  • XAT 1UZ Torque Hone Plate XAT EXCLUSIVE 2UZ 3UZ

    XAT Racing is now offering a UZ engine torque plate (fits all 1UZ, 2UZ, and 3UZ engines) for those that want to properly hone the cylinders on their Toyota/Lexus V8s. It fits all UZ engines with factory sleeves. Any serious engine builder will tell you that you need a torque plate in order to provide a similar stress pattern on the block that it experiences with the head on the block. Some builders even go as far as putting an old head gasket between the block and plate, then go through a standard Toyota pattern for torquing down the bolts/studs. This is a precision machined torque plate, manufactured out of 2.0" (50.8mm) thick 6061 T6 aluminum (precision CNC'd by our own machine shop). Aluminum was chosen, as it best replicates stress and strain coefficients of expansion during torquing that the factory aluminum head does. It has an overbore that will allow for plenty of room for honing and boring as possible, so if you are building a setup with stock or slightly larger bore, you won't have an issue. It is shipped in a sturdy container for protection. These are quite possibly the only ones on the market anywhere, so instead of charging up to $800-plus for these units, we thought we would bring it to the market for a reasonable price!! You can expect one it to ship next day typically, as we have one on the shelf at all times! These are available for shipment outside the USA if required as well!     A torque or honing plate is critical when doing the hone/bore process on any engine build, especially those that will be running a boosted setup and ARP head studs. Performance studs are typically torqued at much higher values than standard OEM studs, which causes a deflection in the cylinders if not using a torque plate.

    Please note the $78 rental is for 1 week, which starts from the day you receive the plate. If you need it longer, we will prorate the charge out of the refund for each week after. You may be better off purchasing it outright if you end up needing it for more than a week or two.

  • XAT Racing Hydraulic Clutch Feed Line

    If you're doing a manual transmission conversion (either from automatic, or upgrading to a better transmission), especially when using our adapter parts, you'll need the clutch hose to connect the master cylinder to the slave cylinder. 

    We offer these -4 hoses in various lengths to suit. Typically, 3 feet is enough for car chassis' (LS, GS, Mk3 Supra, 240SX, etc.), though the truck guys often opt for the 4 foot version instead. This is for JUST the hose itself, and does not include the other fittings needed! The other fittings will depend on your application; please contact us if you are uncertain before ordering.

  • XAT Quill Tube for Twin Disc Clutches on XAT Adapter Plates R154 W58 CD009

    We use this same quill tube on all of our adapter plates. Regardless of if you're using a CD009 Nissan 6 speed single disc adapter, updated short shaft R150, long shaft R154, or W58 plate, this quill tube will be what you need. Our plates are also drilled and tapped already to use the included set screws to retain it to the plate.

    This is a billet part, CNC machined to be a very tight fit with the plate. All Nissan 6 speed adapter plates use this, regardless of which clutch is being used. We include it with every adapter plate, but we also offer it by itself.

    Our R series (R150F, R154, R155, etc.) and W series plates (W55, W57, W58, etc.) have been machined to accept these since 2020, so installation is easy if you have an updated plate. You would only need this on a W or R plate if running a twin disc clutch.

  • XAT 3UR Solid Lifter Upgrade Conversion

    The 3UR came with a maintenance-free set of hydraulic lifters to make things easy. At higher RPM and power levels however, sometimes they can't keep up. High performance Toyota G heads have traditionally had solid lifters, but unfortunately, the solid lifters from the 2UR-GSE do not work in the 3UR F head engines.

    So we've worked with an aftermarket company to develop a custom set specific to the 3UR (not repurposed from other applications) and is now stocked! These lifters are a 3 piece design, CNC'd, heat treated, and micropolished. Expert level stuff often found in Italian exotics with forced induction making well over 1000 HP!

Let us know how much HP you're running, what compression ratio you are aiming for, if you're boosted or not, and any other pertinent mods.     Our billet reed spacer kit will allow the use of the included Rotax Racing style reed setups. These reed setups have 100% more surface area compared to the stock single V reed block! 

    Improvements in throttle response are highly noticeable, and low to mid power range have huge gains in performance are had. If you are keeping the choke system you will need to shorten your intake by a half inch as well. If you are using a primer kit you will not need to alter intake length.     Our "standard" UZ Toyota V8 build has no problem holding 800 HP, but we also have options to do well over 1000+ HP!!

    Standard short block build includes:

    • Full inspection of all critical measurements 
    • Eagle rods with standard ARP 8740 bolts
    • CP/JE/Manley forged pistons and rings (optional upgrades include ceramic coated piston face, moly coated dry skirt coating, bigger/stronger wrist pins, etc.)
    • ACL rod, main, and thrust bearings
    • ARP main studs
    • Fully assembled, fully machined, and fully balanced! 
    • Hot tank/vapor blasted block
    • Brand new OEM or UPGRADED OEM oil pump

    We've been doing UZs for well over a decade, so we know these engines inside and out. We also know the importance of being able to customize your build and have the flexibility to run exactly what your budget allows.

