Please contact us about availability as it does sometimes fluctuate. Both the header and the midpipe have inconsistent wait times. Lately the midpipe has not been available. Some modification may be required around the engine mount. Typically takes about 1 week to ship out.
16HP and 12 ft.lbs of torque is the largest single exhaust increase you can expect to create with the IS300's 2JZ inline six to date.
Manufactured from SUS-304 enhanced stainless steel, these are a true bolt-on design. These are machine mandrel bent, which means, no creases, no crumples, no odd flow patterns. A combination of both MIG and TIG welding ensures absolute integrity of each and every weld joint. Uses all factory O2 sensors!!Fitment is specific for 2001-2005 IS300 and cannot be confirmed for any other chassis at this time. Bolts to factory exhaust. For OFF ROAD use ONLY. XAT LS400 Clutch Pedal Bracket UCF10 LHD Lexus
Finally, a bolt-in clutch pedal bracket for LS400! Designed and produced in the Grindhouse skunk works, XAT Racing has just what you need to be doing clutch kicks in Grandpa's land yacht. This adapter uses a specific Wilwood clutch pedal with remote reservoir available from the dropdown menu! The end product is a 100% bolt-in assembly with many available cylinder bores and adjustable pedal engagement. Fitment has been confirmed on LHD UCF10 chassis (89-94 LS400) only. Contact us for UCF20 and rollcage-mounted options. Please keep in mind these are often made to order and may have a delay in producing them. You will need to have the clutch line custom made of course, depending on transmission used. Let us know what you need for your application and we can supply that as well!

Regular ProductPHR IS300 Battery Relocation Kit for 2001-2005 Lexus IS300
Recommended for NA-T or 2JZ-GTE swapped setups, the PHR Battery Relocation Kit moves your battery to the trunk and away from the heat of a downpipe. Relocating the battery also allows room in the engine bay for the PHR ABS Relocation Kit and PHR Breather Kit. Careful placement to the right of the trunk area allows for a clean installation and full access to the OEM full size spare tire.
The battery box is constructed out of .090 wall aluminum and is fully sealed to meet NHRA and other sanctioning bodies requirements.
The top is fit very precisely and latched in place using two draw latches. This makes getting to your battery very simple.
The kit comes with the proper length of 1/0 gauge positive battery cable to run back to the front of the vehicle, as well as enough negative cable to attach to the chassis in the back. It comes with a marine grade fuse holder and 300 amp fuse. Also included are billet eyelets and battery terminals for attaching to the battery.
The battery tie down (not shown) is hidden inside the box and no studs protrude through the top. The hold down portion is constructed of stainless steel.
Please note: a battery is not included with this kit!

XAT Racing exclusive! 1989-1997 1UZFE owners are no longer left out when it comes to upgraded valves! We now supply a full set of 32 oversized valves (16 intake, 16 exhaust) for non VVTi 1UZ engines.
Factory intake valves are 33.5mm, exhaust 28mm, but we can make to your desired sizes. We typically do +.5mm or +1mm oversized valves. Pictures shown are of an actual set made for an early non-VVTi 1UZ customer that is looking to push some big HP numbers!

XAT Lexus IS300 GS300 DIY Return Fuel System Set-Up Package

When doing any boost install to the Lexus IS300 or GS300, one must take absolute consideration of the limits of the engine, fuel system, engine management and operating environment, before you find yourself with a blown-up engine.
There is much discussion on how much power the stock fuel system, engine management system, etc., the engine can handle. It is our "base" experience that on the factory small fuel injectors you can run about 285 RWHPsafely. Safely would be defined as injector duty cycle limit not exceeding 85% with an air fuel ratio under boost of 11.5 to 12.0 to 1 on good quality premium unleaded fuel. I know people have made 375rwhp on factory injectors, but this number is our opinion of "not safe", not everyone's.
Not every customer requires the complete Stage 1.5 Accessory Kit, and frankly, some just want to swap their IS300 from the returnless factory style fuel system to the "required" Return Fuel System, which is a must for any boosted application in the IS300. Without this, you cannot successfully install a proper fuel pressure regulator.
I said all that, to say this. We have this Fuel System Set-up Package which converts your factory fuel system to a return style fuel system. All parts are in this kit. Figure an afternoon to do the install for an experienced mechanic.

The Lexus LS400 was a five-year, one-billion dollar investment for Toyota, designed to be the absolute epitome of luxury, complete with automatic features, California walnut in the interior, and even an integrated cellular phone. The designers thought of almost everything to make the vehicle the perfect flagship for the brand, but Air Lift Performance thought that a change in ride height was in order. Their engineers started on the Lexus LS400's suspension by adding exactly what their air suspensions are famous for -- giving you the maximum drop, 3.5in from stock without sacrificing performance.
