The factory cast bracket for the timing belt tensioner could use an upgrade. This becomes especially apparent when running higher lift cams that makes any UZ an interference engine! Our billet 1UZ timing belt tensioner design uses 7170 aluminum with a lubricated press in bushing to hold up to the rigors of high RPM, high lift cams, heavy time and endless mileage. Made in the USA! 

Fits all UZ engines, including 1UZ 2UZ and 3UZ
