  • XAT Racing Hydraulic Clutch Feed Line

    If you're doing a manual transmission conversion (either from automatic, or upgrading to a better transmission), especially when using our adapter parts, you'll need the clutch hose to connect the master cylinder to the slave cylinder. 

    We offer these -4 hoses in various lengths to suit. Typically, 3 feet is enough for car chassis' (LS, GS, Mk3 Supra, 240SX, etc.), though the truck guys often opt for the 4 foot version instead. This is for JUST the hose itself, and does not include the other fittings needed! The other fittings will depend on your application; please contact us if you are uncertain before ordering.

    As we continue to build the Toyota V8 market more and more, we also continue to push the edge and develop the best new parts. Check out this XAT Racing exclusive dry sump oil pan and oil pump bracket! This oil pan will fit any UZ engine (1UZ non-VVTi, 1UZ VVTi, 2UZ, or 3UZ) and is made to use the Moroso dry sump oil pump. This kit is also modeled after the setup the original TRD UZ V8s used 10 years ago in IMSA!

    Please note, this is not a complete bolt on kit. We are developing these still, which will be unique to each chassis. Expect to sacrifice your A/C compressor for this, as it mounts the oil pump where the air conditioning compressor is normally located.

  • XAT Racing W58 Transmission Adapter Hardware Kit W55 W59

    For anyone that has purchased our plate elsewhere and not received hardware, broken, or misplaced it, we keep all of it in stock here ready to ship out!

    The kit includes zinc-chromate and black oxide finish hardware, because it looks cool and resists corrosion well. Includes all hardware needed to bolt the transmission adapter plate to the transmission case (replacing the front bearing retainer), the hardware to bolt the transmission bellhousing to the adapter plate (including double redundancy nuts for the back), and 2 small allen screws to hold down the hydraulic throw out bearing.

    Should you ever do something as silly as a twin disc clutch on your W55, W58, or W59 kit, we've also revised our design to be able to use a quill tube, in which case the 2 small set screws would be used to keep this mounted in place.

  • XAT Racing Mk3 Supra High Flow Cat MkIII 86-92

    We are proud to release our in house high flow catalytic converter for the 1986.5 to 1992 Toyota Supra with 7MGE or 7MGTE engine, in 3" diameter! This is a true flanged bolt-on design which is a direct replacement for the factory CAT as you can see in the photo. Expect an increase of ~5% in power and a quicker turbo spool. These are bolt in versions. We also sell the weld in version in the downpipe/exhaust section. We use stainless for these, as shown. These are 49 state legal. Not legal in California. 

    You will need to measure your existing cat to make sure we send you the right version, either 11 inches or 12 inches. Please let us know at the time of ordering the measurement yours is, as these are made to order in each case.

    Please note that the gaskets are not included, but very easy to find and source locally.

  • XAT Racing Steel UZ Header Outlet Flanges for 3UZ Exhaust Manifold

    Alright, lets see, who makes these...

    What?? Nobody does? Oh, okay, guess we'll have to then!

    Available in stainless steel, this pair (both included) are the same dimensions as the factory header flange, used on the SC430 for instance. If you're looking to make a set of headers that bolt up to the factory H or mid piping, this is what you'll need. Or perhaps your exhaust is rusted, and you just need replacement options.

    As seen in the pictures, they match perfectly over a factory header, but still give plenty of room for improvement when it comes to flow.

    We also make the flange that goes from the manifold to the head! That can be added as well.

    Factory exhaust manifold not included. Why would you use one of those anyways? Ew.

    Please note this is a different flange shape from the non-VVTi 1UZ, and they are not interchangeable

    XAT Racing exclusive! 1989-1997 1UZFE owners are no longer left out when it comes to upgraded valves! We now supply a full set of 32 oversized valves (16 intake, 16 exhaust) for non VVTi 1UZ engines. 

    Factory intake valves are 33.5mm, exhaust 28mm, but we can make to your desired sizes. We typically do +.5mm or +1mm oversized valves. Pictures shown are of an actual set made for an early non-VVTi 1UZ customer that is looking to push some big HP numbers!

  • XAT Racing 3UR-FE 5.7 V8 Dry Sump Oil Pan PREORDER

    We've focused on the 1UZ, 2UZ, and 3UZ engines for many years now, and will continue to develop more and more parts for those iconic V8s. We're also now starting to gear up for the UR market, starting with performance camshafts and a billet dry sump oil pan! We're building this around a 3URFE engine, and suspect it will likely fit the 1UR 4.6 and 2UR 5.0 V8s also. Confirmation will come at a later date.

    The pan is being designed to be used in conjunction with the Moroso dry sump oil pump. This kit is being modeled after the TRD UZ V8s one, but being built specifically for the larger UR block.

    Please note, this is not a complete bolt on kit. We are developing these still, which will be unique to each chassis. Expect to sacrifice your A/C compressor for this, or possibly have to relocate other engine driven accessories. You will still need the belt driven oil pump, lines, tank, and any other ancillary parts (such as cooler, filter housing, etc.), though these parts will depend on intended use, goals, and budget for the vehicle.