    Before pistons are ordered, we inspect the block's condition and advise what sized pistons will be needed. This does not change the price, however you ideally will want as much cylinder wall thickness as possible, as that will hold power better, and it will give you room in the future to rebuild again if need be.

    We also always use our in house torque plate to properly stress the block as with a head installed

    Unlike other builders that order the pistons and drop them in, we make sure each bore correctly matches up with each specific piston! This is done to maximize fitment and sealing, which leads to more power and less blow-by.

    Please note this does not include the core charge. We can easily source an engine for you, or you can send yours to us for building. We've built countless engines over the years and shipped them worldwide, including multiple builds making more than 1000 horsepower. 

    This listing is for a built short block, which does not include long block assembly, setting the cam timing, installing the heads, setting the valve lash, head studs, valvetrain, etc. We can do a full build including those things as well, just let us know what your goals are and budget is!

    As it turns out, the SC400 has its own dedicated pulley for the hydrofan. This is not interchangeable with the other hydrofan pulleys. This is a replacement pulley when keeping the hydrofan setup, not for running electric fans or the idler bracket.

    XAT Racing exclusive! 1989-1997 1UZFE owners are no longer left out when it comes to upgraded valves! We now supply a full set of 32 oversized valves (16 intake, 16 exhaust) for non VVTi 1UZ engines. 

    Factory intake valves are 33.5mm, exhaust 28mm, but we can make to your desired sizes. We typically do +.5mm or +1mm oversized valves. Pictures shown are of an actual set made for an early non-VVTi 1UZ customer that is looking to push some big HP numbers!

  • Tweak'd Full Engine 1UZ Wiring Harness Universal Race Car UZ V8 2UZ 3UZ

    These are custom made to order. Expect to send in your original harness, and minimum of 10 week wait time.

    Finally, a full harness for your V8 swap to make things much easier! We've done more than a few over the past decade, and now we're teaming up with the renown Dr. Tweak to offer a top shelf harness and their lifetime warranty! 

    These harnesses are all custom made for each individual application, so in many cases, we will need a core harness to start with. Expect to need to send in your UZ harness, as well as your intended chassis' factory engine harness, depending on which it is. Connectors typically do not get reused from the original harness'; we just need them to verify connector type and length as the UZ engines have a variety of harness differences depending on year and chassis.

    Please contact us and let us know directly what your application will need regardless, and we'll be happy to get another UZ powered vehicle out there tearing it up!! As of right now, we only have support for automatic transmissions if you run the factory ECU for them. 

    Standalone applications will require a dual ECU setup in most newer 1998+ chassis'. On Toyotas specifically, the factory chassis ECU gets retained for MultiPlex compatibility, meaning the factory ECU will control the A/C, gauge cluster, throttle, auto transmission, ABS, etc. Feel free to reach out to us with what your swap is and we can make sure you get the right price and harness for your application!

    In another world first, XAT brings a solid manual swap option to the extremely common V6s made throughout the 2000s-2010s that replaced the aging MZ series. This includes the Tacoma, Tundra, 4Runner, FJ Cruiser, some overseas Land Cruisers, Avalon, RAV4, Camry, Highlander, Venza, Sienna, RC350, RX350, IS250, IS350, GS350, and other overseas vehicles. Please note that this is the adapter to convert the engine to manual, and much more custom work would be needed to convert the rest of the car/truck over. This is also specific to longitudinally mounted engines (RWD/4WD) and not transverse FWD engines. You will re-use your factory auto bellhousing for the swap, which is not included. So if you make the big power, have nitrous or just like to run it very hard, then this is for you. Some light chatter and aggressive holding are common.     The SPEC Clutch Stage 2+ kit for manual transmission swapped 1UZ, 2UZ, and 3UZ Toyota/Lexus V8 engines uses a slightly more aggressive disc and is rated at 450 ft lbs of torque. Very streetable driving characteristics like the Stage 1 and 2, but with more holding power. 

    Features a multi-friction disc in a full faced configuration with carbon semi-metallic on one side and Kevlar on the other. Bridging the gap between stage 2 and stage 3, the 2-plus offers drivability and engagement quality characteristic of the stage 2, but with a 15-20% higher torque capacity.     As we continue to build the Toyota V8 market more and more, we also continue to push the edge and develop the best new parts. Check out this XAT Racing exclusive dry sump oil pan and oil pump bracket! This oil pan will fit any UZ engine (1UZ non-VVTi, 1UZ VVTi, 2UZ, or 3UZ) and is made to use the Moroso dry sump oil pump. This kit is also modeled after the setup the original TRD UZ V8s used 10 years ago in IMSA!

    Please note, this is not a complete bolt on kit. We are developing these still, which will be unique to each chassis. Expect to sacrifice your A/C compressor for this, as it mounts the oil pump where the air conditioning compressor is normally located.

  • XAT Racing WORLD FIRST BILLET 3UR Cams 1URFE 5.7L 4.6 V8 Performance Camshafts for Tundra Sequoia Land Cruiser LX570 3URFE

    We have been offering these for a few years now with superb results! These are not simply overpriced regrinds of stock cams. There are machined from new billet cores.

