  • 2JZGTE 2JZGE 1JZGTE Torque Plate Hone Plate Rental or Purchase

    XATRacing.com is now offering a 2JZGTE (also fits 2JZ-GE) torque plate for those that want to properly hone the cylinders on the 2JZ-GTE engine. It also fits the 2JZGE non-turbo blocks, as well as the 1JZGTE motors.

    Any serious engine builder will tell you, especially given the length of the inline 6 engine, that you need a torque plate in order to provide a similar stress pattern on the block that it experiences with the head on the block.

    Some builders even go as far as putting an old head gasket between the block and plate, then go through a standard Toyota pattern for torquing down the bolts.

    This is a precision machined torque plate, manufactured out of 2.0" (50.8mm) thick 6061 T6 aluminum (precision CNC'd by a large aerospace machine shop). Aluminum is chose as it best replicates stress and strain coefficients of expansion during torquing that the factory aluminum head does.

    It has an overbore that will allow for the largest hone/bore possible, so if you are building a stock bore or big bore, it isn't an issue.

    The bolt through-holes are clearanced for 1/2" (.500") head studs, which allows you the flexibility to run a factory diameter or 1/2" diameter head stud, all according to the factory head stud location. It is shipped in a sturdy container for protection.

    People charge up to $800 for these units, so we thought we can do it better and for less.

    You can expect it to ship next day typically, as we have one on the shelf at all times!

    A torque or honing plate is critical when doing the hone/bore process on any 2JZ engine build, especially those that will be running 30psi+ of boost and those running ARP head studs. Performance studs are typically torqued at much higher values than standard OEM studs, which causes a deflection in the cylinders if not using a torque plate.

    Machining Note: Prior to the machining process the torque plate should be secured to the block using the same amount of torque you intend to apply during final assembly of the head to the block. We are also offering a rental service to use the ARP head studs that can be shipped with the plate. If you go this option, you will also be charged $15 weekly to rent them, which we will subtract from the deposit once it is returned to us

  • XAT 1UZ DIY Turbo Manifolds Block Hugger Log Schedule 40 Headers 2UZ 3UZ

    Anyone looking to turn their UZ V8 into something EXTREME should strongly consider a turbo setup! The biggest issue with "1UZ turbo kits" (or any UZ turbo kit) is chassis fitment. With every car and truck having different clearances, there's not a "one size fits all" turbo kit. Intake and exhaust piping will be unique to each setup.

    Fortunately we have a solution to help get you started! You'll need to finish the rest of the plumbing on your chassis with the engine and turbo(s) mounted. Base headers are left open so you can either weld turns/transitions or your own flange. Optionally, we can weld 44mm v-band flanges to the end, so all you need to do is figure out the rest of the piping.

    With this setup, you can mount the headers on either side. They are fully reversible! The most common solution is to run a single or twin turbos up front with the manifolds pointing forward. Remote mount turbos are also an option.

    XAT has been building Toyota/Lexus UZ V8s and developing new parts for almost 2 decades for customers worldwide. We pride ourselves with taking the time to correctly assemble and rebuild every engine, knowing them inside and out. We also are excited to build more and more of these for boost, as we feel a manual transmission and a turbo or supercharger are what these engines really respond best to.

    Every engine gets hand built to order. Not everyone has the same goals or budget in mind, so we have built everything from mild to wild!

    You will need to send us your engine, or we can supply a core

    Our "base" engine build handles 800 HP reliably, but we do have a variety of options that you should also consider. If you're not sure if you want them, keep in mind that it's much easier to spend a few extra bucks while we have it and it's apart, than it is to go back in later and add these parts!

    Base build includes fully assembled engine, ready to drop in:

  • XAT 1UZ TurboFlow Oil Pump High Performance Modified 2UZ 3UZ

    This will fit all UZ engines, VVTi or non. We keep the factory oil pump in stock, so we can typically ship out a modded pump next business day!

    Higher horsepower means more oil demand. When you're running twice or three times the stock power output, you absolutely have to be sure your engine is getting lubricated everywhere it needs to! Especially if you have an aftermarket oil cooler to keep oil temps down!

    What does XAT do to bring you options for a better oil pump? We take a brand new OEM 98+ Toyota pump, remove all hard edges, radius all corners, enlarge the front main seal drain, and shim the pressure relief valve to give more max PSI. Make sure you get a quality oil pump for your engine, from the professionals at XAT!

    In the pictures, you can clearly see some the upgrades we have made. Check out pictures where you can see the oil pressure relief piston polished for smoother operation, and more consistent oil pressures.