  • XAT Racing Mk3 Supra Test Pipe 86.5-92 MkIII Toyota Decat

    Watch Andy show off his pipe. Impressive! With a girth of 3 inches, his pipe offered by hand will absolutely make you smile! This is an in house made XAT part, hand welded on a jig, and factory replacement fitment with no modification needed--for your pleasure.

    You will need to measure your existing cat to make sure we send you the right version, usually either 11 inches or 12 inches roughly. Please let us know at the time of ordering what yours measures out to be. It is important to get the correct length the first time to avoid further issues.

    What is a test pipe?

    Simple. A test-pipe is used to replace the catalytic converter on cars to "test" if the cat as clogged or not and will verify for you. Simple bolt-in performance product with only 4 bolts (can be obtained at any hardware store if not reusing the factory ones). Excellent bang for the buck performance. Test pipe can be used with various downpipes for total CAT elimination (catalytic converter), or it can be used with a factory exhaust or aftermarket exhaust as well.

    Please check your local laws, as this is intended strictly for off-road vehicles only. It is up to you to reinstall the cat when you are done using this.

  • XAT Racing Lightweight Chromoly 11 lb UZ Flywheel for Manual swap WITH ARP BOLTS

    Our 1UZ / 2UZ / 3UZ series V8 chromoly flywheel is made form some of the hardest, most durable metal we can source for a flywheel.

    Our machine shop gets mad every time we do a production run--they go on and on about how hard the alloy is, takes longer to machine, wears out tooling... Well that's great news if you're planning on abusing your V8!!! This flywheel will take some serious abuse without a doubt, and we have proven it ourselves in our personal cars over a length of time.

    Weighing in at just 11 LBS, you will instantly notice your V8 rev up and rev down much faster! This equates to a more responsive throttle, getting to the important parts of your powerband, and more efficient engine braking.

    Our flywheel utilizes the proven torque holding clutches of the SW20 MR2 TURBO 3S-GTE. We offer clutch setups to suit everything from a stock engine all the way to to 680 FT/LBS with this flywheel!

    When installing our flywheel: you will be required to install the OEM automatic bolt guide on the crank before installing the flywheel. This item is curved--the curve needs to face the engine and fit flat on the crank-to-flywheel mating surface. Please see pictures for more information as well. After installing the bolt guide, torque the included ARP bolt kit to 70 FT/LBS using red thread locker/loctite on the bolts, and tightening in a star pattern, not one next to the other. We also recommend tightening down in 2 or 3 goes as well instead of going from finger tight straight to 70 ft lbs.

    This flywheel is meant for our W55/W58, R150/R151, R154, KA, and SR transmission adapters. This will NOT work with our CD009 / JK series Nissan 6 speed adapter!

    Our custom-designed CP piston kit can be ordered in custom compression ratio to suit turbo, nitrous, or N/A applications. CP pistons are the premier piston in today's market! The custom forging is CNC'd to match ultra tight tolerances for high output engines. When the power goes up, so does the heat. Stock pistons are cast and cannot cope with the stress level of a race or high output engine. This piston kit comes with all eight pistons and includes pins, clips and rings. This item can be ordered for the VVTi version as well. Please select size and type from drop down menu.

    Please note these are custom made to order pistons. We do not stock these, and typical wait time is 4-8 weeks to produce. Since we have not found anybody to make off the shelf pistons for our engines, these have to be special order, and as such, are non-refundable. If there are issues with the order, we will fix them, but we will not take them back due to plans changes or changing your mind.

    XAT Racing 3UR Billet Fuel Rails 3URFE 3URFBE Fuel Rail Kit 1URFE

    Now exclusively black anodized!

    When we first began to modify and tune the mighty TOYOTA 3UR 5.7L v8 engine we dug into the areas that we could improve the performance and reliability of the engine. We all know that production equipment is made to work within stock performance parameters - so we knew that the fuel system would be the first place we would need to address. While the stock 3UR fuel rails do work just fine- when you start adding HP with a Supercharger or Turbo the fuel demand starts to exceed the flow capabilities of the stock fuel rails. Stock fuel rails are made from pressed and welded steel that have bent crossover and feed ports- these ports are as narrow as 5mm!! To put this measurement into perspective- each injector has a 6mm port on each rail- MEANING the feed port for all 4 injectors on each rail is smaller than just one of the injectors feed ports- WOW - so this is why Tundras approaching 600WHP start to run lean and drop pistons and start welding rings and breaking ring lands- the engine is going seriously lean under these high load situations-  this is where we stepped in- 


    XAT Racing 3UR billet -8AN fuel rails are made from genuine RMR fuel rail stock- machined to perfection  in a multi phase manufacturing process. We designed our fuel rail kit to exceed the performance of the stock rails when needed most- so we started with -8AN fuel rail stock- feed and drain ports are all -8AN ORB meaning you get a perfect o-ring seal on all inlets and outlets. Our injector standoffs have locating tabs so your injectors are facing the correct direction as TOYOTA designed- meaning your injector spray pattern is optimized- and not spraying in the wrong direction- this design feature is exclusive to the XAT Racing 3UR billet fuel rail kit. Injector standoffs have 14% larger (7.15mm) feed ports at the injector vs stock(6mm), while the rail inlet and outlet ports are a whopping 82% larger (9.15mm) than stock (5mm).  All standoffs as well as inlet and outlet ports are e-85 safe o-ring sealed for a leak free design- this also means an easy replacement of o-rings if you ever need to refresh the setup. Mounting tabs are located in the same OEM locations and even use the OEM poly spacer and bolt for install- making install as easy as it can get. 


