  • XAT Racing Nissan Z33 Z34 350Z 370Z CD009 1JZ 2JZ 6 Speed Transmission Conversion Adapter

    When we took a look at the previous generation of adapter plates, all we could see was room for improvement and higher quality. We wanted a plate that would mount PERFECTLY with zero slop. It needed to look good and perform even better. DON'T get stuck with an overvalued, sloppy plate that ends up costing you input shafts and has poor fitment. You can go with a less expensive alternative and end up with broken parts, or you can do it right the first time with us! No complaints with over 5 years of service.

    This billet aluminum adapter plate reuses your automatic J3 bellhousing (usually from 2JZGTE A340E automatics). It will require you to cut off the CD009 bellhousing, which gives MUCH more room to work with in most chassis. Alignment of the input shaft becomes dependent on this plate and not the quality of the bell housing cut, so worry not! This isn't like other kits out there. 

    Regardless of which clutch you use, you will need to use the Quarter Master throw out bearing. 

    With single disc clutch setups, this kit is designed to use our custom flywheel that uses off the shelf "Z32 turbo" (89-96 Nissan 300ZX twin turbo) clutches, which are inexpensive, readily available, and hold power well. 

    Please see the listing below for the flywheel needed. Please note that with a single disc clutch, you will need the specific CD009 flywheel made for this application.

    The twin disc setups include their own flywheel, but will retain the factory a ring gear for the starter (the OEM auto flex plate)

    XAT Racing took a hard look at the concept, and decided to go all in with the "Toyota Small-Block" design. These V8s have started becoming overwhelmingly popular over the past few years! This will fit all versions of this transmission: CD001, CD003, CD005, CD008, CD009, JK41A, JK41B, JK40C, 1EA0A, and 1EA0B from the 2003-2008 Nissan 350Z/Fairlady Z, 2009-2020 370Z, Skyline V35 and V36 non-GTR sedan and coupe, and Infiniti G35 and G37 

    Our products are CAD designed with OEM blocks and transmissions on professional equipment by industry professionals. No bad measurements, no flame cuts, no warped discs, no nonsense. You should be using a 3/4" master cylinder in tandem with the TOB we use.

    This is the missing link for doing the 1JZ or 2JZ swap, or simply adding a manual transmission to your already existing JZ powered vehicle (Supra, IS300, SC300, GS300). Our CNC process for manufacturing the plate results in an extremely precise adapter plate, laser tight tolerances, and a focus on quality that has yielded a product that will produce less wear on the transmission and clutch. The kits being sold by our "competition" are routinely a few thousands off and have sloppy fitting dowel pin holes. We have even seen competitor's products first hand being warped right out of the box! The adapter kits come with the needed pilot adapter and bushing as well. This is the tried and true kit from XAT Racing, except no imitations when it comes to doing it right the first time.

    You can also use the less expensive RAM throw out bearing with this kit, however we do not support it. You will need to drill and tap the plate at your own risk to mount one.

    The GKTech shifter is great for relocating the shifter fit Lexus SC fitment and MkIV Supra fitment. Should also fit other applications as well, though that will depend on the chassis you're using and where the engine is mounted

    XAT exclusively offers this bearing adapter for UZ to Z33 or Z34 Nissan 350Z, 370Z, Infiniti G35, and G37 6 speed transmission (CD001 through CD009, JK40C, JK41A, JK41B, etc.) as well as SR20DET and KA24DE transmissions. 

    This proper design allows user to not have to machine the bellhousing of the transmission for transmission input shaft support. This fits Nissan 5 and 6 speed trannies, including KA24, SR20, and VQ35. This is also included in our adapter kits.

    We've offered the bushing for many years, and now in true Toyota fashion, we EXCLUSIVELY use a needle bearing option as well! A roller bearing tends to be a better long term investment

    XAT Racing Driveshaft 1 piece Steel or Aluminum Drive Shaft for Swaps CD009 JK40C 1EA0A etc

    After getting some rather silly high prices for custom driveshaft quotes from popular brands, we decided to reach out to specialists and offer custom parts at a much more reasonable price! Wait time is much lower now as well, as we typically can have a driveshaft ready from start to finish in about 1 week. Please be advised we will also need the correct measurement from A-to-B as seen in the above picture on your personal vehicle to make sure the driveshaft is made properly

    Please also measure the flange bolt pattern at the differential, as different cars have different flanges.