    There's plenty we do to greatly improve the oil flow without trying to "reinvent" the stock setup! The factory oil pump works well for factory applications, but there's clearly plenty of room for improvement, as we show here.

    In another world first, XAT brings a solid manual swap option to the extremely common V6s made throughout the 2000s-2010s that replaced the aging MZ series. This includes the Tacoma, Tundra, 4Runner, FJ Cruiser, some overseas Land Cruisers, Avalon, RAV4, Camry, Highlander, Venza, Sienna, RC350, RX350, IS250, IS350, GS350, and other overseas vehicles. Please note that this is the adapter to convert the engine to manual, and much more custom work would be needed to convert the rest of the car/truck over. This is also specific to longitudinally mounted engines (RWD/4WD) and not transverse FWD engines. You will re-use your factory auto bellhousing for the swap, which is not included.   • XAT 2GS LS460 Brake Caliper Brackets for Lexus GS300 GS400 GS430 1GS LS400 etc. and Hardware

    Pictures show the RWD K17 type caliper being used. The AWD N18 caliper has the same bolt pattern, but the caliper sits taller on the rotor. As such, the N18 version will not work with the IS-F rotor. You'll need to stick to the K17 type.

    In our continuing support of Lexus performance products and the UZ platform, we have finished this set of ZINC CHROMATED brackets to mount LS460 / LS600h or LS500 brake calipers to any GS300, GS400, GS430, SC430, and many others!

    These brackets are ideal for those DIYers that are looking for an inexpensive option for brake upgrades. You keep your factory brake lines in this bolt-on solution; all you need is a set of front 2007-2018 LS460, LS460L, LS600h, or even the new 2019+ LS500 fixed 4 piston brake calipers, LS460 fitment pads, and a set of 2008-2014 IS-F 14" rotors!

    Although the roll center adjusters aren't mandatory, they provide a bolt on solution. You do not have to run them, though if you do not, you may need to modify the mounting hardware. They will improve the suspension geometry on lowered cars at any rate, so we highly recommend them.

    Please note that the LS460 does NOT use 5x114.3 rotors, so you will NOT be able to bolt on the LS460 rotor. We do not have fitment confirmation on the larger LS460 F-Sport 6 piston Brembo brakes, though they may also fit when used with larger rotors

    Additionally, you will most likely need 18" wheels to fit over these. The only 18s we have found to not fit so far are some Enkei RPF1s. We cannot make any promises on what else will not fit, however every other 18" wheel we have tried does fit over these brakes, including factory X-Runner wheels, Enkei NT03+, G35 Ray's wheels, etc.

  • XAT 2JZ 1JZ Single Turbo Oil Line Feed and Drain Kit

    Please note this kit is a direct fit for rear sump engines. If you have a front sump application (IS300, GS300, Crown, S13, S14, etc.) or are using the extended oil drain, you will need to shorten the drain and use a new fitting for the hose end. We have that as a dropdown menu option

    1JZ/2JZ single turbo oil line kit for T series turbo, custom made in house! Includes everything pictured plus gasket for the turbo drain, 12mm to -3 adapter for the block oil outlet, and a rear oil outlet block-off. This means a -3 oil feed for the turbo and a -10 drain line. We recommend the -4 version for Borg Warner AirWerks turbos (S300, S400, etc.) as well as the EFR series. The EFR series of turbos has a -4 oil inlet built into the CHRA, whereas Precision turbos typically are over-oiled with -4 lines and should run a -3 instead.

    This is the highest quality kit on the market, utilizing aircraft grade hoses, and performance custom built 6061 T6 aluminum flanges.

    Since we do not use crimp-on fittings, we can also easily alter the length of the drain! This is ideal for those that want to make life easier for themselves and run an extended turbo oil drain. If you order the extended drain, we will make the drain line accordingly.

    We have done it again! Since 2009 XAT has worked to bring into service the much desired 4-piece metal head gasket for the 2JZGTE engine with a true STOPPER layer. As you know the factory 2JZ head gasket is quite robust, but there is nothing that holds boost like the STOPPER designs. The problem has always been that GReddy and HKS had a lock on this market and could charge what they want! We've been using this gasket in every 2JZ engine we've build for over a decade

    NOT ANY LONGER! We have available immediately modern 4-Layer Metal Head Gaskets 1.3mm thick with the proven STOPPER layer at an affordable price, and NOT made in an Asian country!

    Explanation for the difference between the 3-layer version, and this 4-layer, and the advantages. The 4 layer version allows for thinner layers, far improving heat dissipation as there are more layers to absorb the heat. Rigidity, durability and thermal transfer characteristics far exceed standard MLS head gaskets.