    These cams will be for anyone looking to get the most out of their Tundra, Sequoia, LX570, GX460, Land Cruiser, etc. with the 3URFE, 3URFBE, or 1URFE engines. 

    If you've already done basic mods like intake, exhaust, and tune, this is the logical next step for you to have some noticeable gains, however you can expect to need at least an upgraded valvetrain to run these. We cannot confirm fitment with the LS460 and GS460 car 1UR-FSE engines. DO NOT expect them to drop in without modifications. We DO make 1URFSE specific cams as well

    For the manufacturing process, we start with proprietary cast iron billets, CNC machine the lobes, and finish off with double heat treatment, 5160 induction hardening, and Tufftriding.

    Pictured is one set from the actual run of UR cams made!! We have just a few sets left in stock, as these are low production numbers. Once they leave, there may be a few weeks wait time before we get more in. Don't forget to install the "freeze plug" caps at the end of the cams during installation.  


    Cam specs for factory cams:
    236 duration, 6.36 cam lift intake
    236 duration, 6.27mm cam lift exhaust

    Cam specs for XAT RACE cams:
    282 duration, 7.17 cam lift intake, 245 duration at .050"
    286 duration, 7.17 cam lift exhaust, 247 duration at .050"

    With the factory rocker ratio, that's 10.76mm of valve lift with our cams! As such, you should verify clearance with your pistons and these cams. In most cases, you may need custom pistons.

  • XAT Racing 3UR-FE 5.7 V8 Dry Sump Oil Pan PREORDER

    We've focused on the 1UZ, 2UZ, and 3UZ engines for many years now, and will continue to develop more and more parts for those iconic V8s. We're also now starting to gear up for the UR market, starting with performance camshafts and a billet dry sump oil pan! We're building this around a 3URFE engine, and suspect it will likely fit the 1UR 4.6 and 2UR 5.0 V8s also. Confirmation will come at a later date.

    The pan is being designed to be used in conjunction with the Moroso dry sump oil pump. This kit is being modeled after the TRD UZ V8s one, but being built specifically for the larger UR block.

    Please note, this is not a complete bolt on kit. We are developing these still, which will be unique to each chassis. Expect to sacrifice your A/C compressor for this, or possibly have to relocate other engine driven accessories. You will still need the belt driven oil pump, lines, tank, and any other ancillary parts (such as cooler, filter housing, etc.), though these parts will depend on intended use, goals, and budget for the vehicle.

    We have released our custom made billet VVTi UZ race cams!! For those looking for serious power gains and pushing the limits of their Toyota V8, we now have a solution. Don't settle for stock cam regrinds, do a proper build with purpose built camshafts from scratch! Please choose your specific engine application from the drop down menu. We make different versions of these cams for 1UZ VVTi and 3UZ fitment, 2UZ non-VVTi fitment, and 2UZ VVTi fitment. This includes all 4 cams for 1 engine.

    Forced induction (turbo or supercharger) cams have .428” (10.87mm) peak cam lift with 285 intake and 289 exhaust cam duration and 54 degrees of overlap. These are great for high HP N/A builds and forced induction projects!

    Factory VVTi cams have 8.6mm and 250/260 duration, for reference

    Cams can be ordered in VVTI and non-vvti versions so they can be used on all 1UZ / 2UZ /3UZ VVTi or 2000-2004 non-VVTi 2UZ engines. We typically have them made for VVTi compatibility, and if need be, VVTi can always be disabled

    For anyone that has purchased our plate elsewhere and not received hardware, broken, or misplaced it, we keep all of it in stock here ready to ship out!

    The kit includes zinc-chromate and black oxide finish hardware, because it looks cool and resists corrosion well. Includes all hardware needed to bolt the transmission adapter plate to the transmission case (replacing the front bearing retainer), the hardware to bolt the transmission bellhousing to the adapter plate (including double redundancy nuts for the back), and 2 small allen screws to hold down the hydraulic throw out bearing.

    Should you ever do something as silly as a twin disc clutch on your W55, W58, or W59 kit, we've also revised our design to be able to use a quill tube, in which case the 2 small set screws would be used to keep this mounted in place.

    XAT Racing Driveshaft 1 piece Steel or Aluminum Drive Shaft for Swaps CD009 JK40C 1EA0A etc

    After getting some rather silly high prices for custom driveshaft quotes from popular brands, we decided to reach out to specialists and offer custom parts at a much more reasonable price! Wait time is much lower now as well, as we typically can have a driveshaft ready from start to finish in about 1 week. Please be advised we will also need the correct measurement from A-to-B as seen in the above picture on your personal vehicle to make sure the driveshaft is made properly

    Please also measure the flange bolt pattern at the differential, as different cars have different flanges.

    All driveshafts use super high quality parts from brands like Neapco, with gold series U-joints that do not need to be serviced for a long, maintenance free life. We use 3" steel one piece drive shafts, as they are capable of quite a bit of HP and abuse while still offering a simple, economic solution for your swap. They ship already balanced and ready to install.

    We also leave the shaft unpainted and untreated. These driveshafts are a blank canvas to express yourself with, which lets you finish them how you see fit. Popular options include simple rattle can spray paint, Never Dull + clear coat to keep it shiny, or even wild ideas like a candy cane scheme. If you do not coat them, you can expect surface rust at least.

