    The Link G4X StormX ECU is the latest version of Link's trusty, mid-sized standalone ECU. With eight injector and eight ignition drives, it allows sequential injection and direct spark on engines with up to eight cylinders or four rotors. The StormX has all the upgrades of the AtomX and MonsoonX but offers more advanced tuning features like a built in Trigger Oscilloscope, Stepper Motor Idle Control, Rotary Oil Metering Pump Control, Onboard Knock Control, Open and Closed Loop Boost Control plus most Motorsport features including Full Gear Shift Control, Antilag and Launch Control.   • Metal UZ Head Gaskets MLS Multi Layer Steel, 1UZ 2UZ or 3UZ

    In most cases, we recommend 1.3mm head gaskets on 1UZ/3UZ (1.0mm on 2UZ), and if you are running custom compression aftermarket forged pistons. If you are keeping the stock pistons and looking to lower the compression ratio for more boost, we recommend a thicker head gasket such as 2mm. This is for BOTH head gaskets. We use factory OEM head gaskets when possible.

    The 1UZ version of the head gaskets is specifically for the non-VVTi engine and does not surround the oil port going to the VVTi solenoids


    Please keep in mind some sizes are exclusively made to order nowadays and will have a 1-2+ month wait time. The OEM head gaskets are more readily available.

    Cometic Head Gaskets are developed with the performance enthusiast in mind. With so many individual requirements for each engine, Cometic offers a number of options to suit your specific build and needs.

    The Cometic MLS gasket is comprised of three layers of Stainless Steel. Cometic uses Stainless steel for increased strength, its ability to rebound, and corrosion resistance. The outer layers of the gasket are embossed and coated on both sides with a flouroelastomer rubber based material (Viton) designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions and surface finishes. The Viton coating is heat resistant to 2500C or 4820F.

    The center or shim layer of the gasket is comprised of an uncoated Stainless Steel layer, which can be varied to accommodate multiple thickness requirements. The MLS gasket is ideal for both aluminum heads to cast iron blocks and aluminum heads to aluminum blocks.

    The composition of MLS will also withstand the shearing forces created by aluminum heads on cast iron blocks. No re-torque is necessary. By design the MLS gasket promotes an even torque load across the sealing surface allowing for measurable reduced bore distortion.

    C4136 and C4137 offer a standard bore size of 92.5mm. C4211 and C4212 offer a standard bore size of 98mm

    For anyone that has purchased our plate elsewhere and not received hardware, broken, or misplaced it, we keep all of it in stock here ready to ship out!

    The kit includes zinc-chromate and black oxide finish hardware, because it looks cool and resists corrosion well. Includes all hardware needed to bolt the transmission adapter plate to the transmission case (replacing the front bearing retainer), the hardware to bolt the transmission bellhousing to the adapter plate (including double redundancy nuts for the back), and 2 small allen screws to hold down the hydraulic throw out bearing.

    Should you ever do something as silly as a twin disc clutch on your W or R kit, we've also revised our design to be able to use a quill tube, in which case the 2 small set screws would be used to keep this mounted in place.

    Please note depending on your application (including Century) you may need to cut off the extra mounting tab. This tab was added on later engines and serves no purpose on many applications.

  • XAT UZ Pulleys 1UZ 2UZ 3UZ Billet Aluminum Pulley Kit Set


    NOW IN STOCK, READY TO SHIP!

    The initial test batch has been finalized, mounted, and confirmed for fitment! The display pieces are natural silver, but the finished product will be anodized black or anodized clear (silver). 

    Assorted UZ engines use different pulleys depending on generation and chassis, but any pulleys that arent a direct replacement for your setup are easily fixed.

    Full set of pulleys weigh just 2 lbs and 6 oz! Depending on your application, that's a savings of 1 lb 6 oz over stock!