    How does the STOPPER layer work? The stainless steel .015mm thick STOPPER layer features a precision "fold" which encircles the cylinders creating an additional load point for the combustion chambers. In English??? The STOPPER layers STOPS combustion gasses from escaping in the best means possible, period!

    What about the top and bottom layers? They are active control layers are micro-embosses pre-coated steel that micro-seal engine fluids at the most disciplined level possible.

    The center layer? Made out of steel, precision manufactured with the main purpose to set an accurate overall thickness tolerance for the entire gasket. This ensures even distribution of pressure in the most accurate means possible.

    Why spend an extra $1,000-$3,000 more for a built short block, when we offer the exact same components (lets face it, everyone uses the same components) and many of the same machine shops everyone uses?

    Truth be told, not a single major Supra parts business has its own machine shop tools. Not one, us included. What we do have are machine shops (2) that have been machining 2JZ motors for years, so once we understand the application of the engine (race only, fast street car, etc), then we machine the block with the tolerances required.

    We assemble and meticulously build each motor in-house. All our tolerances are checked and then double-checked. Crank has already been confirmed rotationally during high-speed final balancing.

    Pistons weighed, rods weighed. We cannot describe everything we do in a simple listing, but suffice it to say, it's a comprehensive build. Rings are hand filed, and all torque settings done using SnapOn instruments kept in spec. You end up with a professionally assembled engine ready for install.

    Because of poor fitment of other manifold options on the market, we decided to develop a new exhaust manifold specifically for our JZS155 hardtop Crowns! This manifold puts the turbo in just the right position to not interfere with the throttle Y-pipe that goes over the engine, so you can retain the stock intake manifold still. Larger turbo setups may require further modifications, which you can expect with larger turbo setups anyways.

    304 stainless steel, 2mm thick runners, 1 5/8" runner ID and a 3 year warranty!

    Please note that while we try to keep the T4 version in stock, there may be a 4-6 week wait time for them to be custom made.

    Higher horsepower means more oil demand. When you're running twice or three times the stock power output, you absolutely have to be sure your engine is getting lubricated everywhere it needs to! Especially if you have an aftermarket oil cooler to keep oil temps down!

    What does XAT Racing do to bring you options for a better oil pump? We take a brand new OEM GTE (not GE) Toyota pump, remove all hard edges, radius all corners, enlarge the front main seal drain, and shim the pressure relief valve to give more max PSI. Make sure you get a quality oil pump for your engine, from the professionals at XAT Racing!

    In the pictures, you can clearly see some the upgrades we have made. Check out pictures where you can see the oil pressure relief piston polished for smoother operation, and more consistent oil pressures.

    There's plenty we do to greatly improve the oil flow without trying to "reinvent" the stock setup! The factory oil pump works well for factory applications, but there's clearly plenty of room for improvement, as we show here.

  • XAT 3UR Adapter T56 Magnum 1UR Billet FacePlate Conversion Plate for Manual Transmission 3URFE

    Quick version of what you will need:

    • T56 style throw out bearing
    • Our flywheel (no other ones will work)
    • 300ZX TT clutch
    • UR serviceable bellhousing with 12 bolt or 14 bolt trans flange
    • Pilot bearing (included)
    • T56 transmission

    As we break into the new era of 1UR and 3UR engines, we have begun development on 6 speed manual swap options. We've developed an adapter plate specific for the UR automatic bellhousings to convert to a manual transmission, in this case the popular Tremec T56 Magnum! This specific plate works on all UR engines, however you will need the matching bellhousing that has the 12 or 14 bolt bellhousing-to-trans-case pattern. The only 1UR bellhousing this does not bolt to is the Land Cruiser/LX460 200 series 1UR-FE with the same 14 bolt pattern as the 3UR engines.

    This billet aluminum adapter plate reuses your automatic UR bellhousing. Not all UR engines had a replaceable bellhousing, so you may need to source one from a GX460 or other Toyota/Lexus URs for instance. 

    Our flywheel for T56 transmission applications uses the same one as our UR-to-Nissan 6 speed (commonly referred to as the CD009). You will need our in house flywheel, which bolts to your factory flex plate. We are able to keep costs down of this custom billet part by reusing the factory flexplate for a ring gear, instead of supplying an aftermarket one that does not work any better than the factory parts do. T56 transmission not included.

    Please note the 1UR-FSE and 1UR-FE 4.6 engines uses a different flywheel than the 3UR-FE and 3UR-FBE 5.7 truck engine. You will reuse your factory flex plate for the ring gear and factory starter engagement.

    The T56 style throw out bearing is also used with these kits. These are relatively inexpensive, which helps keep swap-cost down. We also offer a Quarter Master TOB as an option for a higher quality long term investment. 

