Replacement valve stem seals. These should be replaced when doing anything in the head, as there's no reason not to do so when upgrading your valvetrain. Supertech is what we've used for many years on UZ engines, so naturally we can also recommend them for 3UR engines. These often get used when we build 3URs for customers as well! Too inexpensive to skip over.