    Included pulleys, one of each:

    • Power steering: this should fit all UZ engines, however some UZ V8s do not have serviceable power steering pump pulleys. They are pressed on instead of retained with a nut on the front. If you intend on using the XAT pulley, you will have to swap out your power steering pump for one with the retaining nut on the front. Please note that the diameter of your original pulley may be different from the XAT pulley supplied, which is factory 3UZ size, and may be preferable for your application to have it overdriven or underdriven slightly at any rate.
    • Tensioner idler: fits UZ VVTi engines. Slightly different from 1UZ non-VVTi engines, so you may need a 3UZ serpentine tensioner pulley bracket. The VVTi serpentine tensioner fits the non-VVTi engine without issue, however the non-VVTi timing cover that goes over it will need slight trimming if you go this route
    • Alternator: This will fit all 1UZ non VVTi, 1UZ VVTi, 2UZ, and 3UZ engines
    • Hydrofan bracket idler: Likely different from other UZ engines such as 1UZ VVTi
    • Upper idler: fits all 98+ UZs, including 1UZ VVTi, 2UZ, and 3UZ engines

    Some pulleys might fit your engine just fine but end up being a slightly different size/diameter. This may also change which sized belt you will need, so please keep that in mind when installing.

    For example, the Celsior non-VVTi engines (both UCF10 and UCF20) DO use a smaller diameter power steering pulley than the USDM American LS400. This would spin the pully faster and "overdrive" it. For drift, race and motorsport applications, we recommend the larger diameter pulley to underdrive it slightly.

    The Celsior non-VVTi power steering pulley is the same as the American spec SC400 one.

  • XAT Racing 1GZ V12 Billet CD009 Adapter Plate for 1GZFE to Nissan 6 Speed

    When we took a look at the previous generation of adapter plates, all we could see was room for improvement and higher quality. We wanted a plate that would mount PERFECTLY with zero slop. It needed to look good and perform even better. DON'T get stuck with an overvalued, sloppy plate that ends up costing you input shafts and has poor fitment. You can go with a less expensive alternative and end up with broken parts, or you can do it right the first time with us! No complaints with over 5 years of service.

    This billet aluminum adapter plate reuses your factory 4 speed auto 1GZ bellhousing (1997-2004). It will require you to cut off the CD009 bellhousing, which gives MUCH more room to work with in most chassis. Alignment of the input shaft becomes dependent on this plate and not the quality of the bell housing cut, so worry not! This isn't like other kits out there. NO additional hardware/starter modification is required!

    2005-2017 bellhousings will not fit with this adapter. Although the GR-to-CD009 adapter plate we offer would bolt up, the thickness spacing is still wrong

    Regardless of which clutch you use, you will need to use the Quarter Master throw out bearing. 

    With single disc clutch setups, this kit is designed to use our custom flywheel that uses off the shelf "Z32 turbo" (89-96 Nissan 300ZX twin turbo) clutches, which are inexpensive, readily available, and hold power well. 

    Please see the listing below for the flywheel needed. Please note that with a single disc clutch, this requires a proprietary flywheel. OUR "OEM STYLE" AND "LIGHTWEIGHT" XAT FLYWHEELS WILL NOT WORK WITH THIS TRANSMISSION. You will need the specific CD009 flywheel made for this application.

    The twin disc setups include their own flywheel, but will also need a ring gear for the starter (the OEM auto flex plate)

    Included with base purchase on this listing:

    • Adapter plate with hardware to install
    • Quill tube for mounting the hydraulic throw out bearing
    • Pilot bushing adapter, with bushing installed

This will fit all versions of this transmission: CD001, CD003, CD005, CD008, CD009, JK41A, JK41B, JK40C, 1EA0A, and 1EA0B from the 2003-2008 Nissan 350Z/Fairlady Z, 2009-2020 370Z, Skyline V35 and V36 non-GTR sedan and coupe, and Infiniti G35 and G37 

    Our products are CAD designed with OEM blocks and transmissions on professional equipment by industry professionals. No bad measurements, no flame cuts, no warped discs, no nonsense. You should be using a 3/4" master cylinder in tandem with the TOB we use.