    Twin disc/multi plate clutches will require the use of the QM TOB, it is not optional on the 7.25" and 8.5" twin disc clutches we offer. The QM TOB also requires a Tilton quill tube (input shaft sleeve), which is included as well as the bleed line that is needed if the QM TOB option is selected.

    Why isn't everyone running a 3UR?! After tearing one down and analyzing the engine top to bottom, we've really come to appreciate the level of engineering that has gone into these engines. It's no wonder they were made for over 15 years! We feel they're extremely underrated, and they also respond especially well to supercharging.

    XAT has been building 3URs and developing new parts for years for customers worldwide. We pride ourselves with taking the time to correctly assemble and rebuild every engine, knowing them inside and out. We also are excited to build more and more of these for boost, as our daily driven Whipple supercharged Tundra has become an entirely different beast with forced induction.

    Every engine gets hand built to order. Not everyone has the same goals or budget in mind, so we have built everything from mild to wild, including an all out 6.8 liter bored and stroked version!

    You will need to send us your engine, or you can use one of our supplied cores. We have a few in stock!

    Our "base" engine build handles 800 HP reliably, but we do have a variety of options that you should also consider. If you're not sure if you want them, keep in mind that it's much easier to spend a few extra bucks while we have it and it's apart, than it is to go back in later and add these parts!

  • XAT 3UR Solid Lifter Upgrade Conversion

    The 3UR came with a maintenance-free set of hydraulic lifters to make things easy. At higher RPM and power levels however, sometimes they can't keep up. High performance Toyota G heads have traditionally had solid lifters, but unfortunately, the solid lifters from the 2UR-GSE do not work in the 3UR F head engines.

    So we've worked with an aftermarket company to develop a custom set specific to the 3UR (not repurposed from other applications) and is now stocked! These lifters are a 3 piece design, CNC'd, heat treated, and micropolished. Expert level stuff often found in Italian exotics with forced induction making well over 1000 HP!

  • XAT 3UR Supercharged 7" Pulley for ATi Crank Dampers

    Looking to push 800+ HP out of your 3UR engine? This pulley will make that an easier goal to hit! We custom made these pulleys with a 7 inch diameter to bolt on to our ATI crank pulley (not the factory one) and replace the factory size pulley they are normally made with. Our oversized pulley will help spin your supercharger faster, as boost pressure from a supercharger depends on the speed of the drive pulley and ratio between the crankshaft pulley and the supercharger's pulley.

    We offer these a la carte now for anyone that has previously purchased one of our custom ATi crank damper pulleys, and is looking to throw more boost at their engine.

    Stronger internals are absolutely required when running this pulley. You do not want to test the limits of your engine if you do not have aftermarket rods and pistons installed. Professional installation and tuning is required.

    These are not simply overpriced regrinds of stock cams. There are machined from new billet cores, with a profile made specifically for super charged engines! Whether you're using a TRD/Maggy blower or stepping up to the Whipple, these cams will help make the most of your "big block Toyota" project.

    These cams will be for anyone looking to get the most out of their Tundra, Sequoia, LX570, GX460, Land Cruiser, etc. with the 3URFE engine. THESE DO NOT HAVE THE LOBE FOR THE AIR PUMP FOR 1UR-FE ENGINES. OTHERWISE THEY WILL FIT.  We have specific 1ur-FSE camshafts as well- please inquire.

    If you've already done basic mods like intake, exhaust, and tune, this is the logical next step for you to have some noticeable gains, however you can expect to need at least an upgraded valvetrain to run these. We cannot confirm fitment with the LS460 and GS460 car 1UR-FSE engines.

    For the manufacturing process, we start with proprietary cast iron billets, CNC machine the lobes, and finish off with double heat treatment, 5160 induction hardening, and Tufftriding.

    Pictured is one set from the actual run of UR cams made!! We have just a few sets left in stock, as these are low production numbers. Once they leave, there may be a few weeks wait time before we get more in.

You WILL need to clearance the caliper around the mounting bolts (invisible when installed) to mount them, so make sure you do this before having them powdercoated if you go that route.     XAT Racing leads the world in Toyota/Lexus V8 parts! One of the most important and integral upgrades when squeezing more power out of the UZ engines is to go with better fasteners. We've developed a custom kit (not just reused other kits) to give your V8 a bit more room to work with safely, especially if you plan on boosting it!

    What's important about these ARP studs? The factory bolts are torque to yield, meaning they are purposefully stretched after one use, and cannot be safely reused. These ARP studs can be used countless times in multiple engine builds, provided they are not stretched.