    XAT Racing 3UR billet fuel rail kit is offered in Anodized finishes as well if your looking to change up the color or look of the fuel rail setup- 


    Each kit comes with both fuel rails with all inlet and outlet ports in -8AN pre-installed as well as all standoffs installed.

  • XAT Racing 2JZ Oil Pump High Performance Modified OEM Pump 1JZ 2JZ GTE

    Higher horsepower means more oil demand. When you're running twice or three times the stock power output, you absolutely have to be sure your engine is getting lubricated everywhere it needs to! Especially if you have an aftermarket oil cooler to keep oil temps down!

    What does XAT do to bring you options for a better oil pump? We take a brand new OEM GTE (not GE) Toyota pump, remove all hard edges, radius all corners, enlarge the front main seal drain, and shim the pressure relief valve to give more max PSI. Make sure you get a quality oil pump for your engine, from the professionals at XAT!

    In the pictures, you can clearly see some the upgrades we have made. Check out pictures where you can see the oil pressure relief piston polished for smoother operation, and more consistent oil pressures.

    There's plenty we do to greatly improve the oil flow without trying to "reinvent" the stock setup! The factory oil pump works well for factory applications, but there's clearly plenty of room for improvement, as we show here.

  • XAT Racing 1UZ Mk3 Supra Engine Mounts Toyota Lexus V8 3UZ Motor mounts

    Pre89 1UZ and 3UZ fitment confirmed reusing the stock Supra brake booster! Billet mounts for your aluminum UZ engine (or motor mounts, if you're wrong) into the MkIII Supra chassis! The pre89 version is finished and now available. If you have a 1989 model year Supra, please verify the subframe you have (or if your engine mounts were square or round) before ordering.

    Helpful hint: Square mounts came on the earlier cars, round on the later. 1989 was the crossover year, so please verify on your car.

    Includes rubber isolator mount! Well, not actually rubber, it's UHMW (ultra high molecular weight) with a shore hardness of 68D, roughly equivalent to over 100A (which is a more familiar comparison scale). Despite being one of the smoothest V8s ever created, we prefer having a dampening barrier vs. a "solid" mount to reduce NVH for street cars.

    These make bolting in your favorite UZ engine a breeze. Billet aluminum mounts, milled on a 5 axis CNC machine IN THE USA. Only the very best out there!

    These are for the non-VVTi 1UZs, VVTi 1UZs, and all 3UZ engines. Please note the 89+ version is different, but we do stock both!

    We cannot confirm fitment with the 2UZ. The iron block engines tend to have a different mount location

    XAT exclusively offers this bearing adapter for UZ to Z33 or Z34 Nissan 350Z, 370Z, Infiniti G35, and G37 6 speed transmission (CD001 through CD009, JK40C, JK41A, JK41B, etc.) as well as SR20DET and KA24DE transmissions. 

    This proper design allows user to not have to machine the bellhousing of the transmission for transmission input shaft support. This fits Nissan 5 and 6 speed trannies, including KA24, SR20, and VQ35. This is also included in our adapter kits.

    We've offered the bushing for many years, and now in true Toyota fashion, we EXCLUSIVELY use a needle bearing option as well! A roller bearing tends to be a better long term investment

  • XAT Racing Porsche 911 996 TT 997 TT Carrera turbo manifolds billet V-band flanges for Mezger engine

    XAT Racing is proud to introduce our newest turbo manifold design! These manifolds will fit Porsche 996TT or 997TT, or any derivative of the Mezger engine. These are exclusively made to order, in house, by us. Every manifold pair includes billet flanges and hand welded runners, as well as the factory EGT bung pre-welded. We will need the matching flange for the turbos you are using to make this manifold. You may also need to adjust how the wastegate piping is routed depending on your application.

    As with our other manifolds, they're stainless with 2mm thick runner walls and are built to handle anything you can throw at them, even 1000+ HP. Please note due to the motorsport nature of this product, we are unable to warranty it.

    A great turbo selection for these new turbos is Garrett's latest G series offerings, such as the G25-660. These turbos pack quite the wallop, and each one is rated for up to 660 HP!

    * Our 3-year no questions covers any manufacturing related defect, including all welds and through cracking. The no questions asked warranty is for the original purchaser only. Micro-cracking of external welds in heat-cycled stainless has no affect upon performance.

  • XAT Racing Billet CD009 Adapter Plate for 1UZ to Nissan 6 Speed 2UZ 3UZ

    When we took a look at the previous generation of adapter plates, all we could see was room for improvement and higher quality. We wanted a plate that would mount PERFECTLY with zero slop. It needed to look good and perform even better. DON'T get stuck with an overvalued, sloppy plate that ends up costing you input shafts and has poor fitment. You can go with a less expensive alternative and end up with broken parts, or you can do it right the first time with us! No complaints with over 5 years of service.