    This is the missing link for doing the 1GZFE swap, or simply adding a manual transmission to your already badass Toyota Century. Our CNC process for manufacturing the plate results in an extremely precise adapter plate, laser tight tolerances, and a focus on quality that has yielded a product that will produce less wear on the transmission and clutch. The adapter kits come with the needed pilot adapter and bushing as well. This is the tried and true kit from XAT Racing, except no imitations when it comes to Toyota V12 1GZs. Sorry, V12 not included.

    You can also use the less expensive RAM throw out bearing with this kit, however we do not support it. You will need to drill and tap the plate at your own risk to mount one.

    Looking to delete that power steering pump and go electric? We've got you covered! These are custom made, in house designed, machined in the USA (as all of our products are), and ready to go.

    Included is the billet piece and the pulley. This will bolt up to your factory power steering mount bracket. The size of the pulley is the same as the top idler pulley. Depending on what else you may be doing, you may need to use a different belt size. Best way to check size needed is to use a piece of string to route around and measure the length needed.

    This will fit all UZ engines, VVTi or non. We keep the factory oil pump in stock, so we can typically ship out a modded pump next business day!

    Higher horsepower means more oil demand. When you're running twice or three times the stock power output, you absolutely have to be sure your engine is getting lubricated everywhere it needs to! Especially if you have an aftermarket oil cooler to keep oil temps down!

    What does XAT do to bring you options for a better oil pump? We take a brand new OEM 98+ Toyota pump, remove all hard edges, radius all corners, enlarge the front main seal drain, and shim the pressure relief valve to give more max PSI. Make sure you get a quality oil pump for your engine, from the professionals at XAT!

    In the pictures, you can clearly see some the upgrades we have made. Check out pictures where you can see the oil pressure relief piston polished for smoother operation, and more consistent oil pressures.

    There's plenty we do to greatly improve the oil flow without trying to "reinvent" the stock setup! The factory oil pump works well for factory applications, but there's clearly plenty of room for improvement, as we show here.

    As it turns out, not all UZ power steering pulleys are the same! Some of them are not serviceable. Additionally, the 98+ (VVTi and all 2UZ engines) use a different style pulley from the earlier cars.

    Please note some UZ V8s come with a fixed, press on pulley to their power steering pump. If you have one of these, you will need to swap your power steering pump for one that has a hex nut retained serviceable pulley. We strongly recommend checking what you have before ordering, and feel free to reach out to us with any questions. They are otherwise interchangeable and not too difficult to source!

    Drop in, plug-n-play, rebuilt OEM Toyota 150 amp alternator to fit your UZ! Fits all UZ engines, and bolts right in without any modifications. Please note that some UZs have the connector in a different location, so you will need to verify your application has the connector that comes straight back out of the back of the alternator, and not plug in on top with a 90* angle.

    These use a 4 pin connector, but we include the plug-n-play adapter with every order, so no extra work required! 100% ready to go

    This alternator also has an extra mounting rib that newer UZ engines added, however this is not required for mounting, does not get in the way, and does not need to be machined off in most cases. Some fitments will require this

    Please note this adapter harness only works on UZ engines with the oval style connector. If you have the round connector, you will have to rewire your harness for this to work, which is fairly straightforward since it's only 3 wires. 

    You will also need to verify that your plug is in the same position as the picture on your application. Some applications do not have room behind the alternator itself to plug in, and instead have the plug radially mounted instead of axial mounted. We do not currently have a replacement option for that. There may also be a slight wait time for the OEM version. We may need to substitute a different brand instead.     The core features CNC machined end tanks that seal to the inside of the manifold using nitrile o-rings and secured to the body using 2 x M8 fasteners.

    Toyota and Magnusson left a bit of room to improve when developing the TRD blower kit for the 2UZ 4.7 V8. We now offer service to port match the blower's top plate to the lower runners! We also get rid of all the high and low spots internally, clean up the casting, and smooth it out well. Sometimes there's slight inconsistency between these, so our hand port work will give you an advantage of extra HP without having to switch tunes, pulley sizes, injectors, etc.