    Studs also give you a more solid clamping force over bolts. Check out the excerpt from ARP's catalog for an explanation we have in the pictures! 

    For those looking to run more boost, more power, or just want added safety, we have also developed an ARP2000 version of our head stud kits! The added tensile strength of the ARP2000 material lets you torque the studs down further, giving you even more protection from lifting the heads and/or blowing a head gasket.

    Please note that you may have to shave 2 of the head studs down for each head a small amount for the scissor gears for the cams. This is most commonly an issue with non-VVTi 1UZs

  • XAT ATi 3UR Crank Damper Crankshaft Dampener Harmonic Balancer Pulley

    Ever have an engine come apart at high RPM? Well, we haven't. At least, not due to rotating assembly vibrations. We've partnered with the biggest name in the industry yet again to release an 800+ HP capable harmonic balancer for all 3UR-FE and 3UR-FBE 5.7 liter "big block Toyota" engines. That includes Sequoia, Tundra, Land Cruiser, and LX570.

    You will have to grind down the factory washer for clearance on the factory crank bolt for this to fit properly. We typically use a belt sander and hold it at a 45* angle to shave the OD. There is no other easy option for this

    Please note this does not work with 6 rib belt 1UR engines. We are still working on a solution for the small block 4.6.

    We now stock a special 7" overdrive diameter pulley for high boost applications with a supercharger! A larger pulley while keeping the included blower pulley the same size will spin the blower faster and make more boost. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE A BUILT ENGINE WITH AFTERMARKET RODS AND A SOLID TUNE.

    Looking to delete that power steering pump and go electric? We've got you covered! These are custom made, in house designed, machined in the USA (as all of our products are), and ready to go.

    Included is the billet piece and the pulley. This will bolt up to your factory power steering mount bracket. The size of the pulley is the same as the top idler pulley. Depending on what else you may be doing, you may need to use a different belt size. Best way to check size needed is to use a piece of string to route around and measure the length needed.

    We developed these, custom, in house, specifically for the Toyota V12 engine. They look way better than stock, and are a bit lighter as well! Replace your old, crusty pulleys with these instead.

  • XAT Crown Chaser Front LS460 Brackets Mark II Front Big Brake Kit LS460 Caliper Adapter Brackets X100 JZS151 JZS155 JZX100

    After the surprise success of our 2GS/SC430 brake adapters, we've started development on an IS300 version as well! These brackets let you bolt on 4 piston LS460 calipers to your IS300 / Altezza, making an inexpensive but VERY effective brake update option! Thanks to Toyota parts interchangeability, that means they also fit Chaser, Cresta, Crown, Mark 2, Progres, and Verossa chassis'!

    In our continuing support of Lexus performance products and the UZ platform, we have finished this set of brackets to mount 4 piston LS460 / LS600h brake calipers to any USDM IS300 2000-2005!

    These brackets are ideal for those DIYers that are looking for an inexpensive option for brake upgrades. You keep your factory brake lines in this bolt-on solution; all you need is a set of front 2007-2018 LS460, LS460L, LS500, or LS600h fixed 4 piston brake calipers, LS460 fitment pads, and a set of 2008-2014 IS-F14" rotors!

    Although the roll center adjusters aren't mandatory, they provide a bolt on solution. You do not have to run them, though if you do not, you may need to modify the mounting hardware. They will improve the suspension geometry on lowered cars at any rate, so we highly recommend them.

    Please note that the LS460 does NOT use 5x114.3 rotors, so you will NOT be able to bolt on the LS460 rotor. We do not have fitment confirmation on the larger LS460 F-Sport 6 piston Brembo brakes, though they may also fit when used with larger rotors.

    Additionally, you will most likely need 18" wheels to fit over these. The only 18s we have found to not fit so far are some Enkei RPF1s and IS250/IS350 F Sport front wheels. We cannot make any promises on what else will not fit, however every other 18" wheel we have tried does fit over these brakes, including factory X-Runner wheels, Enkei NT03+, G35 Ray's wheels, etc.

    Please also note these will fit the S150 series hardtop Crown, not the Crown Majesta. The Majesta JZS155 will use our GS300 adapter brackets

    Pictures show the RWD K17 type caliper being used. The AWD N18 caliper has the same bolt pattern, but the caliper sits taller on the rotor. As such, the N18 version will not work with the IS-F rotor. You'll need to stick to the K17 type. We do not support the N18 caliper, so you will need to verify before installation. We also sell the K17 calipers brand new for a very affordable rate!

    Keep in mind these are designed for off road use only and professional installation is required. We have been driving on these kits for over 3 years, but use at your own risk.