    All driveshafts use super high quality parts from brands like Neapco, with gold series U-joints that do not need to be serviced for a long, maintenance free life. We use 3" steel one piece drive shafts, as they are capable of quite a bit of HP and abuse while still offering a simple, economic solution for your swap. They ship already balanced and ready to install.

    We also leave the shaft unpainted and untreated. These driveshafts are a blank canvas to express yourself with, which lets you finish them how you see fit. Popular options include simple rattle can spray paint, Never Dull + clear coat to keep it shiny, or even wild ideas like a candy cane scheme. If you do not coat them, you can expect surface rust at least.

    Finally, a bolt-in clutch pedal bracket for LS400! Designed and produced in the Grindhouse skunk works, XAT Racing has just what you need to be doing clutch kicks in Grandpa's land yacht. This adapter uses a specific Wilwood clutch pedal with remote reservoir available from the dropdown menu! The end product is a 100% bolt-in assembly with many available cylinder bores and adjustable pedal engagement. Fitment has been confirmed on LHD UCF10 chassis (89-94 LS400) only. Contact us for UCF20 and rollcage-mounted options. Please keep in mind these are often made to order and may have a delay in producing them. You will need to have the clutch line custom made of course, depending on transmission used. Let us know what you need for your application and we can supply that as well!

    ATEMU simulates most critical features of particular Toyota / Lexus auto transmissions which were available for UZ / JZ equipped vehicles since 1998. This makes it possible to obtain rated power from engine when using factory ECU and any transmission other than that ECU is designed to work with. Factory ECU would otherwise enter limp home mode with significant power and torque loss (for example, VVTi set to max retard for 1998-2000 Lexus LS400) Some non-critical error codes remain intact for simplicity of installation and reducing the cost for off-road application. These codes can be easily addressed with additional components if emission test has to be passed for street legal application.


    We now offer the additional resistor pack to wire in if you need to eliminate the check engine light (CEL)

  • Tilton Clutch Master Cylinder Upgrade Kit Toyota Supra MkIV SC300 SC400 IS300

    For those Supra owners with an after market clutches (especially hydraulic throw out bearing clutches), especially those on 3 and 4 disc Tiltons (any clutch for that matter) and you suffer from a clutch master cylinder that is barely getting the job done, this is a great after market direct bolt-in solution. This is mandatory for anyone with a UZ V8 doing a CD009, R154, or W58 swap as well! Does not include clutch pedal.


    Fits: LHD MkIV Supra, SC300, SC400, IS300, and others

    How do I know my clutch master cylinder is barely getting the job done? If engagement is nearly at the floor on your heavy duty aftermarket clutch, chances are you master cylinder is trying everything it can to produce the pressure to make the clutch engage/disengage, but it's struggling.

    We have done all the engineering for you so swapping your OEM Toyota master cylinder for the Tilton master is plug and play. If you are considering this swap I can recommend it and if you decide to do it you are crazy not to get this setup, as it will make your life that much easier.

    Remove the factory master cylinder and install the Tilton master cylinder with the adapter kit, so its a direct plug-n-play on the MKIV Supra, add oil, bleed the clutch and you're good to go.

    This will improve clutch pedal action, travel, engage/disengage on any after market clutch assembly and is mandatory on any after market clutch that uses a hydraulic throw out bearing on their twin, triple and quad disc units.

    The kit will replace the factory 5/8” clutch master with a Tilton 3/4” master cylinder. This piece is mandatory for Tilton 4 disk users and highly recommended for Tilton 3 disk users.

    Can also be used with other clutches with similar benefits.

    Benefits:

    Direct bolt on install. No cutting or drilling.

    Uses whole stroke of pedal, not just the last % off the floor.

