  • XAT Racing UZ V8 Header Starter Package DIY kit W/ Mid pipe options Exhaust Manifolds 1UZ 2UZ 3UZ VVTi or non-VVTi

    This is a FULL starter kit with all the parts needed to make a good set of headers for your UZ swap into an S13 or S14 240SX, or what ever else needs V8 power! The kit comes complete with the following: 

    • 1 set of Stainless Headers for the UZ series V8 (you will modify these) 
    • 2 U-J bends, 2.5" piping
    • 2 sets of 2 1/2" V-bands for after the collectors 
    • 4 feet of 2.5" piping 

    If you want the rest of the material to finish up the mid section with a collector muffler used to take both banks into a single 3 inch out, we can help! Sounds perfect with 600HP worth of capable airflow. 

    Y-pipe Kit includes:

    • 4 more feet of 2.5" piping
    • 4 feet of 3 inch piping
    • Collector muffler
    • 3" V-band flange assembly

    Header modification kit includes

    • 2 UJ Bends, 1.5" piping

    The header modification kit is meant for if you need to remake any runners for the headers. Thanks to Toyota's wisdom, this kit will work on any UZ V8 including 1UZ, 2UZ, and 3UZ engines, VVTi or non! Ideal for your custom budget swap.

  • XAT Racing Steel UZ Header Outlet Flanges for 3UZ Exhaust Manifold

    Alright, lets see, who makes these...

    What?? Nobody does? Oh, okay, guess we'll have to then!

    Available in stainless steel, this pair (both included) are the same dimensions as the factory header flange, used on the SC430 for instance. If you're looking to make a set of headers that bolt up to the factory H or mid piping, this is what you'll need. Or perhaps your exhaust is rusted, and you just need replacement options.

    As seen in the pictures, they match perfectly over a factory header, but still give plenty of room for improvement when it comes to flow.

    We also make the flange that goes from the manifold to the head! That can be added as well.

    Factory exhaust manifold not included. Why would you use one of those anyways? Ew.

    Please note this is a different flange shape from the non-VVTi 1UZ, and they are not interchangeable

  • XAT DIY Stainless Dual 2.5 inch Exhaust Kit LS400 GS400 SC400 LS430 Custom Fabrication

    Fabricate your own exhaust for your ride! This kit is for popular vehicles with UZ engines, and there are plenty of ways to option it out for your preferred setup. All parts and piping are quality T304 stainless steel. U-J bends are mandrel bent, not crush bent, as to keep even and consistent flow.

    Base kit includes:

    • (4) 2.5" U-J bends 
    • (2) 5 foot sticks of straight tubing 
    • (2) stainless Vibrant mufflers
    • (2) flex joint couplers

    PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR OFF-ROAD, RACE ONLY APPLICATIONS ONLY. Modifying and tampering with factory emissions equipment is illegal in many jurisdictions, so please consult your local laws BEFORE ordering.

    XAT Racing is proud to still support those amazing old school SEADOO 2-Stroke skis!

    Our Billet intake manifold is ready to mount up our reed spacer kit and make a substantial upgrade over the stock reeds/intake! This intake is already 1/2" shorter to accommodate the reed spacer kit, allowing a seamless install with no fuss on the choke levers.

    Intake body is CNC machined from 6061 Aluminum  and has plenty of room for additional porting if desired. Oil injection ports are pre-drilled for those looking to keep the OEM oil injection system.

    Fits all CARB 971/947 engines-