  • XAT Crown Chaser Rear 2nd Caliper Hand Brake Bracket LS460

    Fully delete your stock drum rear e-brake and run an independent hydraulic hand brake on your drift car! Excellent for those with Crowns, Mark IIs, Crestas, and Chasers with foot emergency brake setups that are looking to get sideways with a big upgrade!

    The caliper used is the factory rear 2 piston LS460 caliper from the non-sport, RWD cars. They are marked A16 in the casting. Be sure you have the correct ones!

    This kit works with both our rear Wilwood FSL rear upgrade kit. You will need to run our upgrade kit due to this using the larger Supra TT rear rotor. This will NOT fit a stock rear brake setup. You will also be replacing the factory drum e-brake entirely with this, so you will not be able to reuse that.

  • XAT Crown Intercooler Mount Brackets JZS155 JZS151 hardtop

    Sometimes, it's the little things. These brackets are billet CNC machined for direct fit of the SpeedFactory front mount intercooler to your hardtop 10th gen Crown hardtop or sedan (fitment not confirmed for Crown Majesta).

    These brackets are also included in our full Crown turbo kit.

    Keep in mind slight clearancing is required on of the support just above the intercooler. The intercooler is also meant to tilt forward on top slightly, as seen in pictures, which gives more room to work with the piping.

    Not everyone is looking to go wild with their car! We offer this as a simple bolt on solution for those with the 10th generation hardtop Crown (JZS151, GS151, JZS155, etc.) or RWD Crown Majesta (JZS155, UZS151, UZS157) who will be fine with just OEM style brakes.

    Please note that we have not found a 100% direct replacement for the hardtop stock rotors. With this kit, you may need spacers to fit. You should still be able to fit the factory JZS155 15" wheels, however we have not confirmed fitment yet.

  • XAT Crown Turbo and Intercooler Kit 2JZGE Royal Saloon / Touring JZS155 Hardtop Sedan 700HP+

    Is it...could it be?? The world's first JZS155 specific turbo kit?! OMG!

    We're huge fans of the 10th generation Toyota Crown here at XAT, especially the hardtop version with pillarless windows..and yes, we have a few of these cars. This kit includes everything you need to turbo your 2JZ-GE VVTi in your RHD Crown--no steering rack, downpipe, manifold, or wastegate issues here!

    Our kit has been developed entirely in house on one of our own JZS155 Crowns, specifically for 2JZ Crowns. Please note we cannot guarantee fitment on the Crown Majesta JZS155, as those are based off of the GS/Aristo JZS155 chassis, and might have slight differences in fitment. We have a customer making 558rwhp on this exact kit and bone stock internals!!

    Some of the many benefits of the "zenki" 95 to mid-97 Crowns are that they still have the same rods as the turbo 2JZGTE, cable throttle, and no MAF! An ECUMasters DET3 and some injectors will easily get you to 500+ HP!!

    The intercooler is rated for 700 HP, which is more than the turbo is capable of. So if you wanted to upgrade the turbo down the line, you still have room to do so. This kit is specifically built to make a mean street car with a very responsive turbo.

    The intercooler will replace your factory crash bar behind the bumper cover. There's only some minor clearancing recommended just below the stock grill (which is not visible with the bumper cover installed). We also weld a 90* compressor outlet elbow (included with the kit) directly to the turbo to make installation a very straightforward, bolt on install! The factory bumper cover does NOT need to be cut/modified, and the intercooler fits nicely between the frame rails! We're big fans of this style for that sleeper look. You may also need to move/bend the lines going from the auto trans to the radiator, if you still have an auto trans.

    The base kit does include a BOV, though we also offer better options. Whichever route you go with, we weld the BOV on the cold side piping for you that matches your blow off valve selection.

  • XAT Lexus IS300 GS300 DIY Return Fuel System Set-Up Package

    When doing any boost install to the Lexus IS300 or GS300, one must take absolute consideration of the limits of the engine, fuel system, engine management and operating environment, before you find yourself with a blown-up engine.

    There is much discussion on how much power the stock fuel system, engine management system, etc., the engine can handle. It is our "base" experience that on the factory small fuel injectors you can run about 285 RWHPsafely. Safely would be defined as injector duty cycle limit not exceeding 85% with an air fuel ratio under boost of 11.5 to 12.0 to 1 on good quality premium unleaded fuel. I know people have made 375rwhp on factory injectors, but this number is our opinion of "not safe", not everyone's.

    Not every customer requires the complete Stage 1.5 Accessory Kit, and frankly, some just want to swap their IS300 from the returnless factory style fuel system to the "required" Return Fuel System, which is a must for any boosted application in the IS300. Without this, you cannot successfully install a proper fuel pressure regulator.

