This service includes modifying both heads, not just one side. You get a full port job, 5 angle valve job, cylinder head inspection, and the heads get hot tanked for a proper cleaning. We offer this service for all UZ engines, VVTi or non. Regardless of what chassis your engine is out of, we service them all! LS400, LS430, GS400, GS430, SC400, SC430, Land Cruiser, Tundra, Sequoia, GX470, LX470, etc.
Please keep in mind that your heads will likely require extra work: heads will typically need to be decked, valve lash needs to be set (we can do this, will need your cams), and you may need other parts replaced such as valve guides. We will keep in touch with you during this process and let you know what your setup needs.
For the 1UZ non-VVTi engines from 89-97:
We offer a spring and titanium retainer kit using Brian Crower parts. We also can get custom valves that are +1mm oversized and use a shimless bucket to adjust the valves after installation.
For the 1UZ VVTi, all 2UZ, and all 3UZ engines from 1998-2013:

XAT Racing/ MANLEY Stainless Steel swirl polished valves are offered in stock or 1mm oversize sizes for our build process.
You cannot define every possibility in a single description or for all applications, but 'generally' speaking, what we provide with our Street Cylinder Head Refresh package is great for up to 8,000RPM, more RPM would be possible with proper optional valve train.
In reality, no matter what purpose/intended use of your build, you will benefit! The truth is unless you are building a 1300HP+ drag car, you can pretty much eliminate any serious deep cylinder head porting. You simply do not gain enough volumetric efficiency by hogging out a ton of metal in the heads, unless you are running a silly-high lift custom cam.