    We are offering this as a service, meaning you will need to ship us your blower and intake manifold. This price does NOT INCLUDE ANY PARTS. You will need to provide us with those parts, and we will fix them up for you.

    We can provide a UPS label for you to ship to us. Price of this will depend on location. Please inquire with an address and we can get you set up!

    This service includes modifying both heads, not just one side. You get a full port job, 5 angle valve job, cylinder head inspection, and the heads get hot tanked for a proper cleaning. We offer this service for all UZ engines, VVTi or non. Regardless of what chassis your engine is out of, we service them all! LS400, LS430, GS400, GS430, SC400, SC430, Land Cruiser, Tundra, Sequoia, GX470, LX470, etc.

    Please keep in mind that your heads will likely require extra work: heads will typically need to be decked, valve lash needs to be set (we can do this, will need your cams), and you may need other parts replaced such as valve guides. We will keep in touch with you during this process and let you know what your setup needs.

    For the 1UZ non-VVTi engines from 89-97:
    We offer a spring and titanium retainer kit using Brian Crower parts. We also can get custom valves that are +1mm oversized and use a shimless bucket to adjust the valves after installation.

    For the 1UZ VVTi, all 2UZ, and all 3UZ engines from 1998-2013:
    We offer a spring and titanium retainer kit using SuperTech parts.

    XAT Racing/ MANLEY Stainless Steel swirl polished valves are offered in stock or 1mm oversize sizes for our build process, as well as brand new Ferrea valve lock keepers

    You cannot define every possibility in a single description or for all applications, but 'generally' speaking, what we provide with our Street Cylinder Head Refresh package is great for up to 8,000RPM, more RPM would be possible with proper optional valve train.

    In reality, no matter what purpose/intended use of your build, you will benefit! The truth is unless you are building a 1300HP+ drag car, you can pretty much eliminate any serious deep cylinder head porting. You simply do not gain enough volumetric efficiency by hogging out a ton of metal in the heads, unless you are running a silly-high lift custom cam.

  • XAT 1UZ DIY Turbo Manifolds Block Hugger Log Schedule 40 Headers 2UZ 3UZ

    Anyone looking to turn their UZ V8 into something EXTREME should strongly consider a turbo setup! The biggest issue with "1UZ turbo kits" (or any UZ turbo kit) is chassis fitment. With every car and truck having different clearances, there's not a "one size fits all" turbo kit. Intake and exhaust piping will be unique to each setup.

    Fortunately we have a solution to help get you started! You'll need to finish the rest of the plumbing on your chassis with the engine and turbo(s) mounted. Base headers are left open so you can either weld turns/transitions or your own flange. Optionally, we can weld 44mm v-band flanges to the end, so all you need to do is figure out the rest of the piping.

    With this setup, you can mount the headers on either side. They are fully reversible! The most common solution is to run a single or twin turbos up front with the manifolds pointing forward. Remote mount turbos are also an option.

    • 12 Injection, 8 Ignition and 4 multi-purpose (inj, ign, aux) drives (24 total)

    G5 Voodoo Pro can run up to:

    • V12 or six rotors with sequential injection and direct spark, or
    • V8 with staged injection and direct spark.

    Staged injection (where you run two individual injectors per cylinder) is great for applications that require lots of fuel, such as high horsepower Drag Cars, and is becoming more common in other motorsports and street use.

    The G5 Voodoo Pro can run staged port injection and direct injection (DI). Having the 24 drives allows you to add supplementary port injectors to a DI engine to supply more fuel to reach your power goals or to prevent carbon deposit build up on your intake valves. Any left-over drives can be used as auxiliary outputs.

    Direct Injection (DI) on up to 12 injection drives

    The G5 Voodoo Pro is a cost-effective solution to opening up the world of both Port and Direct Injection. The G5 Voodoo Pro is capable of controlling Direct Injection on up to twelve injection drives, and requires an external OEM or aftermarket DI driver box. The G5 Voodoo Pro can run up to two DI fuel pumps using unused injection or ignition drives.