    This billet aluminum adapter plate reuses your automatic 1UZ, 2UZ or 3UZ bellhousing. (U1 or U2 from the 4 speed and 5 speed autos. 3UZ 6 speed bellhousing will not fit). It will require you to cut off the CD009 bellhousing, which gives MUCH more room to work with in most chassis. Alignment of the input shaft becomes dependent on this plate and not the quality of the bell housing cut, so worry not! This isn't like other kits out there. This will also fit 2UZs, though the kit was designed to use the U1 bellhousing specifically.

    Regardless of which clutch you use, you will need to use the Quarter Master throw out bearing. 

    With single disc clutch setups, this kit is designed to use our custom flywheel that uses off the shelf "Z32 turbo" (89-96 Nissan 300ZX twin turbo) clutches, which are inexpensive, readily available, and hold power well. 

    Please see the listing below for the flywheel needed. Please note that with a single disc clutch, this requires a proprietary flywheel. OUR "OEM STYLE" AND "LIGHTWEIGHT" XAT FLYWHEELS WILL NOT WORK WITH THIS TRANSMISSION. You will need the specific CD009 flywheel made for this application.

    The twin disc setups include their own flywheel, but will also need a ring gear for the starter (the OEM auto flex plate)

    Included with purchase on this listing:

    • Adapter plate with hardware to install

    This is the missing link for doing the 1UZFE, 2UZFE, or 3UZFE swap, or simply adding a manual transmission to your already existing UZ powered vehicle (LS400, SC400, and GS400 included). Our CNC process for manufacturing the plate results in an extremely precise adapter plate, laser tight tolerances, and a focus on quality that has yielded a product that will produce less wear on the transmission and clutch. The kits being sold by our "competition" are routinely a few thousands off and have sloppy fitting dowel pin holes. We have even seen competitor's products first hand being warped right out of the box! The adapter kits come with the needed pilot adapter and bushing as well. This is the tried and true kit from XAT Racing, except no imitations when it comes to 1UZs..

    You can also use the less expensive RAM throw out bearing with this kit, however we do not support it. You will need to drill and tap the plate at your own risk to mount one.

    You may also need other manual conversion parts, depending on your chassis. Please keep in mind you may need to use a 3/4" bore master cylinder with this kit. The factory master cylinder may be enough, however it will ultimately depend on your application. The majority of Toyota car manuals have a 5/8" bore master. The optional master cylinder we provide may require further chassis modification to bolt up to your firewall.

    The GKTech shifter is great for relocating the shifter fit Lexus SC fitment and MkIV Supra fitment. Should also fit other applications as well, though that will depend on the chassis you're using and where the engine is mounted

  • XAT Racing 1GZ V12 Billet CD009 Adapter Plate for 1GZFE to Nissan 6 Speed

    When we took a look at the previous generation of adapter plates, all we could see was room for improvement and higher quality. We wanted a plate that would mount PERFECTLY with zero slop. It needed to look good and perform even better. DON'T get stuck with an overvalued, sloppy plate that ends up costing you input shafts and has poor fitment. You can go with a less expensive alternative and end up with broken parts, or you can do it right the first time with us! No complaints with over 5 years of service.

    This billet aluminum adapter plate reuses your factory 4 speed auto 1GZ bellhousing (1997-2004). It will require you to cut off the CD009 bellhousing, which gives MUCH more room to work with in most chassis. Alignment of the input shaft becomes dependent on this plate and not the quality of the bell housing cut, so worry not! This isn't like other kits out there. 

    2005-2017 bellhousings will not fit with this adapter. Although the GR-to-CD009 adapter plate we offer would bolt up, the thickness spacing is still wrong

    Regardless of which clutch you use, you will need to use the Quarter Master throw out bearing. 

    With single disc clutch setups, this kit is designed to use our custom flywheel that uses off the shelf "Z32 turbo" (89-96 Nissan 300ZX twin turbo) clutches, which are inexpensive, readily available, and hold power well. 

    Please see the listing below for the flywheel needed. Please note that with a single disc clutch, this requires a proprietary flywheel. OUR "OEM STYLE" AND "LIGHTWEIGHT" XAT FLYWHEELS WILL NOT WORK WITH THIS TRANSMISSION. You will need the specific CD009 flywheel made for this application.

    The twin disc setups include their own flywheel, but will also need a ring gear for the starter (the OEM auto flex plate)

  • XAT Racing 8.5" Twin Disc Plate Clutch Kit 1UZ JZ CD009 V160 R154 etc

    This is a complete kit, with twin disc clutch assembly, install kit (ARP flywheel bolts, clutch hardware), button flywheel, and spacer as needed. 

    Which engine? Which transmission? All of them! 

    We have a version for your UZ engine, with Z33 / Z34 trans, R154, V160, or W58! The twin disc is recommended for 800rwhp cars for street/drift/endurance. The sintered metallic compound is one of the highest quality materials for clutches. This clutch has slots between the segments to help cool the clutch easier, and extra thick padding to last through an extreme amount of abuse! 

    All feedback for this clutch from our many customers over the years has been overwhelmingly positive. Clutch pedal isnt overly aggressive, it can still slip for street driving, yet has no problem holding gobs of power. Here at XAT, we often measure power in gobs. This kit holds "many" gobs. This is the 8.5 inch version we recommend most for street driven cars.