    Faster shifting, clutch engages sooner.

    More natural feeling pedal. Slightly higher pedal effort.

  • Xcessive SC300 - SC400 Z30 Clutch Pedal Kit

    SC300 - SC400 Z30 Clutch Pedal Mount Kit with Pedal and New Master Cylinder and Banjo bolt kit Please note that the optional master cylinder with these kits is not ideal for our 1UZ/SC400 swap kits for W, R, or CD009 transmissions. You will need a 3/4" master cylinder with those.

    If you're doing a 5 speed or 6 speed swap on your SC chassis, you're going to need one of these. It's the only affordable, readily available clutch pedal that's a direct bolt in for the Z30 chassis requiring no modifications to the sheet metal on the car to mount it up, only some trimming on the sound deadening under the dash.

    The Z30 chassis had factory clutch options so there are good mounting points that they've utilized along with a Toyota Celica ('90 -'93) clutch master for a direct bolt in fitment that clears the Brake booster in the engine bay and sits the pedal nicely in the cab. The main bracket is formed 1/8" steel and the hanging pedal arm is 1/4" steel on a 12mm pivot.

    They've also provided all the bolting hardware for the clutch mount and the master cylinder hook ups including a banjo bolt for better clutch line fitment when using braided stainless line kits.

    This kit has an option for the clutch master cylinder, which is not ideal for our XAT swaps, since our kits require a 3/4" master cylinder. We also have clutch line kits for W58 and R154 transmissions.

  • XAT Quill Tube for Twin Disc Clutches on XAT Adapter Plates R154 W58 CD009

    We use this same quill tube on all of our adapter plates. Regardless of if you're using a CD009 Nissan 6 speed single disc adapter, updated short shaft R150, long shaft R154, or W58 plate, this quill tube will be what you need. Our plates are also drilled and tapped already to use the included set screws to retain it to the plate.

    This is a billet part, CNC machined to be a very tight fit with the plate. All Nissan 6 speed adapter plates use this, regardless of which clutch is being used. We include it with every adapter plate, but we also offer it by itself.

    Our R series (R150F, R154, R155, etc.) and W series plates (W55, W57, W58, etc.) have been machined to accept these since 2020, so installation is easy if you have an updated plate. You would only need this on a W or R plate if running a twin disc clutch.

  • OEM Land Cruiser H151F Pilot and Throw Out Bearing Release 80 series 100 105 FZJ80 HDJ80 HDJ81 FZJ105 FZJ100

    Since we never got these 5 speed Land Cruiser transmissions in the states (zenki 60 series was the last manual Land Cruiser we got), finding replacement/wear parts like these bearings can be difficult. We do have a set of these bearings in stock! 

    If you're in there replacing your clutch (probably could use it at this age!), you should also be replacing these normal wear parts. Dont get stuck with garbage aftermarket no name brand ones, stick with the ones that are good for 200k+ miles!

    If your Toyota was made sometime in the 80s or 90s, and it has a manual transmission, you can bet it used this pad! The clutch pedal and brake pedal both use the same pad, so if you want to replace both while you're in there, keep in mind they are priced each, so you'll need 2.

  • QM QuarterMaster Clutch 8.5" Overhaul Rebuild Kit for Twin Rallye QMI

    We offer a full line replacement parts for our custom XAT / Quarter Master clutches to keep your car on the road! Unlike some other multi disc clutch options (such as HKS), these parts are still available new, and don't have to be shipped over from Japan.

    The dropdown menus offer an assortment of options to get only the parts you need. We've also provided example pictures to differentiate what the individual options are!

    Please note that the pressure plate and clutch cover are not the same part. The pressure plate looks like the floater disc with an added round angle around it, whereas the clutch cover has the actual cover/diaphragm with it. The bottom of the pressure plate has the same surface as the floater disc, but is thicker with a different shape on top

    The base kit includes just replacement discs for your twin Rallye clutch. In most cases, you'll need to replace the discs, the pressure plate, and the floater disc. Depending on the condition of the button flywheel, you might be able to reuse it or have it resurfaced locally.