    Us 5 lug Tacoma owners really get the short end of the stick. The 6 lug 4WD trucks all got a decent 4 piston brake setup, whereas ours is almost the same size as the Camry. This issue is compounded for X-Runner guys, especially with boost on top!

    From the success of our brake kits for the RWD Lexus cars (GS, SC, LS, etc), we have adapted and implemented a similar complete bolt on kit for the 2005-2015 Tacoma 2WD trucks, including X-Runner, excluding PreRunner. All 5 lug trucks.

    The XAT Racing Lexus Brake Upgrade Kit comes with everything you need to bolt on this new brake setup, short of your favorite brake fluid. That includes calipers (optionally, also can be powdercoated as pictured), rotors, pads, pins, anti-rattle springs, mounting hardware, brackets, and stainless braided lines. We've had to switch to more expensive Wilwood lines and increase the cost somewhat until StopTech can replenish current backorders.

    Calipers are sourced from a 2007-2020 LS460, LS460L, LS600h, and even the new LS500 4 piston fronts, RWD non-sport package K17 style. We typically source brand new OEM Lexus/Advics. You also do NOT need the roll center adjusters we make to install on a Tacoma! This listing includes everything else you need for 100% bolt on and go!

    We typically prefer the Posi-Quiet Centric/Stoptech pads, as they have excellent street performance and are not unnecessarily loud/squeaky once properly bedded in. Other options are available as well, if you prefer.

    For discs, we typically use off-the-shelf preferred Centric/StopTech 2008-2014 IS-F 360mm (14.1 inch) rotors. They come cross drilled from the factory (just like the IS-F rotors are), though we have other bolt on options as well if you're going for a different style or preference. We've not heard of any issues with rotor cracking like some other aftermarket applications have reported.

    Although this kit uses DOT approved components, please note it is meant for off road use only. Proper installation is required, and all safety precautions should be heeded. 


    Additionally, you will most likely need 18" wheels to fit over these. The only 18s we have found to not fit so far are some Enkei RPF1s and IS250/IS350 F Sport front wheels. We cannot make any promises on what else will not fit, however every other 18" wheel we have tried does fit over these brakes, including factory X-Runner wheels, Enkei NT03+, G35 Ray's wheels, etc.

    The XAT Racing Lexus Brake Upgrade Kit comes with everything you need to bolt on this new brake setup, short of your favorite brake fluid. That includes calipers, rotors, pads, pins, anti-rattle springs, mounting hardware, roll center adjusters, brackets, and stainless braided lines.

    Calipers are sourced from a 2007-2020 LS460, LS460L, LS600h, and even the new LS500 4 piston fronts, RWD non-sport package K17 style. We typically source a used set and rebuild them, though we can also get brand new OEM Lexus/Advics ones if you prefer. 

    We typically prefer the Posi-Quiet Centric/Stoptech pads, as they have excellent street performance and are not unnecessarily loud/squeaky once properly bedded in. Other options are available as well, if you prefer.

    For discs, we use preferred Centric/StopTech 2008-2014 IS-F 360mm (14.2 inch) rotors, not the cheap garbage ones. They come cross drilled from the factory (just like the IS-F rotors are), though we have other bolt on options as well if you're going for a different style or preference. We've not heard of any issues with rotor cracking like some other aftermarket applications have reported.

    Please note that calipers are supplied bare natural dark grey. At this time, we do not have a reliable consistent source for powdercoating calipers properly, so we recommend reaching out to places local to you

    Although this kit uses DOT approved components, please note it is meant for off road use only. Proper installation is required, and all safety precautions should be heeded. Most parts are readily available, but expect about a 1 week wait for us to have everything together

    Additionally, you will most likely need 18" wheels to fit over these. The only 18s we have found to not fit so far are some Enkei RPF1s and IS250/IS350 F Sport front wheels. We cannot make any promises on what else will not fit, however every other 18" wheel we have tried does fit over these brakes, including factory X-Runner wheels, Enkei NT03+, G35 Ray's wheels, etc.

    After plenty of market demand, we have finished this ZINC CHROMATED set of brackets to mount LS460 / LS600h / LS500 brake calipers to any MkIV Supra, SC300, or SC400!

    These brackets are ideal for those DIYers that are looking for an inexpensive option for brake upgrades. You keep your factory brake lines in this bolt-on solution; all you need is a set of front 2007-2020 LS460, LS460L, LS600, or even the new 2020 LS500 fixed 4 piston brake calipers, plus LS460 fitment pads, and a set of 2008-2014 IS-F 14" rotors!

    Although the roll center adjusters aren't mandatory, they provide a bolt on solution. You do not have to run them, though if you do not, you may need to modify the mounting hardware. They will improve the suspension geometry on lowered cars at any rate, so we highly recommend them.