    I said all that, to say this. We have this Fuel System Set-up Package which converts your factory fuel system to a return style fuel system. All parts are in this kit. Figure an afternoon to do the install for an experienced mechanic.

    The XAT Racing Lexus Brake Upgrade Kit comes with everything you need to bolt on this new brake setup, short of your favorite brake fluid. That includes calipers, rotors, pads, pins, anti-rattle springs, mounting hardware, roll center adjusters, brackets, and stainless braided lines.

    Calipers are sourced from a 2007-2020 LS460, LS460L, LS600h, and even the new LS500 4 piston fronts, RWD non-sport package K17 style. We typically source a used set and rebuild them, though we can also get brand new OEM Lexus/Advics ones if you prefer. 

    We typically prefer the Posi-Quiet Centric/Stoptech pads, as they have excellent street performance and are not unnecessarily loud/squeaky once properly bedded in. Other options are available as well, if you prefer.

    For discs, we use preferred Centric/StopTech 2008-2014 IS-F 360mm (14.2 inch) rotors, not the cheap garbage ones. They come cross drilled from the factory (just like the IS-F rotors are), though we have other bolt on options as well if you're going for a different style or preference. We've not heard of any issues with rotor cracking like some other aftermarket applications have reported.

    Please note that calipers are supplied bare natural dark grey. At this time, we do not have a reliable consistent source for powdercoating calipers properly, so we recommend reaching out to places local to you

    Although this kit uses DOT approved components, please note it is meant for off road use only. Proper installation is required, and all safety precautions should be heeded. Most parts are readily available, but expect about a 1 week wait for us to have everything together

    Additionally, you will most likely need 18" wheels to fit over these. The only 18s we have found to not fit so far are some Enkei RPF1s and IS250/IS350 F Sport front wheels. We cannot make any promises on what else will not fit, however every other 18" wheel we have tried does fit over these brakes, including factory X-Runner wheels, Enkei NT03+, G35 Ray's wheels, etc.

  • XAT Link Atom 1UZ Plug n Play Adapter Harness 1UZFE non-VVTi AtomX PnP

    Although it's not ideal, we do have a custom made to order plug n play harness we can make for your 89-97 1UZ equipped car (SC400, LS400, etc.). The Link G4X AtomX ECU is made to run minimal inputs/outputs as a budget standalone option for 4 cylinder vehicles, however it is possible to use this same box to run batch fire injectors, and wasted spark ignition on a V8 like a 1UZ. Link even has a sample map in their PCLink software to speed up the process!

    As an official Link ECU dealer, we can also supply the Atom itself, and any ancillary sensors you may need!

    Please note the Atom is not currently capable of controlling the IAC valve, so you will have to run without one or find other ways to control idle. This is for manual transmission applications only. If you intend on keeping the auto transmission, you would need to run an external transmission controller, manual valve body, or find another way to control it.

    Finally, a bolt-in clutch pedal bracket for LS400! Designed and produced in the Grindhouse skunk works, XAT Racing has just what you need to be doing clutch kicks in Grandpa's land yacht. This adapter uses a specific Wilwood clutch pedal with remote reservoir available from the dropdown menu! The end product is a 100% bolt-in assembly with many available cylinder bores and adjustable pedal engagement. Fitment has been confirmed on LHD UCF10 chassis (89-94 LS400) only.     A simple, clean installation for your 1UZ swap! These blockoff plates are for the 89-97 1UZFE engines (LS400, SC400) and bolt on to the intake plenum. Get rid of all the stuff you're not using and clean up your build!

    There's a few ways of deleting EGR from a non-VVTi setup. Our block off plate goes on the intake manifold itself. If you put it in between the intake manifold and the upper pipe, everything else can stay as it is. Otherwise you would ideally weld the header flange shut to stop any potential leaks there, and then you can remove the piping system entirely.

This flywheel does NOT require any spacers to bolt on, not even the factory spacer that goes from the crankshaft to the factory flex plate.

    Higher horsepower means more oil demand. When you're running twice or three times the stock power output, you absolutely have to be sure your engine is getting lubricated everywhere it needs to! Especially if you have an aftermarket oil cooler to keep oil temps down! What does XAT do to bring you options for a better oil pump? We take a brand new OEM one, remove all hard edges, radius all corners, enlarge the front main seal drain, and shim the pressure relief valve to give more max PSI. Make sure you get a quality oil pump for your engine, from the professionals at XAT!

    Please note that we start with an OEM part, even though it will not say Toyota on the box. We do not use knockoff brands for this, and will not risk an engine on poor quality or questionable parts.

