  • XAT UCF20 LS400 Radiator DIY Overkill Thicc LS400 Celsior

Cool off, thiccboi! This radiator comes in hard at 2.5 inches thick, 29 inches wide, 20 inches tall.

Will require modifications to lower mounting points and new upper radiator mount brackets. Please understand there is no direct replacement upgrade option on the market that will be a drop-in fix. We have confirmed this radiator to fit in the UCF20 chassis dimensionally, and further custom work will be needed to go from there. Factory UCF20 fan does NOT bolt up without modifying mounting provisions. You can expect to need to make radiator hose solutions as well.

Pending fitment check on UCF10, early LS400. We will update this listing with results

  • PHR PowerHouse Racing Radiator Support Brackets for MkIV Supra Radiator into Lexus SC300/SC400 Soarer

Upgrade your cooling system in style with PHR's Radiator Support Brackets for the SC300/SC400.

With no direct fit aftermarket radiators for the SC, your only drop in option is to convert to a Supra Radiator. Unfortunately, the OEM brackets do not fit with the conversion. These bracket are designed to fit perfectly with your Supra radiator upgrade.

Brackets are machined out of billet aluminum and include PHR's own rubber insulators with every set.

Available in Machined, Black, and Polished Finishes. Please note they only work for using a MkIV Supra (93-02) radiator in an SC/Soarer SC300/SC400 Z30 chassis. Aftermarket radiators for MkIV Supra fitment will work with these.

    INSTALLATION NOTES:

Depending on the chassis and year model, some AC condensers are mounted further forward than other years. If your AC condenser is preventing the brackets to line up with there holes, you will need to modify your AC condenser brackets in the following way:

This will allow for the AC condenser to move forward and out of the way of the radiator.

  • CSF Tacoma Radiator 2005-2020 2nd gen 4 cyl and 6 cyl 2TR 1GR 8GR

Get ready to go off-road and STAY COOL! In an effort to continue to expand CSF’s off-road product lineup, they have redesigned the existing 2nd generation Toyota Tacoma to now fit the 3rd generation. As of August 2020, the new version (CSF part number 7092), includes a bushing adapter kit, allowing for a drop-in fit for both 2nd and 3rd gen Tacomas.

If you’re looking for a truck to pile in the surfboards, snowboards or the camping gear, the Toyota Tacoma is on the top of the list. The Tacoma is known to be a “Do-All” truck, with an optional four-wheel-drive and 4.0L V6 that can tow up to 6,200 lbs. With an abundant amount of aftermarket modifications and performance upgrades available in the market, these Taco’s are highly capable of being off-road beasts!

It’s hard to throw obstacles in the Tacoma’s way that it can’t overcome fairly easily. However, one hindrance that will stop you from reaching your next adventurous destination is the lacking factory provided radiator. CSF has developed a new all-aluminum high-performance 2-row radiator to keep these “Tacos” COOL! Introducing the Ultimate Performance Radiator for the Second Gen Toyota Tacoma by CSF.

May require an auto trans cooler if you do not have a manual transmission

All of our JZ engines are only getting older! If you have not replaced your factory water pump when changing the timing belt, you certainly should. If you are rebuilding (or for that matter, building) a new motor, please change the pump!

Factory Toyota original OEM Supra water pump. Full Toyota product, not a cheap clone.

This is a genuine 2JZGTE water pump from Toyota and is designed to eliminate the hydrofan pump on the 1JZGTE and 2JZGTE engines (JDM). If you are converting from a hydrofan setup to either e-fans or mechanical fan, you will also need the pulley.

  • PHR Radiator Overflow for 1993-1998 Toyota Supra MkIV JZA80

Finally an overflow you can be happy to have in your engine bay! The PHR Radiator Overflow for the MKIV Supra tucks in close the the headlight, making room for 4" intercooler piping or a full size battery to fit up front (PHR will soon be offering a battery tray to fit a group size 26 battery, stay tuned). No more tucking ugly plastic overflows and pretending it's not an eyesore. The PHR overflow features a CNC Formed aluminum tank body with a billet cap. Please keep in mind this MkIV Supra chassis specific fitment. It is not meant for similar chassis' (SC300/Soarer) without modifications.

    Installation notes:

Hose from radiator should attach to the bottom port on the overflow tank. The top port can just vent or can have a spillover hose run underneath the vehicle. If running hose please do not let the spillover drain in front of the tires.

The PHR Radiator Overflow is not designed for use with a OEM size (Group 24) battery or the OEM battery tray. The PHR Radiator Overflow is perfectly paired with a PHR Billet Battery Tray or PHR Battery Relocation Kit. If you would like to retain a OEM size battery, you will need a new battery tray.

  • PHR 2JZ Lower Waterneck Rotator Adaptor Flange 2JZGTE

With big single turbo kits, one of the biggest problems with installation is the routing of the factory manifold. The Powerhouse Racing Lower Waterneck Rotator is the ultimate solution for turning your waterneck away from your turbo manifold on your 2jzgte.

With the lower waterneck in the factory position, there are two problems:

First, the waterneck gets in the way of the runners on many turbo manifolds. See picture below.

Second, the waterneck is blocking the ideal routing for compressor outlet to the intercooler piping. See picture below.

The PHR Lower Waterneck Rotator moves the waterneck out of this terrible location allowing the manifold to fit properly and the compressor outlet to be free of obstruction. See picture below.

    NEW REVISION!!!

The thermostat has two functional parts to it: the thermostat valve itself, which opens at a certain temperatures, and at the same time, a valve that closes off the radiator bypass hole when the thermostat opens.

Normal operation of the thermostat and waterflow is as follows: when the thermostat is closed, the bypass hole is open. This flows the water directly out of the head and back to the waterpump at low coolant temperatures, like during warmup and no water flows through the radiator. Once the coolant reaches the thermostat opening temperature (usually 180 degrees or 160 degrees), the thermostat opens and the bypass hole is closed off, forcing water through the radiator, and cooling it down.

Take a look at the following picture to see what hole needs to be blocked off when the valve opens.

With other brand waterneck rotators, and even the earlier version of the PHR lower waterneck rotator, positioning of the thermostat has had to be moved away from it's proper location in the housing.

With these designs, the thermostat is moved away from the bypass hole to accommodate the rotator itself, and the thermostat installs in the lower waterneck boss. This new position makes it so the bypass hole can never fully close, so even when the thermostat is open, the bypass hole is not closed and a large amount of the water is not allowed to go through the radiator and be cooled. This reduces the efficiency of the cooling system.

The NEW Powerhouse Racing Lower Waterneck Rotator solves this problem. The position of the thermostat remains in the factory location, allowing the thermostat to close off the bypass hole like it is supposed to and moving flow of all the water through the radiator, maximizing cooling system efficency.

See the picture below to see the position of the thermostat in the NEW Powerhouse Racing Lower Waterneck Rotator:

You have two choices when installing your new rotator when it comes to the hose. You can trim your OEM radiator hose, or you can use specialized silicone hose