    Please note that the LS460 does NOT use 5x114.3 rotors, so you will NOT be able to bolt on the LS460 rotor. We do not have fitment confirmation on the larger LS460 F-Sport 6 piston Brembo brakes, though they may also fit when used with larger rotors

    Additionally, you will most likely need 18" wheels to fit over these. The only 18s we have found to not fit so far are some Enkei RPF1s and IS250/IS350 F Sport front wheels.     This service includes modifying both heads, not just one side. You get a full port job, 5 angle valve job, cylinder head inspection, and the heads get hot tanked for a proper cleaning. We offer this service for all UR engines. Regardless of what chassis your engine is out of, we service them all! LS460, LS600h, LC500, LX570, GX460, Land Cruiser, Tundra, Sequoia, etc.

    Please keep in mind that your heads will likely require extra work: heads will typically need to be decked, and you may need other parts replaced such as valve guides. We will keep in touch with you during this process and let you know what your setup needs.

    You cannot define every possibility in a single description or for all applications, but 'generally' speaking, what we provide with our Street Cylinder Head Refresh package is great for up to 7,000+ RPM, more RPM would be possible with proper optional valve train.

  • XAT 3UR Adapter T56 Magnum 1UR Billet FacePlate Conversion Plate for Manual Transmission 3URFE

    Quick version of what you will need:

    • T56 style throw out bearing
    • Our flywheel (no other ones will work)
    • 300ZX TT clutch
    • UR serviceable bellhousing with 12 bolt or 14 bolt trans flange
    • Pilot bearing (included)
    • T56 transmission

    As we break into the new era of 1UR and 3UR engines, we have begun development on 6 speed manual swap options. We've developed an adapter plate specific for the UR automatic bellhousings to convert to a manual transmission, in this case the popular Tremec T56 Magnum! This specific plate works on all UR engines, however you will need the matching bellhousing that has the 12 or 14 bolt bellhousing-to-trans-case pattern. The only 1UR bellhousing this does not bolt to is the Land Cruiser/LX460 200 series 1UR-FE with the same 14 bolt pattern as the 3UR engines.

    This billet aluminum adapter plate reuses your automatic UR bellhousing. Not all UR engines had a replaceable bellhousing, so you may need to source one from a GX460 or other Toyota/Lexus URs for instance. 

    Our flywheel for T56 transmission applications uses the same one as our UR-to-Nissan 6 speed (commonly referred to as the CD009). You will need our in house flywheel, which bolts to your factory flex plate. We are able to keep costs down of this custom billet part by reusing the factory flexplate for a ring gear, instead of supplying an aftermarket one that does not work any better than the factory parts do. T56 transmission not included.

    Please note the 1UR-FSE and 1UR-FE 4.6 engines uses a different flywheel than the 3UR-FE and 3UR-FBE 5.7 truck engine. You will reuse your factory flex plate for the ring gear and factory starter engagement.

    The T56 style throw out bearing is also used with these kits. These are relatively inexpensive, which helps keep swap-cost down. We also offer a Quarter Master TOB as an option for a higher quality long term investment. 

    Twin disc/multi plate clutches will require the use of the QM TOB, it is not optional on the 7.25" and 8.5" twin disc clutches we offer. The QM TOB also requires a Tilton quill tube (input shaft sleeve), which is included as well as the bleed line that is needed if the QM TOB option is selected.

This does not change the price, however you ideally will want as much cylinder wall thickness as possible, as that will hold power better, and it will give you room in the future to rebuild again if need be.

    We also always use our in house torque plate to properly stress the block as with a head installed

    Unlike other builders that order the pistons and drop them in, we make sure each bore correctly matches up with each specific piston! This is done to maximize fitment and sealing, which leads to more power and less blow-by.

    These are not simply overpriced regrinds of stock cams. There are machined from new billet cores, with a profile made specifically for super charged engines! Whether you're using a TRD/Maggy blower or stepping up to the Whipple, these cams will help make the most of your "big block Toyota" project.

    These cams will be for anyone looking to get the most out of their Tundra, Sequoia, LX570, GX460, Land Cruiser, etc. with the 3URFE engine. THESE DO NOT HAVE THE LOBE FOR THE AIR PUMP FOR 1UR-FE ENGINES. OTHERWISE THEY WILL FIT.  We have specific 1ur-FSE camshafts as well- please inquire.

    If you've already done basic mods like intake, exhaust, and tune, this is the logical next step for you to have some noticeable gains, however you can expect to need at least an upgraded valvetrain to run these. We cannot confirm fitment with the LS460 and GS460 car 1UR-FSE engines.

    We are proud to release our in house high flow catalytic converter for the 1986.5 to 1992 Toyota Supra with 7MGE or 7MGTE engine, in 3" diameter! This is a true flanged bolt-on design which is a direct replacement for the factory CAT as you can see in the photo. Expect an increase of ~5% in power and a quicker turbo spool. These are bolt in versions. We also sell the weld in version in the downpipe/exhaust section. We use stainless for these, as shown. These are 49 state legal. Not legal in California. 

    You will need to measure your existing cat to make sure we send you the right version, either 11 inches or 12 inches. Please let us know at the time of ordering the measurement yours is, as these are made to order in each case.

    Watch Andy show off his pipe. Impressive! With a girth of 3 inches, his pipe offered by hand will absolutely make you smile! This is an in house made XAT part, hand welded on a jig, and factory replacement fitment with no modification needed--for your pleasure.

