We use these calipers in our 2GS, IS300, and S170 rear brake kits to offer a larger option as well as a ventilated disc instead of a solid one, which helps reduce brake fade and rotor warpage.

We havent had any reported issues with the refurbished ones, though we do offer genuine OEM brand new calipers as well. Typically ships in about 1 week or so.
