Open up your 3UR to more power and torque with these 1.875" (1 7/8") stainless long tube headers! This kit also includes a stainless 3" connector pipe with high flow cats, so you can keep your CEL off and not have a stinky exhaust.
Please note the standard race headers are not road legal; this is an off-road, race only assembly. Don't expect to be able to ship these to California especially!
If you plan on driving on the street, you will want the GREEN version instead. The race high flow cats are also not designed to be used with a turbo or supercharger.

A differential/axle breather serves the important purpose on a 4WD vehicle of venting the air pressure in drivetrain assemblies such as the differential, transmission and transfer cases. Many drivetrain assemblies are fitted with a breather from the factory. These factory breathers are usually a one-way valve mounted directly to the housing or remotely on a short tube. There are many short comings to this style and the ARB Differential Breather Kit is designed to eliminate these by providing a high flow, zero back pressure, zero vacuum breather system. The kit is intended to replace your factory breathers and contains enough fittings and tubing to connect at least two drivetrain assemblies. More tubing and push-in fittings can be purchased separately to connect up to four assemblies to the central manifold.

Wilwood has engineered new Aero6-DM direct-mount easy bolt-on brake kits for 2022 Toyota Tundra trucks that work with most 17” and larger wheels. These kits are designed to be fully compatible with factory rear brakes, master cylinder, ABS, and on-board computer systems.
The Aero6-DM kits provide more holding power, easier low-speed modulation, and a better pedal feel for more confident braking in daily street performance. Larger pads and rotors provide greater thermal capacity for high-demand highway, off-road applications, towing and hauling, and commercial workloads.
Forged aluminum six piston Aerolite direct-mount calipers are optimized to bolt directly to the Toyota spindle delivering improved clamping force. Rotors are 13.56” x 1.30” premium long-grain carbon, iron alloy, substantially increasing braking performance when paired with new Wilwood SmartPad™ BP-“Q” ceramic-based compound formulated for everyday street or performance driving. These retainers finish up the valve springs for higher HP, more abuse, and higher RPM in your Toyota/Lexus 3UR-FE engine. These are not required when installing our exclusive in house billet cams, however we strongly recommend installing valve springs and retainers while you are in the engine and upgrading it.

With nearly every 3UR engine we build, we start with brand new OEM timing components (not aftermarket knockoffs), including all 4 timing chains, tensioners, guides, replacement cover gaskets, O-rings, etc. Although the old installed parts might be "just fine," we're already in the engine and it's not worth risking it!

Every crankshaft features large radius journals that add rigidity for high horsepower, high boost, high rpm applications. Gun drilled, CNC ground oil holes feature a smooth surface for extra oiling, tear dropped for added oil scoop, cross drilled for priority main feeding to the rods and micro polished to a mirror finish for optimum bearing lubricity. All cranks are stress relieved, shot peened, magna flux inspected and nitrided (multi step heat treatment) for ultimate performance. Fully profiled counterweights are designed for reduced windage through the crankcase creating less oil resistance for better rpm potential.

The BC stroker kit for the Toyota 3URFE engine platform incorporates a 108mm stroke, steel billet crank, choice of BC 625+ Pro Series or ProH2K Billet rods. Depending on bore size that you decide, the BC kit will take you up to a 6.80 liters with 100mm bore sleeved block. As usual, each BC kit features custom CP or JE aluminum forged pistons, 9310 alloy wrist pins, ring pack and buttons.
This kit will stroke your 5.7 3UR to a 6.0! If used in conjunction with the Darton Sleeves, you can get up to 6.8 liters out of it!!

OEM factory gaskets are the only way to go in our opinion. This is somewhere that we never try to cut corners or cheap out on, it's always worth getting the correct factory parts! After all, they got this far, and Toyota tends to have better engineers than random chinese knockoff companies.
Don't bet your engine and cooling system on subpar cheapo parts, especially when the OEM ones are so inexpensive! We have fitment listed for all UZ engines, and even the 1GZ V12!
If you're in there doing maintenance anyways, why not replace with brand new factory parts and get another 20+ years out of them??

These are not simply overpriced regrinds of stock cams. There are machined from new billet cores, with a profile made specifically for super charged engines! Whether you're using a TRD/Maggy blower or stepping up to the Whipple, these cams will help make the most of your "big block Toyota" project.
These cams will be for anyone looking to get the most out of their Tundra, Sequoia, LX570, GX460, Land Cruiser, etc. with the 3URFE engine. THESE DO NOT HAVE THE LOBE FOR THE AIR PUMP FOR 1UR-FE ENGINES. OTHERWISE THEY WILL FIT. We have specific 1ur-FSE camshafts as well- please inquire.

At long last, aftermarket rods are available for these massive Toyota engines! BC calls these their PRO-H rods (H-beam), and they come in 2 flavors.
For most builds, the 2k version is all that's needed. The ProH2K is rated in excess of 1400 HP and priced for the everyday performance enthusiast who isn't going to the moon, using ARP2000 rod bolts.
Anyone looking to pump it up to the next level would want to opt for the ProH625+ version, which uses Custom Age 625+ fasteners instead of the ARP2000s. They cost a bit more, but they're rated at 2000 HP and should be able to handle anything you can throw at them!

For those that need more electricity than the stock alternator can provide, we have teamed up with JS Alternators to offer these custom made to order options! Even better, theyre plug and play, no adapter wiring needed!
JS Alternators also requires their universal Big 3 wiring kit, or otherwise similar wiring upgrades in addition to the factory wiring in order to handle the higher output. The big 3 Wiring upgrade is an ADDITION to your factory wiring.
All factory connections need to remain connected. For protection, it is recommended to add an in line fuse to the positive wire. All grounds must be cleaned to bare metal and properly secured.
Big 3 wires are 1/0 gauge pure copper cables. 1 positive to connect from the positive stud on the alternator to the positive battery terminal. Other 2 ground wires go from the alternator mount bolt to frame/chassis, and negative on the battery to frame/chassis.
Most JS Alternators are custom built to order and typically take 5-15 business days to be built and shipped. All JS alternators have a lifetime warranty on labor, and 1 year warranty on parts.
Hairpin units are commonly called 6 phase. They produce more output at idle and are more efficient than a conventional alternator. JS Alternators hairpin units feature premium bearings to withstand high engine rpm and utilize dual plate rectifier with 12 heavy duty diodes for improved cooling. Hairpin Units are a more reliable alternator to withstand high heat, high demand for car audio, marine, and racing applications.
