Part science and part black magic, suspension geometry and chassis tuning is a bit less well known and understood in most tuning circles. As with most other parts used in a build, there is not a single answer for all projects and budgets that get you to where you need to be. Even small changes affect how the rest of your car turns and moves, plus each driver will have their own preferences on how a car should react. With the proper education and a little trial and error, suspension upgrades can be some of the most important ways to shave lap times or stay sideways longer!

An improper suspension setup can throw off your entire car. When you lower your car, you're changing the geometry of how everything was designed to work together. One thing to keep in mind is that all of the chassis and suspension parts work together to produce a finished car. Simply bolting on suspension parts will not automatically give you the desired result! They have to be dialled in correctly and harmonise with the rest of the car. Adjustable suspension arms won't make a difference until a proper alignment is performed. A bigger sway bar works with the shocks/struts, not independently of them. Lowering a car doesn't automatically make it faster. If you need suggestions, we at XAT Racing are here to help!

    This Deluxe Power Steering Reservoir is the only tank for featuring a 100 micron filter built into the tank to keep harmful particles out of the power steering system.

    No core required, reducing costs and down time. Installs in minutes. Also available is the Expert series that upgrades the standard hoses to black braided PTFE/Teflon hose and crimp fittings!

    -10 AN CNC pump fitting is included, and also available separately. Power steering pump and/or reservoir is also available separately.

    Standard size is this slim fit for when clearance is tight, such as with HyperTune intake manifolds and our SupraStore Royal Chamber manifolds.

    Powerhouse Racing has now introduced their first full billet power steering tank. This tank is a beautiful product that will look great in any engine bay. Cap and bottom of tank are anodized black, and the cap is etched with the PHR logo. Fittings are also anodized black to give a great contrasting look. Made from solid 6061 aluminum.

    Comes with mounting tabs, which are removable, or you can bolt on your own brackets to fit your application.

    The return fitting is is a -6 AN which can be replaced if ever damaged, or can be swapped for different types of fittings for best use in your application. (The tank body is -6 ORB)

    The outlet (bottom) fitting is a -10 AN which can be which can be replaced if ever damaged or can be swapped for different types of fittings for best use in your application. (The tank body is -10 ORB)

    The cap features an o-ring seal and spring boss to keep the filter in place.

    The tank features a stainless filter that is fully serviceable and keeps debris and contaminants out of your power steering system to help avoid premature wear of the pump or steering rack. The filter can be removed easily by unthreading the bottom of the tank. You can purchase replacement filters from us or PHR directly.

  • PHR MkIV Supra Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arms SC300 SC400

    he ever-popular PHR Adjustable Upper Rear Control Arms are a must-have item for any serious road-racer or drag-racer. Even with the slider turned all the way in, the Supra is designed to run with at least -1 degrees of rear camber. While this may be good for basic street driving, it tends to eat up the insides of tires and is the opposite of what you want for drag racing and straight-line acceleration.

    For drag racers, you are able to adjust the rear camber up to +10 degrees, allowing the tire to come into 100% contact as the car squats for launch. This gives you full contact patch with the pavement and the most traction possible from your setup.

    For road racers, you can thread the knuckle in to achieve up to -10 degrees of camber if desired.

    These high quality rear control arms are hand-made from 4130 chromoly and TIG welded to ensure the highest strength and integrity possible.

    PHR has used these arms on their drag Supras since 1998, and their record-breaking 1.27-second 60 foot time tells the story of their effectiveness.

    Powder coated black, the PHR Adjustable Rear Control Arm kit now includes solid bushings so no core charges apply. And, using their new custom fit stud system, no re-drilling of the knuckle is required! These hand-built upper rear control arms fit the six speed manual or automatic Supra NA and TT models, as well as Z30 1992-2000 SC300, SC400, and Soarers!

    These toe arms are essential pieces for racing applications. They keep your rear wheels locked in line without radial shimmy upon launch. In cornering they remove neraly all toe flex and add stability and predictability.

  • PHR IS300 Battery Relocation Kit for 2001-2005 Lexus IS300

    Recommended for NA-T or 2JZ-GTE swapped setups, the PHR Battery Relocation Kit moves your battery to the trunk and away from the heat of a downpipe. Relocating the battery also allows room in the engine bay for the PHR ABS Relocation Kit and PHR Breather Kit. Careful placement to the right of the trunk area allows for a clean installation and full access to the OEM full size spare tire.

    The battery box is constructed out of .090 wall aluminum and is fully sealed to meet NHRA and other sanctioning bodies requirements.

    The top is fit very precisely and latched in place using two draw latches. This makes getting to your battery very simple.

    The kit comes with the proper length of 1/0 gauge positive battery cable to run back to the front of the vehicle, as well as enough negative cable to attach to the chassis in the back. It comes with a marine grade fuse holder and 300 amp fuse. Also included are billet eyelets and battery terminals for attaching to the battery.

    The battery tie down (not shown) is hidden inside the box and no studs protrude through the top. The hold down portion is constructed of stainless steel.

    Please note: a battery is not included with this kit!
