the industry. Normal recommended replacement is 60,000 miles, so get the strongest spark on your engine. Pick up gas mileage, power, and a healthier throttle response with this easy service replacement.

Please make sure you select the correct engine fitment from the dropdown menu. If you have a distributor on your engine, you will need the non-VVTi option.

Pictures show the RWD K17 type caliper being used. The AWD N18 caliper has the same bolt pattern, but the caliper sits taller on the rotor. As such, the N18 version will not work with the IS-F rotor. You'll need to stick to the K17 type.

In our continuing support of Lexus performance products and the UZ platform, we have finished this set of ZINC CHROMATED brackets to mount LS460 / LS600h or LS500 brake calipers to any GS300, GS400, GS430, SC430, and many others!

These brackets are ideal for those DIYers that are looking for an inexpensive option for brake upgrades. You keep your factory brake lines in this bolt-on solution; all you need is a set of front 2007-2018 LS460, LS460L, LS600h, or even the new 2019+ LS500 fixed 4 piston brake calipers, LS460 fitment pads, and a set of 2008-2014 IS-F 14" rotors!

Although the roll center adjusters aren't mandatory, they provide a bolt on solution. You do not have to run them, though if you do not, you may need to modify the mounting hardware. They will improve the suspension geometry on lowered cars at any rate, so we highly recommend them.

Please note that the LS460 does NOT use 5x114.3 rotors, so you will NOT be able to bolt on the LS460 rotor. We do not have fitment confirmation on the larger LS460 F-Sport 6 piston Brembo brakes, though they may also fit when used with larger rotors

Additionally, you will most likely need 18" wheels to fit over these. The only 18s we have found to not fit so far are some Enkei RPF1s. We cannot make any promises on what else will not fit, however every other 18" wheel we have tried does fit over these brakes, including factory X-Runner wheels, Enkei NT03+, G35 Rays wheels, etc.

Pauter Billet 4340 X-Beam Connecting rods for the Toyota/Lexus infamous 1JZ or 2JZ engines are precision CNC-machined from the finest 4340 forgings available. Each rod is heat-treated to Rockwell C36 and then full-coverage shotpeened. The rods are then end to end balanced in sets and then final sized on the big and small ends. Each rod comes standard with ARP 2000 bolts rated at 220,000 psi tensile strength and aluminum-bronze wrist pin bushing. Each set comes complete with (6) rods and (12) rod bolts. Fresh, OEM set of iridium spark plugs for your 2JZ or 1JZ VVTi with wasted spark ignition coils!

If your car is running rough, it's likely the spark plugs havent been touched in a while. These are direct drop in factory replacement Denso iridium plugs.

We strongly recommend replacing the spark plug wires at the same time. The coilpack connectors are also likely brittle as well, so they might crumble as youre trying to disassemble them.

When looking for a Limited Slip Differential  XAT Racing always goes with Active Tracking Service - better known as ATS or even Carbonetics.  These LSD kits are available in 1.5 way or 2 way operation. Silent when taking tight corners so none of the metal on metal CLUNK CLUNK of many of the other brands of LSD kits.

Important - it is very important to monitor the differential oil temperature to keep it under 150 C degree (302 F). Continued driving with the differential temperature above that point might cause the carbon chips peeled off.

These are the BRAND NEW OEM TOYOTA rubber seals for under your valve covers. Sold in a set of 2, for 1 complete engine.

Don't forget the rubber washers for the valve cover bolts! The earlier engines also sealed up around the bolt heads using rubber washers, so you'll want to replace those at the same time. Newer engines did not have these

We have done it again! Since 2009 XAT has worked to bring into service the much desired 4-piece metal head gasket for the 2JZGTE engine with a true STOPPER layer. As you know the factory 2JZ head gasket is quite robust, but there is nothing that holds boost like the STOPPER designs. The problem has always been that GReddy and HKS had a lock on this market and could charge what they want! We've been using this gasket in every 2JZ engine we've build for over a decade

NOT ANY LONGER! We have available immediately modern 4-Layer Metal Head Gaskets 1.3mm thick with the proven STOPPER layer at an affordable price, and NOT made in an Asian country!

Explanation for the difference between the 3-layer version, and this 4-layer, and the advantages. The 4 layer version allows for thinner layers, far improving heat dissipation as there are more layers to absorb the heat. Rigidity, durability and thermal transfer characteristics far exceed standard MLS head gaskets.

How does the STOPPER layer work? The stainless steel .015mm thick STOPPER layer features a precision "fold" which encircles the cylinders creating an additional load point for the combustion chambers. In English??? The STOPPER layers STOPS combustion gasses from escaping in the best means possible, period!

What about the top and bottom layers? They are active control layers are micro-embosses pre-coated steel that micro-seal engine fluids at the most disciplined level possible.

The center layer? Made out of steel, precision manufactured with the main purpose to set an accurate overall thickness tolerance for the entire gasket. This ensures even distribution of pressure in the most accurate means possible.