    Built in Wi-fi

    Built-in Wi-Fi means you don’t need to be physically connected to the ECU, or even in the vehicle or on the same side of the pit wall to pull logs and make changes. This means no more fighting through the roll cage and digging under the dash to find the ECU, before trying to plug in the cable while not breaking any pins.

    Multiple G5 Voodoo Pro ECUs can be set-up on the same Wi-Fi network allowing you to switch seamlessly!

    Built-in Global Positioning System (GPS)
    Link’s high accuracy, high frequency GPS allows you to log position, ground speed and UTC time for data analysis at 50 times a second using Link’s Sensor fusion augmented GPS Technology.

    This can be used for coaching, especially when connected to a driver analytics tool like MyRaceLab. It also allows you to be creative around setting up features or functions against position, real time or GPS speed.

    And Link’s GPS can operate as a vehicle speed sensor for vehicles that don’t have one, giving you an accurate ground speed, such as some race cars or boats. It can be used to easily calibrate wheel speed and to compare wheel and ground speed to determine if tire slip is occurring.

    With Dead Reckoning, Link's GPS will continue to calculate position when GPS lock is lost such as in a tunnel, garage or dense bush.

    For those that need more electricity than our 150 amp option can provide, we have teamed up with JS Alternators to offer these custom made to order options! Even better, theyre plug and play, no adapter wiring needed!

    JS Alternators also requires their universal Big 3 wiring kit, or otherwise similar wiring upgrades in addition to the factory wiring in order to handle the higher output. The big 3 Wiring upgrade is an ADDITION to your factory wiring.
    All factory connections need to remain connected. For protection, it is recommended to add an in line fuse to the positive wire. All grounds must be cleaned to bare metal and properly secured.

    Big 3 wires are 1/0 gauge pure copper cables. 1 positive to connect from the positive stud on the alternator to the positive battery terminal. Other 2 ground wires go from the alternator mount bolt to frame/chassis, and negative on the battery to frame/chassis.

    Most JS Alternators are custom built to order and typically take 5-15 business days to be built and shipped. All JS alternators have a lifetime warranty on labor, and 1 year warranty on parts.

    Hairpin units are commonly called 6 phase. They produce more output at idle and are more efficient than a conventional alternator. JS Alternators hairpin units feature premium bearings to withstand high engine rpm and utilize dual plate rectifier with 12 heavy duty diodes for improved cooling. Hairpin Units are a more reliable alternator to withstand high heat, high demand for car audio, marine, and racing applications.

  • XAT Racing 1UZ V8 Billet CD009 Adapter Plate for 1UZFE to Nissan 6 Speed 2UZ 3UZ

    Made in the USA! When we took a look at the previous generation of adapter plates, all we could see was room for improvement and higher quality. We wanted a plate that would mount PERFECTLY with zero slop. It needed to look good and perform even better. DON'T get stuck with an overvalued, sloppy plate that ends up costing you input shafts and has poor fitment. You can go with a less expensive alternative and end up with broken parts, or you can do it right the first time with us! No complaints with over 5 years of service.

    This billet aluminum adapter plate reuses your factory 4 speed or 5 speed auto UZ bellhousing (1990-2004). It will require you to cut off the CD009 bellhousing, which gives MUCH more room to work with in most chassis. Alignment of the input shaft becomes dependent on this plate and not the quality of the bell housing cut, so worry not! This isn't like other kits out there. NO additional hardware/starter modification is required!

    2005+ 6 speed auto bellhousings will not fit with this adapter. 

    Regardless of which clutch you use, you will need to use the Quarter Master throw out bearing. 

    With single disc clutch setups, this kit is designed to use our custom flywheel that uses off the shelf "Z32 turbo" (89-96 Nissan 300ZX twin turbo) clutches, which are inexpensive, readily available, and hold power well. 

