These retainers finish up the valve springs for higher HP, more abuse, and higher RPM in your Toyota/Lexus 3UR-FE engine. These are not required when installing our exclusive in house billet cams, however we strongly recommend installing valve springs and retainers while you are in the engine and upgrading it.

Set of 8 650cc Injectors for Toyota Tundra, Sequoia, Land Cruiser 2007-15
BC crankshafts are made from the finest, aerospace grade 4340 steel billet material. CNC machined on state of the art, 5 axis Mazak Integrex 300-IV CNC machines to exacting tolerances (.0001"). Every crankshaft features large radius journals that add rigidity for high horsepower, high boost, high rpm applications. Gun drilled, CNC ground oil holes feature a smooth surface for extra oiling, tear dropped for added oil scoop, cross drilled for priority main feeding to the rods and micro polished to a mirror finish for optimum bearing lubricity. All cranks are stress relieved, shot peened, magna flux inspected and nitrided (multi step heat treatment) for ultimate performance. Fully profiled counterweights are designed for reduced windage through the crankcase creating less oil resistance for better rpm potential.

Quick version of what you'll need:
The BC stroker kit for the Toyota 3URFE engine platform incorporates a 108mm stroke, steel billet crank, choice of BC 625+ Pro Series or ProH2K Billet rods. Depending on bore size that you decide, the BC kit will take you up to a 6.80 liters with 100mm bore sleeved block. As usual, each BC kit features custom CP or JE aluminum forged pistons, 9310 alloy wrist pins, ring pack and buttons.
This kit will stroke your 5.7 3UR to a 6.0! If used in conjunction with the Darton Sleeves, you can get up to 6.8 liters out of it!!
Kit includes stroker crank, set of 8 CP/JE pistons (with rings and wrist pins), and set of 8 BC rods
Full bearing kit to rebuild your big block Toyota! ACL does not currently make a thrust washer for the 3UR, so we have been using OEM ones for in house and customer engine builds.

These are not simply overpriced regrinds of stock cams. There are machined from new billet cores, with a profile made specifically for super charged engines! Whether you're using a TRD/Maggy blower or stepping up to the Whipple, these cams will help make the most of your "big block Toyota" project.

At long last, aftermarket rods are available for these massive Toyota engines! BC calls these their PRO-H rods (H-beam), and they come in 2 flavors.
For most builds, the 2k version is all that's needed. The ProH2K is rated in excess of 1400 HP and priced for the everyday performance enthusiast who isn't going to the moon, using ARP2000 rod bolts.
Anyone looking to pump it up to the next level would want to opt for the ProH625+ version, which uses Custom Age 625+ fasteners instead of the ARP2000s. They cost a bit more, but they're rated at 2000 HP and should be able to handle anything you can throw at them!

For those that need more electricity than the stock alternator can provide, we have teamed up with JS Alternators to offer these custom made to order options! Even better, theyre plug and play, no adapter wiring needed!
JS Alternators also requires their universal Big 3 wiring kit, or otherwise similar wiring upgrades in addition to the factory wiring in order to handle the higher output. The big 3 Wiring upgrade is an ADDITION to your factory wiring.
All factory connections need to remain connected. For protection, it is recommended to add an in line fuse to the positive wire. All grounds must be cleaned to bare metal and properly secured.
Big 3 wires are 1/0 gauge pure copper cables. 1 positive to connect from the positive stud on the alternator to the positive battery terminal. Other 2 ground wires go from the alternator mount bolt to frame/chassis, and negative on the battery to frame/chassis.
Most JS Alternators are custom built to order and typically take 5-15 business days to be built and shipped. All JS alternators have a lifetime warranty on labor, and 1 year warranty on parts.
Hairpin units are commonly called 6 phase. They produce more output at idle and are more efficient than a conventional alternator. JS Alternators hairpin units feature premium bearings to withstand high engine rpm and utilize dual plate rectifier with 12 heavy duty diodes for improved cooling. Hairpin Units are a more reliable alternator to withstand high heat, high demand for car audio, marine, and racing applications.

Factory metal head gaskets for your UR engine! Fits all 4.6 and 5.7 1UR and 3UR engines! The only UR engines these arent spec'd for are the 2nd gen 2URGSE engines in the GS-F, RC-F, and LC500.

XAT continues to bring new UR parts to market! We now have water pump pulleys to fit 2007-2020 Toyota Tundra, Sequoia , GX460, LX570, and Land Cruiser 1URFE (4.6), 3UR-FE and 3UR-FBE (5.7) engines. This particular pulley is only available in black anodized finish.
Please note this will NOTfit the 2UZ 4.7 liter engines from the older trucks. It is also not meant for the 1UR-FSE car engines found in the LS460, GS460, Crown, etc.

