With nearly every 3UR engine we build, we start with brand new OEM timing components (not aftermarket knockoffs), including all 4 timing chains, tensioners, guides, replacement cover gaskets, O-rings, etc. Although the old installed parts might be "just fine," we're already in the engine and it's not worth risking it!
We try to keep a kit on the shelf. But it might take 1-2 weeks for us to get all of the parts together.