    Please see the listing below for the flywheel needed. Please note that with a single disc clutch, this requires a proprietary flywheel. OUR "OEM STYLE" AND "LIGHTWEIGHT" XAT FLYWHEELS WILL NOT WORK WITH THIS TRANSMISSION. You will need the specific CD009 flywheel made for this application.

    The twin disc setups include their own flywheel, but will also need a ring gear for the starter (the OEM auto flex plate)

This will fit all versions of this transmission: CD001, CD003, CD005, CD008, CD009, JK41A, JK41B, JK40C, 1EA0A, and 1EA0B from the 2003-2008 Nissan 350Z/Fairlady Z, 2009-2020 370Z, Skyline V35 and V36 non-GTR sedan and coupe, and Infiniti G35 and G37 

    Our products are CAD designed with OEM blocks and transmissions on professional equipment by industry professionals. No bad measurements, no flame cuts, no warped discs, no nonsense. You should be using a 3/4" master cylinder in tandem with the TOB we use.

    This is the missing link for doing a 1UZFE swap, or simply adding a manual transmission to your Toyota V8. Our CNC process for manufacturing the plate results in an extremely precise adapter plate, laser tight tolerances, and a focus on quality that has yielded a product that will produce less wear on the transmission and clutch. The adapter kits come with the needed pilot adapter and bushing as well. This is the tried and true kit from XAT Racing, except no imitations when it comes to Toyota V8s

    Our 1UZ / 2UZ / 3UZ series V8 chromoly flywheel is made form some of the hardest, most durable metal we can source for a flywheel. 

    Our machine shop gets mad every time we do a production run--they go on and on about how hard the alloy is, takes longer to machine, wears out tooling... Well that's great news if you're planning on abusing your V8!!! This flywheel will take some serious abuse without a doubt, and we have proven it ourselves in our personal cars over a length of time. 

    Weighing in at just 13 LBS, you will instantly notice your V8 rev up and rev down much faster! This equates to a more responsive throttle, getting to the important parts of your powerband, and more efficient engine braking. 

    Our flywheel utilizes the proven torque holding clutches of the SW20 MR2 TURBO 3S-GTE. We offer clutch setups to suit everything from a stock engine all the way to to 680 FT/LBS with this flywheel! 

    When installing our flywheel: installing the OEM automatic bolt guide on the crank before installing the flywheel is required. This item is curved--the curve needs to face the engine and fit flat on the crank-to-flywheel mating surface. Please see pictures for more information as well. After installing the bolt guide, torque the included ARP bolt kit to 70 FT/LBS using red thread locker/loctite on the bolts, and tightening in a star pattern, not one next to the other. We also recommend tightening down in 2 or 3 goes as well instead of going from finger tight straight to 70 ft lbs. 

    This flywheel is meant for our W55/W58, R150/R151, R154, KA, and SR transmission adapters. This will NOT work with our CD009 / JK series Nissan 6 speed adapter!

    Sticking with the stock rods for your rebuild? Make sure you grab these upgraded ARP rod bolts to keep them together! These are a great option for budget builds, especially if you will use a set of pre94 rods. Full set for your UZ V8! (NOT MEANT FOR AFTERMARKET RODS)

    For higher HP builds (especially if your engine sees boost), we recommend upgraded rods as shown below, which include the rod bolts with them. These ARP rod bolts however are more than adequate for a fresh stock rebuild. ARP2000 bolts are also an option!

    XAT Racing leads the world in Toyota/Lexus V8 parts! One of the most important and integral upgrades when squeezing more power out of the UZ engines is to go with better fasteners. We've developed a custom kit (not just reused other kits) to give your V8 a bit more room to work with safely, especially if you plan on boosting it! 

    What's important about these ARP studs? The factory bolts are torque to yield, meaning they are purposefully stretched after one use, and cannot be safely reused. These ARP studs can be used countless times in multiple engine builds, provided they are not stretched. Studs also give you a more solid clamping force over bolts. Check out the excerpt from ARP's catalog for an explanation we have in the pictures! 