    You will need to measure your existing cat to make sure we send you the right version, usually either 11 inches or 12 inches roughly. Please let us know at the time of ordering what yours measures out to be. It is important to get the correct length the first time to avoid further issues.

    What is a test pipe?

    Simple. A test-pipe is used to replace the catalytic converter on cars to "test" if the cat as clogged or not and will verify for you. Simple bolt-in performance product with only 4 bolts (can be obtained at any hardware store if not reusing the factory ones). Excellent bang for the buck performance. Test pipe can be used with various downpipes for total CAT elimination (catalytic converter), or it can be used with a factory exhaust or aftermarket exhaust as well.

    Please check your local laws, as this is intended strictly for off-road vehicles only. It is up to you to reinstall the cat when you are done using this.

    APPLICATION: 1993-1998 Supra 2JZGTE (Turbo), 1JZGTE, and 2JZGE (Non-Turbo), IS300, GS300, SC300, etc.

    PLEASE CHECK AND VERIFY (MATCH) THE PLUG YOU HAVE ON YOUR ALTERNATOR

    This alternator is 100% plug n' play, direct fit, with no adapters, spacers or rigging like other kits. This is not a Sequoia alternator, which does require modifications to fit.

    As you may know, the stock 1993-1998 Supra alternator provides 90amps/105amps (6sp/auto) of current flow at maximum output. When you install electric fan's, a cranking stereo system, and other electronic gadgets this presses the factory alternator to it's limits.

    In some situations with the air conditioner running, electric fans going, dual fuel pumps, and more, there is simply not enough current to keep the battery at a constant state of charge. If you mix-in a large current draw from car stereo amplifiers, your electrical system will stop producing enough current, voltages across the system which drop to the lower end of the scale, and major issues can (and will) happen!

    The last thing in the world you want is your aftermarket equipped 2JZGTE running big boost on multiple fuel pumps with all your other goodies on and then lose some current to the fuel supply! As Goose said to Maverick in Top Gun, "this is not good, Maverick."

    We have looked for quite some time for an upgraded alternator that was robust, had increased current capacity, good-looking, cost-effective and would fit properly in the 1993-1998 Toyota Supra! Well, good news is that we have just the units! Our 155amp HOT RATE alternator kit is now available. The alternators are tested HOT, which means the output is guaranteed during typical automobile standard conditions. Most every other manufacturer releases their current ratings COLD, which can change the current output vs. hot by 10-15% simply on resistance losses at higher temperatures.

    Fit and finish are excellent and it is a plug-n-play installation.

    These units do not require a core charge. We usually stock these, but even if out of stock, build-time is only 72 hours. Six month warranty.

    * Custom hand wound heavy gauge stator with high temp. insulation. Fully re-manufactured.

    * Highest quality Internal electronic voltage regulator.

    * Oversized bearings with high temp. grease for durability.

    * Heavy duty rectifier plate with high amp diodes.

    Our alternators are hot-rated, not cold-rated like all the other guys, which translates into, real-world amperage ratings.

    These units are completely re-manufactured from original units (see above bullets for highlights)internals rebuilt and then the magic begins. As with any alternator they produce current based upon the coil windings and rpm's. The coil windings is where the current capacity is created, so it is based upon the capacity of the wire and number of windings on the coil.

    Without over simplifying the process, we simply use a higher current (and more expensive) wire and provide additional windings inside the unit. The higher quality wire allows more current and heat to be handled, and the increase in quantity of windings increases the overall capacity. Then the internals are matched with higher capacity components for a matched-internal device with external results.

    Bottom-line: you get a re-manufactured alternator, designed to produce more clean current then the factory original.

    For 1JZGTE owners, this is NOT the 2JZGTE alternator, it is a 1JZ with the correct round 3 pin plug for the JZA70 Supra and is rated at ~140 AMPS. 50 more amps than you stock unit! If your 1JZGTE alternator is from a Soarer or Chaser, then please select the appropriate version from the drop down menu. 1JZ owners, please include what style connector your harness has, round or oval/rectangular

    Application Note: This alternator will fit all 1993-1998 Supra Turbo and Non-Turbo Supra's, both automatic and 6 speed, Japan Spec, UK Spec, Euro Spec and US Spec. Direct fit, period.

    Is it...could it be?? The world's first JZS155 specific turbo kit?! OMG!

    We're huge fans of the 10th generation Toyota Crown here at XAT, especially the hardtop version with pillarless windows..and yes, we have a few of these cars. This kit includes everything you need to turbo your 2JZ-GE VVTi in your RHD Crown--no steering rack, downpipe, manifold, or wastegate issues here!

    Our kit has been developed entirely in house on one of our own JZS155 Crowns, specifically for 2JZ Crowns. Please note we cannot guarantee fitment on the Crown Majesta JZS155, as those are based off of the GS/Aristo JZS155 chassis, and might have slight differences in fitment. We have a customer making 558rwhp on this exact kit and bone stock internals!!