    The starter gear includes the ring gear needed to start the car. The much smaller button flywheel has much less rotating mass to deal with and works very well, but has no starter motor engagement. The base kit includes the button flywheel, with an option to have a full size flywheel and clutch combo. The assembled RaceLite clutch and flywheel weighs 22 lbs 14 oz.

    If this is your first time with an XAT clutch conversion, you will need the starter gear as well. Otherwise you can opt for the RaceLite flywheel instead and not need the starter gear or the button flywheel. You should be using a 3/4" master cylinder in tandem with the TOB we use.

    Us 5 lug Tacoma owners really get the short end of the stick. The 6 lug 4WD trucks all got a decent 4 piston brake setup, whereas ours is almost the same size as the Camry. This issue is compounded for X-Runner guys, especially with boost on top!

    From the success of our brake kits for the RWD Lexus cars (GS, SC, LS, etc), we have adapted and implemented a similar complete bolt on kit for the 2005-2015 Tacoma 2WD trucks, including X-Runner, excluding PreRunner. All 5 lug trucks.

    The XAT Racing Lexus Brake Upgrade Kit comes with everything you need to bolt on this new brake setup, short of your favorite brake fluid. That includes calipers (optionally, also can be powdercoated as pictured), rotors, pads, pins, anti-rattle springs, mounting hardware, brackets, and stainless braided lines. We've had to switch to more expensive Wilwood lines and increase the cost somewhat until StopTech can replenish current backorders.

    Calipers are sourced from a 2007-2020 LS460, LS460L, LS600h, and even the new LS500 4 piston fronts, RWD non-sport package K17 style. We typically source brand new OEM Lexus/Advics. You also do NOT need the roll center adjusters we make to install on a Tacoma! This listing includes everything else you need for 100% bolt on and go!

    We typically prefer the Posi-Quiet Centric/Stoptech pads, as they have excellent street performance and are not unnecessarily loud/squeaky once properly bedded in. Other options are available as well, if you prefer.

    For discs, we typically use off-the-shelf preferred Centric/StopTech 2008-2014 IS-F 360mm (14.1 inch) rotors. They come cross drilled from the factory (just like the IS-F rotors are), though we have other bolt on options as well if you're going for a different style or preference. We've not heard of any issues with rotor cracking like some other aftermarket applications have reported.

    Although this kit uses DOT approved components, please note it is meant for off road use only. Proper installation is required, and all safety precautions should be heeded. 


    Additionally, you will most likely need 18" wheels to fit over these. The only 18s we have found to not fit so far are some Enkei RPF1s and IS250/IS350 F Sport front wheels. We cannot make any promises on what else will not fit, however every other 18" wheel we have tried does fit over these brakes, including factory X-Runner wheels, Enkei NT03+, G35 Ray's wheels, etc.

    After plenty of market demand, we have finished this ZINC CHROMATED set of brackets to mount LS460 / LS600h / LS500 brake calipers to any MkIV Supra, SC300, or SC400!

    These brackets are ideal for those DIYers that are looking for an inexpensive option for brake upgrades. You keep your factory brake lines in this bolt-on solution; all you need is a set of front 2007-2020 LS460, LS460L, LS600, or even the new 2020 LS500 fixed 4 piston brake calipers, plus LS460 fitment pads, and a set of 2008-2014 IS-F 14" rotors!

    Although the roll center adjusters aren't mandatory, they provide a bolt on solution. You do not have to run them, though if you do not, you may need to modify the mounting hardware. They will improve the suspension geometry on lowered cars at any rate, so we highly recommend them.

    Please note that the LS460 does NOT use 5x114.3 rotors, so you will NOT be able to bolt on the LS460 rotor. We do not have fitment confirmation on the larger LS460 F-Sport 6 piston Brembo brakes, though they may also fit when used with larger rotors

    Our custom-designed JE piston kit can be ordered in custom compression ratio to suit turbo, nitrous, or N/A applications. JE pistons are the premier piston in today's market! The custom forging is CNC'd to match ultra tight tolerances for high output engines. When the power goes up, so does the heat. Stock pistons are cast and cannot cope with the stress level of a race or high output engine. This piston kit comes with all eight pistons and includes pins, clips and rings.     Please note these are custom made to order pistons. We do not stock these, and typical wait time is 4-8 weeks to produce.     XAT Racing Driveshaft 1 piece Steel or Aluminum Drive Shaft for Swaps CD009 JK40C 1EA0A etc

    After getting some rather silly high prices for custom driveshaft quotes from popular brands, we decided to reach out to specialists and offer custom parts at a much more reasonable price! Wait time is much lower now as well, as we typically can have a driveshaft ready from start to finish in about 1 week. Please be advised we will also need the correct measurement from A-to-B as seen in the above picture on your personal vehicle to make sure the driveshaft is made properly

    Please also measure the flange bolt pattern at the differential, as different cars have different flanges.

    All driveshafts use super high quality parts from brands like Neapco, with gold series U-joints that do not need to be serviced for a long, maintenance free life. We use 3" steel one piece drive shafts, as they are capable of quite a bit of HP and abuse while still offering a simple, economic solution for your swap. They ship already balanced and ready to install.