These likely fit other UR engines as well, however we have not yet confirmed fitment. They might fit 1URFSE and 2URGSE heads, but we have not test fit on those engines yet. They are made specifically for 1URFE and 3URFE/3URFBE engines, as seen in the Tundra, Sequoia, GX460, Land Cruiser, LX570, and overseas LX460.
Working with one of the biggest names in the industry, XAT Racing has commissioned a set of valve springs and retainers made specifically for the 3UR 5.7 V8 from Toyota/Lexus! These arent simply reused springs from a different application, these springs are purpose built to drop in to your 3UR-FE and 3UR-FBE engine. These will fit all 3URs as well, no matter if it is from a Tundra, Sequoia, Land Cruiser or LX570!
Dont forget to opt for the titanium retainers as well! Base price is for springs only.
These are not required when installing our exclusive in house billet cams, but are strongly recommended. We also strongly recommend opting for the titanium retainers to help reduce valvetrain weight and keep everything locked in. After all, you wouldnt want to go through the effort to upgrade the springs just to leave out the retainers, right? You could add them later...if you want to rip your engine back apart again..
XAT Racing has brought to market our Stainless Steel intake and exhaust valve kits for the TOYOTA/LEXUS 3UR and 1UR engines. If you're building a high horsepower engine, these valves are a must for dealing with the intense heat that a supercharger or turbo will be adding to the combustion process. Swirl polished heads, hardened tips, and chrome plated stems ensure years of durability and performance from these valves. We offer these kits in standard size or +.5mm oversized.

These kits fit the TOYOTA/ LEXUS 5.7L 3UR V8 engine, the TOYOTA/ LEXUS 4.6L 1UR-FE V8 engine found in the TUNDRA, SEQUOIA, GX460, LX570, LANDCRUISER 5.7 and 4.6L, and the LS460 Middle Eastern spec with the 1UR-FE engine.
Ever have an engine come apart at high RPM? Well, we haven't. At least, not due to rotating assembly vibrations. We've partnered with the biggest name in the industry yet again to release an 800+ HP capable harmonic balancer for all 3UR-FE and 3UR-FBE 5.7 liter "big block Toyota" engines. That includes Sequoia, Tundra, Land Cruiser, and LX570.
You will have to grind down the factory washer for clearance on the factory crank bolt for this to fit properly. We typically use a belt sander and hold it at a 45* angle to shave the OD. There is no other easy option for this
Please note this does not work with 6 rib belt 1UR engines. We are still working on a solution for the small block 4.6.
We now stock a special 7" overdrive diameter pulley for high boost applications with a supercharger! A larger pulley while keeping the included blower pulley the same size will spin the blower faster and make more boost. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE A BUILT ENGINE WITH AFTERMARKET RODS AND A SOLID TUNE.
We at XAT are not thrilled with the lack of Toyota/Lexus UR engine support, so we've purchased a few spare engines for test fitment and are developing new parts for this market! One of the obvious go-to for race builds and anything making higher HP is a set of ARP main studs and side bolts.
Meanwhile, we have a set of our own ARP offerings that we have confirmed to fit perfectly! Regardless of if you're building a high HP N/A engine, a boosted setup, or even just a factory rebuild, you can't go wrong with ARP hardware!

This service includes modifying both heads, not just one side. You get a full port job, 5 angle valve job, cylinder head inspection, and the heads get hot tanked for a proper cleaning. We offer this service for all UR engines. Regardless of what chassis your engine is out of, we service them all! LS460, LS600h, LC500, LX570, GX460, Land Cruiser, Tundra, Sequoia, etc.
Please keep in mind that your heads will likely require extra work: heads will typically need to be decked, and you may need other parts replaced such as valve guides. We will keep in touch with you during this process and let you know what your setup needs.
You cannot define every possibility in a single description or for all applications, but 'generally' speaking, what we provide with our Street Cylinder Head Refresh package is great for up to 7,000+ RPM, more RPM would be possible with proper optional valve train.

In reality, no matter what purpose/intended use of your build, you will benefit! The truth is unless you are building a 1300HP+ drag car, you can pretty much eliminate any serious deep cylinder head porting. You simply do not gain enough volumetric efficiency by hogging out a ton of metal in the heads, unless you are running a silly-high lift custom cam.

When we first began to modify and tune the mighty TOYOTA 3UR 5.7L v8 engine we dug into the areas that we could improve the performance and reliability of the engine. We all know that production equipment is made to work within stock performance parameters - so we knew that the fuel system would be the first place we would need to address. While the stock 3UR fuel rails do work just fine- when you start adding HP with a Supercharger or Turbo the fuel demand starts to exceed the flow capabilities of the stock fuel rails. Stock fuel rails are made from pressed and welded steel that have bent crossover and feed ports- these ports are as narrow as 5mm!! To put this measurement into perspective- each injector has a 6mm port on each rail- MEANING the feed port for all 4 injectors on each rail is smaller than just one of the injectors feed ports- WOW - so this is why Tundras approaching 600WHP start to run lean and drop pistons and start welding rings and breaking ring lands- the engine is going seriously lean under these high load situations- this is where we stepped in-
XAT Racing 3UR billet -8AN fuel rails are made from genuine RMR fuel rail stock- machined to perfection in a multi phase manufacturing process. We designed our fuel rail kit to exceed the performance of the stock rails when needed most- so we started with -8AN fuel rail stock- feed and drain ports are all -8AN ORB meaning you get a perfect o-ring seal on all inlets and outlets. Our injector standoffs have locating tabs so your injectors are facing the correct direction as TOYOTA designed- meaning your injector spray pattern is optimized- and not spraying in the wrong direction- this design feature is exclusive to the XAT Racing 3UR billet fuel rail kit. Injector standoffs have 14% larger (7.15mm) feed ports at the injector vs stock(6mm), while the rail inlet and outlet ports are a whopping 82% larger (9.15mm) than stock (5mm). All standoffs as well as inlet and outlet ports are e-85 safe o-ring sealed for a leak free design- this also means an easy replacement of o-rings if you ever need to refresh the setup. Mounting tabs are located in the same OEM locations and even use the OEM poly spacer and bolt for install- making install as easy as it can get.