    For those looking to run more boost, more power, or just want added safety, we have also developed an ARP2000 version of our head stud kits! The added tensile strength of the ARP2000 material lets you torque the studs down further, giving you even more protection from lifting the heads and/or blowing a head gasket.

    You should not have to shave the head studs down for the scissor gears for the cams. We include washers for non-VVTi applications to make installation easier.

  • XAT ARP 2000 Head Stud Kit UZ Series V8 1UZ 2UZ 3UZ HSK

    Head studs need to be torqued to 70 ft/lbs 

    If you are building a bullet proof UZ series V8, you will need the ARP Stud kits found here. If you're building a HIGH HP UZ, you'll definitely need this ARP2000 version. XAT Racing leads the world in Toyota/Lexus V8 parts! One of the most important and integral upgrades when squeezing more power out of the UZ engines is to go with better fasteners. We've developed a custom kit (not just reused other kits) to give your V8 a bit more room to work with safely, especially if you plan on boosting it! 

    What's important about these ARP studs? The factory bolts are torque to yield, meaning they are purposefully stretched after one use, and cannot be safely reused. These ARP studs can be used countless times in multiple engine builds, provided they are not stretched. Studs also give you a more solid clamping force over bolts. Check out the excerpt from ARP's catalog for an explanation we have in the pictures! 

    The added tensile strength of the ARP2000 material lets you torque the studs down further, giving you even more protection from lifting the heads and/or blowing a head gasket, and is good for engines making 800+ HP

    You should not have to shave the head studs down for the scissor gears for the cams. We include washers for non-VVTi applications to make installation easier.

    Both (left and right side) head gaskets for your UZ engine rebuild! We only offer multi layered steel head gaskets for these, as they're tried, tested, and true. Please note if you do not select the OEM size, this order will be for Cometic gaskets. It often takes 8+ weeks for those to be custom made.

    Please note the head gaskets are some of the only parts different between the different UZ engines, and you will need to select which engine you need these for specifically. Some of the few parts that do not interchange between the UZ engines are the head gaskets.

    1UZ VVTi gaskets fit 1UZ non VVTi as well!

  • XAT 1UZ Torque Plate Hone Plate EXCLUSIVE 2UZ 3UZ

    We offer an exclusive UZ engine torque plate for those that want to properly hone the cylinders on their Toyota/Lexus V8s! These fit all UZ engines with factory sleeves.

    Any serious engine builder will tell you that you need a torque plate in order to provide a similar stress pattern on the block that it experiences with the head on the block.

    Some builders even go as far as putting an old head gasket between the block and plate, then go through a standard Toyota pattern for torquing down the bolts/studs.

    This is a precision machined torque plate, manufactured out of 2.0" (50.8mm) thick 6061 T6 aluminum (precision CNC'd by our own machine shop in the USA). Aluminum was chosen, as it best replicates stress and strain coefficients of expansion during torquing that the factory aluminum head does.

    It has an overbore that will allow for plenty of room for honing and boring as possible, so if you are building a setup with stock or slightly larger bore, you won't have an issue.

    They also get shipped in a sturdy container for protection.

    These are quite possibly the only ones on the market anywhere, so instead of charging up to $800+ for these units, we thought we would bring it to the market for a reasonable price!!

    You can expect one to ship next day typically, as we have one on the shelf at all times!

    These are available for shipment outside the USA if required as well!

    A torque or honing plate is critical when doing the hone/bore process on any engine build, especially those that will be running a boosted setup and ARP head studs. Performance studs are typically torqued at much higher values than standard OEM studs, which causes a deflection in the cylinders if not using a torque plate.

    We are also offering a rental service to use the ARP head studs that can be shipped with the plate. If you go this option, you will also be charged $15 to rent them, which we will subtract from the deposit once it is returned to us. Rental service is for 1 week only. Made in the USA!