    Some of the many benefits of the "zenki" 95 to mid-97 Crowns are that they still have the same rods as the turbo 2JZGTE, cable throttle, and no MAF! An ECUMasters DET3 and some injectors will easily get you to 500+ HP!!

    The intercooler is rated for 700 HP, which is more than the turbo is capable of. So if you wanted to upgrade the turbo down the line, you still have room to do so. This kit is specifically built to make a mean street car with a very responsive turbo.

    The intercooler will replace your factory crash bar behind the bumper cover. There's only some minor clearancing recommended just below the stock grill (which is not visible with the bumper cover installed). We also weld a 90* compressor outlet elbow (included with the kit) directly to the turbo to make installation a very straightforward, bolt on install! The factory bumper cover does NOT need to be cut/modified, and the intercooler fits nicely between the frame rails! We're big fans of this style for that sleeper look. You may also need to move/bend the lines going from the auto trans to the radiator, if you still have an auto trans.

    The base kit does include a BOV, though we also offer better options. Whichever route you go with, we weld the BOV on the cold side piping for you that matches your blow off valve selection.

    As it turns out, not all UZ power steering pulleys are the same! Some of them are not serviceable. Additionally, the 98+ (VVTi and all 2UZ engines) use a different style pulley from the earlier cars.

    Please note some UZ V8s come with a fixed, press on pulley to their power steering pump. If you have one of these, you will need to swap your power steering pump for one that has a hex nut retained serviceable pulley. We strongly recommend checking what you have before ordering, and feel free to reach out to us with any questions. They are otherwise interchangeable and not too difficult to source!

    UCF20 Celsiors have their own hydrofan pulley, so we set out to make those as well! This pulley is actually specific to all 1995-2000 Toyota Celsior UCF20 and UCF21 engines (both the 95-97 non-VVTi and the 98-00 VVTi), which have a different bolt pattern on their drive pulley hub from other hydrofan setups. 

    If you have an imported Celsior, or are swapping an engine from one, you'll need this specific pulley to finish out the kit, if you plan on keeping the hydrofan setup working (which we definitely recommend if you have the choice)

  • JDM 2JZGTE Supra Front Pipe Decat Downpipe RHD test pipe

    We are now stocking the very hard to find stainless steel 304SS front pipe (cat delete)! As you probably know by now, none of the full downpipes we have on our site fit on the JDM Supras, so we had these built.

    These are designed specifically for RHD 2JZGTE Supras (non VVT-i) and eliminates the first catalytic converter. It is custom mandrel bent of 76mm diameter tube, flanges laser welded, O2 sensor port machined and fitted then machine polished.

    It comes complete with gasket (upper) and new bolts. Expect a 20-30 HP gain (depending upon boost levels) with this front pipe cat delete for the Supra. It helps free up the exhaust, which is critical, but also if you delete both CATS on the JDM cars, then you are a candidate for runaway boost and lack of boost control. With a front pipe, single CAT delete, you will not over boost those ceramic turbos that come standard on the JDM 2JZGTE Supras.

    There's a built in flange for the O2 sensor as well! Gasket for that is also included.

    Great bargain, simple install and makes power, period. These are very hard to come by, so please buy when you see they are available. We are one of the only Supra businesses that has these on the shelf, at all times!

    Please note this does not fit the RHD Aristo. This will fit the LHD cars with JDM non-VVTi engines specifically on the turbo side.

  • LQ9 2JZ Ignition Upgrade GM Coil On Plug Kit 2JZ-GE 2JZ-GTE

    Is your 2JZ having misfire issues at higher boost? Are you tired of constantly swapping out spark plugs and regapping them to ridiculously small levels?

    For those running higher boost we've found that our King Spark kit is the best overall solution for the issues mentioned above.

    We start with the very best OEM ignition coils ever made, bar none. These have supported well over 1000 rwhp on all sorts of different cars (including the fastest Mk3 Supra in the world) and can run with plenty of dwell. A great replacement for old failing stock ones!

    We provide everything you see in the photo's, mounting brackets, wiring with connectors, either tested used or new (your choice) and a set of solid instructions for the mounting and set-up of your LQ9 King Spark system.

    Optionally available is whats we've found to be one of the best plugs is our NGK Iridium spark plug (6 plugs). We supply these in -7 heat range, but other options are available if you have a specific preference.

    These are designed for resistor plugs only, do not use a non-resistor plug with the King Spark system. The standard plug being used is the NGK or equivalent BKR7E, but other options and heat ranges can be used depending upon your modifications, compression, fuel requirements, etc.

    If using an NGK you want a plug with the "R" in its nomenclature as this designates a 'resistor' plug.

    Minor wiring required, but with our detailed instructions this is a do-it-yourself proposition

    These fit perfectly in 2JZ-GTE and 2JZ-GE engines. 1JZ engines require some modification for them to fit in the valley.

    If you opt for the Iridium plugs, let us know which heat range you need as well


    Installation is not plug-and-play, but involves connection of only 8 wires to the igniter's two connectors. The igniter and the stock coil harness are eliminated. Installation instructions are included.

    Please note that the GE heads, both VVTI and the distributor types, require a front facing intake manifold to utilize these coils, as the middle two coils do not fit under the Y-pipe throttle body.