    We also leave the shaft unpainted and untreated. These driveshafts are a blank canvas to express yourself with, which lets you finish them how you see fit. Popular options include simple rattle can spray paint, Never Dull + clear coat to keep it shiny, or even wild ideas like a candy cane scheme. If you do not coat them, you can expect surface rust at least.

  • XAT Racing Nissan Z33 Z34 350Z 370Z CD009 1JZ 2JZ 6 Speed Transmission Conversion Adapter

    When we took a look at the previous generation of adapter plates, all we could see was room for improvement and higher quality. We wanted a plate that would mount PERFECTLY with zero slop. It needed to look good and perform even better. DON'T get stuck with an overvalued, sloppy plate that ends up costing you input shafts and has poor fitment. You can go with a less expensive alternative and end up with broken parts, or you can do it right the first time with us! No complaints with over 5 years of service.

    This billet aluminum adapter plate reuses your automatic J3 bellhousing (usually from 2JZGTE A340E automatics). It will require you to cut off the CD009 bellhousing, which gives MUCH more room to work with in most chassis. Alignment of the input shaft becomes dependent on this plate and not the quality of the bell housing cut, so worry not! This isn't like other kits out there. 

    Regardless of which clutch you use, you will need to use the Quarter Master throw out bearing. 

    With single disc clutch setups, this kit is designed to use our custom flywheel that uses off the shelf "Z32 turbo" (89-96 Nissan 300ZX twin turbo) clutches, which are inexpensive, readily available, and hold power well. 

    Please see the listing below for the flywheel needed. Please note that with a single disc clutch, you will need the specific CD009 flywheel made for this application.

    The twin disc setups include their own flywheel, but will retain the factory a ring gear for the starter (the OEM auto flex plate)

    XAT Racing took a hard look at the concept, and decided to go all in with the "Toyota Small-Block" design. These V8s have started becoming overwhelmingly popular over the past few years! This will fit all versions of this transmission: CD001, CD003, CD005, CD008, CD009, JK41A, JK41B, JK40C, 1EA0A, and 1EA0B from the 2003-2008 Nissan 350Z/Fairlady Z, 2009-2020 370Z, Skyline V35 and V36 non-GTR sedan and coupe, and Infiniti G35 and G37 

    Our products are CAD designed with OEM blocks and transmissions on professional equipment by industry professionals. No bad measurements, no flame cuts, no warped discs, no nonsense. You should be using a 3/4" master cylinder in tandem with the TOB we use.

    This is the missing link for doing the 1JZ or 2JZ swap, or simply adding a manual transmission to your already existing JZ powered vehicle (Supra, IS300, SC300, GS300). Our CNC process for manufacturing the plate results in an extremely precise adapter plate, laser tight tolerances, and a focus on quality that has yielded a product that will produce less wear on the transmission and clutch. The kits being sold by our "competition" are routinely a few thousands off and have sloppy fitting dowel pin holes. We have even seen competitor's products first hand being warped right out of the box! The adapter kits come with the needed pilot adapter and bushing as well. This is the tried and true kit from XAT Racing, except no imitations when it comes to doing it right the first time.

    You can also use the less expensive RAM throw out bearing with this kit, however we do not support it. You will need to drill and tap the plate at your own risk to mount one.

    The GKTech shifter is great for relocating the shifter fit Lexus SC fitment and MkIV Supra fitment. Should also fit other applications as well, though that will depend on the chassis you're using and where the engine is mounted

Unlike our OEM style and lightweight chromoly flywheels, these aluminum ones are infinitely rebuildable with a replacement friction surface and hardware (included!). They are also tailor made for the UZ Toyota/Lexus V8s from the ground up, not re-purposed from other flywheels!! This flywheel comes in at just over 9 lbs!!

    Our aluminum flywheels will use the same 3S-GTE clutches that the other flywheels and our kits utilize. We have a broad selection of choices, some of which are in stock. We will be happy to help and make recommendations for your application!

    These cams will be for anyone looking to get the most out of their Tundra, Sequoia, LX570, GX460, Land Cruiser, etc. with the 3URFE, 3URFBE, or 1URFE engines. 

    If you've already done basic mods like intake, exhaust, and tune, this is the logical next step for you to have some noticeable gains, however you can expect to need at least an upgraded valvetrain to run these. We cannot confirm fitment with the LS460 and GS460 car 1UR-FSE engines. DO NOT expect them to drop in without modifications. We DO make 1URFSE specific cams as well

    For the manufacturing process, we start with proprietary cast iron billets, CNC machine the lobes, and finish off with double heat treatment, 5160 induction hardening, and Tufftriding.

    How race car are you? Probably race car enough to have loose, bad mounts, floppy engine, or maybe none at all and you need the right ones to mount your UZ. These billet, made in the USA 6061-T6 aluminum engine brackets (or motor mounts if you're wrong) were designed to tighten up your 1UZ or 3UZ from flopping around and keep it properly corralled.

    We have released our custom made billet VVTi UZ race cams!! For those looking for serious power gains and pushing the limits of their Toyota V8, we now have a solution.     Forced induction (turbo or supercharger) cams have .428” (10.87mm) peak cam lift with 285 intake and 289 exhaust cam duration and 54 degrees of overlap. These are great for high HP N/A builds and forced induction projects!