    If you have GTE valve covers on a GE head, the GE bracket will require longer standoffs to fit.

    If the kit is being installed on a JDM/Asian Supra or Aristo, A Tachometer adaptor such as the Dakota Digital SGI - 8 or MSD-8920 will be required to restore tachometer functionality, as the tach on these cars is driven from a high level output from the (deleted) igniter.

    These coils will work with the stock GTE ECU, but you would need an IGF box to synthesize the required IGF signal back to the ECU.Please note the coilpacks are NOT included with the base price

    Drop in, plug-n-play, rebuilt OEM Toyota 150 amp alternator to fit your UZ! Fits all UZ engines, and bolts right in without any modifications. Don't settle for a poor quality rebuild from whoever has it cheapest. Opt for the best, for years of trouble free operation! Please note that some UZs have the connector in a different location, so you will need to verify your application has the connector that comes straight back out of the back of the alternator, and not plug in on top with a 90* angle.

    These use a 4 pin connector, but we include the plug-n-play adapter with every order, so no extra work required! 100% ready to go

    This alternator also has an extra mounting rib that newer UZ engines added, however this is not required for mounting, does not get in the way, and does not need to be machined off in most cases. Some fitments will require this

    Please note this adapter harness only works on UZ engines with the oval style connector. If you have the round connector, you will have to rewire your harness for this to work, which is fairly straightforward since it's only 3 wires. 

    You will also need to verify that your plug is in the same position as the picture on your application. Some applications do not have room behind the alternator itself to plug in, and instead have the plug radially mounted instead of axial mounted. We do not currently have a replacement option for that.

    Not everyone is looking to go wild with their car! We offer this as a simple bolt on solution for those with the 10th generation hardtop Crown (JZS151, GS151, JZS155, etc.) or RWD Crown Majesta (JZS155, UZS151, UZS157) who will be fine with just OEM style brakes.

    Please note that we have not found a 100% direct replacement for the hardtop stock rotors. With this kit, you may need spacers to fit. You should still be able to fit the factory JZS155 15" wheels, however we have not confirmed fitment yet.

    Looking to push 800+ HP out of your 3UR engine? This pulley will make that an easier goal to hit! We custom made these pulleys with a 7 inch diameter to bolt on to our ATI crank pulley (not the factory one) and replace the factory size pulley they are normally made with. Our oversized pulley will help spin your supercharger faster, as boost pressure from a supercharger depends on the speed of the drive pulley and ratio between the crankshaft pulley and the supercharger's pulley.

    We offer these a la carte now for anyone that has previously purchased one of our custom ATi crank damper pulleys, and is looking to throw more boost at their engine.

    Stronger internals are absolutely required when running this pulley. You do not want to test the limits of your engine if you do not have aftermarket rods and pistons installed. Professional installation and tuning is required.

  • XAT Racing Porsche 911 996 TT 997 TT Carrera turbo manifolds billet V-band flanges for Mezger engine

    XAT Racing is proud to introduce our newest turbo manifold design! These manifolds will fit Porsche 996TT or 997TT, or any derivative of the Mezger engine. These are exclusively made to order, in house, by us. Every manifold pair includes billet flanges and hand welded runners, as well as the factory EGT bung pre-welded. We will need the matching flange for the turbos you are using to make this manifold. You may also need to adjust how the wastegate piping is routed depending on your application.

    As with our other manifolds, they're stainless with 2mm thick runner walls and are built to handle anything you can throw at them, even 1000+ HP. Please note due to the motorsport nature of this product, we are unable to warranty it.

    A great turbo selection for these new turbos is Garrett's latest G series offerings, such as the G25-660. These turbos pack quite the wallop, and each one is rated for up to 660 HP!

    * Our 3-year no questions covers any manufacturing related defect, including all welds and through cracking. The no questions asked warranty is for the original purchaser only. Micro-cracking of external welds in heat-cycled stainless has no affect upon performance.

    Sometimes, it's the little things. These brackets are billet CNC machined for direct fit of the SpeedFactory front mount intercooler to your hardtop 10th gen Crown hardtop or sedan (fitment not confirmed for Crown Majesta).

    These brackets are also included in our full Crown turbo kit.

    Keep in mind slight clearancing is required on of the support just above the intercooler. The intercooler is also meant to tilt forward on top slightly, as seen in pictures, which gives more room to work with the piping.

  • XAT Crown Chaser Rear 2nd Caliper Hand Brake Bracket LS460

    Fully delete your stock drum rear e-brake and run an independent hydraulic hand brake on your drift car! Excellent for those with Crowns, Mark IIs, Crestas, and Chasers with foot emergency brake setups that are looking to get sideways with a big upgrade!

    The caliper used is the factory rear 2 piston LS460 caliper from the non-sport, RWD cars. They are marked A16 in the casting. Be sure you have the correct ones!

    This kit works with both our rear Wilwood FSL rear upgrade kit. You will need to run our upgrade kit due to this using the larger Supra TT rear rotor. This will NOT fit a stock rear brake setup. You will also be replacing the factory drum e-brake entirely with this, so you will not be able to reuse that.