    Factory VVTi cams have 8.6mm and 250/260 duration, for reference

    Cams can be ordered in VVTI and non-vvti versions so they can be used on all 1UZ / 2UZ /3UZ VVTi or 2000-2004 non-VVTi 2UZ engines. We typically have them made for VVTi compatibility, and if need be, VVTi can always be disabled

  • XAT 2GS LS460 Brake Caliper Brackets for Lexus GS300 GS400 GS430 1GS LS400 etc. and Hardware

    Pictures show the RWD K17 type caliper being used. The AWD N18 caliper has the same bolt pattern, but the caliper sits taller on the rotor. As such, the N18 version will not work with the IS-F rotor. You'll need to stick to the K17 type.

    In our continuing support of Lexus performance products and the UZ platform, we have finished this set of ZINC CHROMATED brackets to mount LS460 / LS600h or LS500 brake calipers to any GS300, GS400, GS430, SC430, and many others!

    These brackets are ideal for those DIYers that are looking for an inexpensive option for brake upgrades. You keep your factory brake lines in this bolt-on solution; all you need is a set of front 2007-2018 LS460, LS460L, LS600h, or even the new 2019+ LS500 fixed 4 piston brake calipers, LS460 fitment pads, and a set of 2008-2014 IS-F 14" rotors!

    Although the roll center adjusters aren't mandatory, they provide a bolt on solution. You do not have to run them, though if you do not, you may need to modify the mounting hardware. They will improve the suspension geometry on lowered cars at any rate, so we highly recommend them.

    Please note that the LS460 does NOT use 5x114.3 rotors, so you will NOT be able to bolt on the LS460 rotor. We do not have fitment confirmation on the larger LS460 F-Sport 6 piston Brembo brakes, though they may also fit when used with larger rotors

    Additionally, you will most likely need 18" wheels to fit over these. The only 18s we have found to not fit so far are some Enkei RPF1s. We cannot make any promises on what else will not fit, however every other 18" wheel we have tried does fit over these brakes, including factory X-Runner wheels, Enkei NT03+, G35 Ray's wheels, etc.

    Higher horsepower means more oil demand. When you're running twice or three times the stock power output, you absolutely have to be sure your engine is getting lubricated everywhere it needs to! Especially if you have an aftermarket oil cooler to keep oil temps down!

    What does XAT Racing do to bring you options for a better oil pump? We take a brand new OEM GTE (not GE) Toyota pump, remove all hard edges, radius all corners, enlarge the front main seal drain, and shim the pressure relief valve to give more max PSI. Make sure you get a quality oil pump for your engine, from the professionals at XAT Racing!

    In the pictures, you can clearly see some the upgrades we have made. Check out pictures where you can see the oil pressure relief piston polished for smoother operation, and more consistent oil pressures.

    There's plenty we do to greatly improve the oil flow without trying to "reinvent" the stock setup! The factory oil pump works well for factory applications, but there's clearly plenty of room for improvement, as we show here.

    Finally, a bolt-in clutch pedal bracket for LS400! Designed and produced in the Grindhouse skunk works, XAT Racing has just what you need to be doing clutch kicks in Grandpa's land yacht. This adapter uses a specific Wilwood clutch pedal with remote reservoir available from the dropdown menu! The end product is a 100% bolt-in assembly with many available cylinder bores and adjustable pedal engagement. Fitment has been confirmed on LHD UCF10 chassis (89-94 LS400) only.     The XAT Racing Lexus Brake Upgrade Kit comes with everything you need to bolt on this new brake setup, short of your favorite brake fluid. That includes calipers, rotors, pads, pins, anti-rattle springs, mounting hardware, roll center adjusters, brackets, and stainless braided lines.

    Calipers are sourced from a 2007-2020 LS460, LS460L, LS600h, and even the new LS500 4 piston fronts, RWD non-sport package K17 style. We typically source a used set and rebuild them, though we can also get brand new OEM Lexus/Advics ones if you prefer. 

    We typically prefer the Posi-Quiet Centric/Stoptech pads, as they have excellent street performance and are not unnecessarily loud/squeaky once properly bedded in. Other options are available as well, if you prefer.

    For discs, we use preferred Centric/StopTech 2008-2014 IS-F 360mm (14.2 inch) rotors, not the cheap garbage ones. They come cross drilled from the factory (just like the IS-F rotors are), though we have other bolt on options as well if you're going for a different style or preference. We've not heard of any issues with rotor cracking like some other aftermarket applications have reported.

    Please note that calipers are supplied bare natural dark grey. At this time, we do not have a reliable consistent source for powdercoating calipers properly, so we recommend reaching out to places local to you

    Although this kit uses DOT approved components, please note it is meant for off road use only. Proper installation is required, and all safety precautions should be heeded. Most parts are readily available, but expect about a 1 week wait for us to have everything together

    Additionally, you will most likely need 18" wheels to fit over these. The only 18s we have found to not fit so far are some Enkei RPF1s and IS250/IS350 F Sport front wheels. We cannot make any promises on what else will not fit, however every other 18" wheel we have tried does fit over these brakes, including factory X-Runner wheels, Enkei NT03+, G35 Ray's wheels, etc.

    As it turns out, the SC400 has its own dedicated pulley for the hydrofan. This is not interchangeable with the other hydrofan pulleys. This is a replacement pulley when keeping the hydrofan setup, not for running electric fans or the idler bracket.


    In the interest of supplying as many parts for the UZ aftermarket, we had to complete the set and offer this one as well!

    Sometimes, it's the little things. These brackets are billet CNC machined for direct fit of the SpeedFactory front mount intercooler to your hardtop 10th gen Crown hardtop or sedan (fitment not confirmed for Crown Majesta).

    These brackets are also included in our full Crown turbo kit.

    Keep in mind slight clearancing is required on of the support just above the intercooler. The intercooler is also meant to tilt forward on top slightly, as seen in pictures, which gives more room to work with the piping.

  • XAT Celsior UCF10 Hydrofan Pulley UCF11 1UZ non-VVTi JDM Toyota

    As it turns out, the UCF10 and UCF11 1989-1994 1UZ Toyota Celsior has its own dedicated pulley for the hydrofan. This is not interchangeable with the USDM LS400 pulley, this is for JDM engines only.

    In the interest of supplying as many parts for the UZ aftermarket, we had to complete the set and offer this one as well!

  • XAT Manley 3UR Valve Spring Kit and Titanium Retainers 3URFE

    Working with one of the biggest names in the industry, XAT Racing has commissioned a set of valve springs and retainers made specifically for the 3UR 5.7 V8 from Toyota/Lexus! These arent simply reused springs from a different application, these springs are purpose built to drop in to your 3UR-FE and 3UR-FBE engine. These will fit all 3URs as well, no matter if it is from a Tundra, Sequoia, Land Cruiser or LX570!

    Dont forget to opt for the titanium retainers as well! Base price is for springs only.

    These are not required when installing our exclusive in house billet cams, but are strongly recommended. We also strongly recommend opting for the titanium retainers to help reduce valvetrain weight and keep everything locked in. After all, you wouldnt want to go through the effort to upgrade the springs just to leave out the retainers, right? You could add them later...if you want to rip your engine back apart again..

  • XAT Supercharger Porting Service TRD 2UZ Blower Intake Manifold

    Toyota and Magnusson left a bit of room to improve when developing the TRD blower kit for the 2UZ 4.7 V8. We now offer service to port match the blower's top plate to the lower runners! We also get rid of all the high and low spots internally, clean up the casting, and smooth it out well. Sometimes there's slight inconsistency between these, so our hand port work will give you an advantage of extra HP without having to switch tunes, pulley sizes, injectors, etc.

    We are offering this as a service, meaning you will need to ship us your blower and intake manifold. This price does NOT INCLUDE ANY PARTS. You will need to provide us with those parts, and we will fix them up for you.

    We can provide a UPS label for you to ship to us. Price of this will depend on location. Please inquire with an address and we can get you set up!

    This XAT flywheel is perfect for those who want a simple and straightforward flywheel for a manual conversion on their Toyota/Lexus V8. Affordable cast flywheel with OEM quality and OEM ring gear. 

    Excellent for starter projects and conversions, as well as daily street driving. This flywheel weighs 20 lbs 4 oz. Looking for a bit more performance and less rotating mass? 

    Check out the 13 lb XAT Chromoly Flywheel instead!! Our flywheel utilizes the proven torque holding clutches of the SW20 MR2 TURBO 3S-GTE. We offer clutch setups to suit everything from a stock engine all the way up to 680 FT/LBS with this flywheel! 

    For installation when using the optional ARP bolt kit, torque to 70 FT/LBS using red thread locker/loctite on the bolts, and tightening in a star pattern, not one next to the other. We also recommend tightening down in 2 or 3 passes as well, instead of going from finger tight straight to 70 ft lbs. This flywheel does NOT require any spacers to bolt on, not even the factory spacer that goes from the crankshaft to the factory flex plate.

    This flywheel is meant for our W55/W58, R150/R151, R154, KA, and SR transmission adapters. This will NOT work with our CD009 / JK series Nissan 6 speed adapter! Also not meant to fit international H151 models

  • XAT 3UR Solid Lifter Upgrade Conversion

    The 3UR came with a maintenance-free set of hydraulic lifters to make things easy. At higher RPM and power levels however, sometimes they can't keep up. High performance Toyota G heads have traditionally had solid lifters, but unfortunately, the solid lifters from the 2UR-GSE do not work in the 3UR F head engines.

    So we've worked with an aftermarket company to develop a custom set specific to the 3UR (not repurposed from other applications) and is now stocked! These lifters are a 3 piece design, CNC'd, heat treated, and micropolished. Expert level stuff often found in Italian exotics with forced induction making well over 1000 HP!

  • XAT UZ Billet Serpentine Tensioner Pulley 1UZ 2UZ 3UZ

    Please note there are 2 different diameter pulleys the UZ engines used. Depending on your setup, you should have either a 90mm or 102mm pulley. We do include a serviceable bearing as well with these pulleys, which will last the life of your engine!

    You will need to verify which setup you have before purchasing!