    We are only currently able to source 1URFE and 3UR covers also at these prices. If you have a 1URFSE from a sedan (GS460, LS460) you will need to send your front cover and oil pump in.

  • XAT Quill Tube for Twin Disc Clutches on XAT Adapter Plates R154 W58 CD009

    We use this same quill tube on all of our adapter plates. Regardless of if you're using a CD009 Nissan 6 speed single disc adapter, updated short shaft R150, long shaft R154, or W58 plate, this quill tube will be what you need. Our plates are also drilled and tapped already to use the included set screws to retain it to the plate.

    This is a billet part, CNC machined to be a very tight fit with the plate. All Nissan 6 speed adapter plates use this, regardless of which clutch is being used. We include it with every adapter plate, but we also offer it by itself.

    Our R series (R150F, R154, R155, etc.) and W series plates (W55, W57, W58, etc.) have been machined to accept these since 2020, so installation is easy if you have an updated plate. You would only need this on a W or R plate if running a twin disc clutch.

  • XAT Racing 1GZ V12 Billet CD009 Adapter Plate for 1GZFE to Nissan 6 Speed

    When we took a look at the previous generation of adapter plates, all we could see was room for improvement and higher quality. We wanted a plate that would mount PERFECTLY with zero slop. It needed to look good and perform even better. DON'T get stuck with an overvalued, sloppy plate that ends up costing you input shafts and has poor fitment. You can go with a less expensive alternative and end up with broken parts, or you can do it right the first time with us! No complaints with over 5 years of service.

    This billet aluminum adapter plate reuses your factory 4 speed auto 1GZ bellhousing (1997-2004). It will require you to cut off the CD009 bellhousing, which gives MUCH more room to work with in most chassis. Alignment of the input shaft becomes dependent on this plate and not the quality of the bell housing cut, so worry not! This isn't like other kits out there. 

    2005-2017 bellhousings will not fit with this adapter. Although the GR-to-CD009 adapter plate we offer would bolt up, the thickness spacing is still wrong

    Regardless of which clutch you use, you will need to use the Quarter Master throw out bearing. 

    With single disc clutch setups, this kit is designed to use our custom flywheel that uses off the shelf "Z32 turbo" (89-96 Nissan 300ZX twin turbo) clutches, which are inexpensive, readily available, and hold power well. 

    Please see the listing below for the flywheel needed. Please note that with a single disc clutch, this requires a proprietary flywheel. OUR "OEM STYLE" AND "LIGHTWEIGHT" XAT FLYWHEELS WILL NOT WORK WITH THIS TRANSMISSION. You will need the specific CD009 flywheel made for this application.

    The twin disc setups include their own flywheel, but will also need a ring gear for the starter (the OEM auto flex plate)

    XAT Racing took a hard look at the concept, and decided to go all in with the "Toyota Big-Block" design. These V12s have started becoming more popular over the past few years!     Our products are CAD designed with OEM blocks and transmissions on professional equipment by industry professionals. No bad measurements, no flame cuts, no warped discs, no nonsense. You should be using a 3/4" master cylinder in tandem with the TOB we use.

    This is the missing link for doing the 1GZFE swap, or simply adding a manual transmission to your already badass Toyota Century. Our CNC process for manufacturing the plate results in an extremely precise adapter plate, laser tight tolerances, and a focus on quality that has yielded a product that will produce less wear on the transmission and clutch. The adapter kits come with the needed pilot adapter and bushing as well. This is the tried and true kit from XAT Racing, except no imitations when it comes to Toyota V12 1GZs. Sorry, V12 not included.

    You can also use the less expensive RAM throw out bearing with this kit, however we do not support it. You will need to drill and tap the plate at your own risk to mount one.

    WE HAVE COMPLETION!! First batch of cams have been completed. These are not simply overpriced regrinds of stock cams. There are machined from new billet cores.

    These cams will be for anyone looking to get the most out of their Lexus GS460, LS460, Toyota Crown Majesta etc. with the 1URFSE engine or LS600h with the 2UR-FSE (not the GSE in the F cars--RC-F, GS-F, LC500, etc). THESE ARE NOT MEANT FOR THE 1UR-FE TRUCK ENGINE IN THE TUNDRA, GX460, ETC.

    If you've already done basic mods like intake, exhaust, and tune, this is the logical next step for you to have some noticeable gains, however you can expect to need at least an upgraded valvetrain to run these.

    For the manufacturing process, we start with proprietary cast iron billets, CNC machine the lobes, and finish off with double heat treatment, 5160 induction hardening, and Tufftriding.

    Pictured is one set from the actual run of UR cams made!! We have just a few sets left in stock, as these are low production numbers. Once they leave, there may be a few weeks wait time before we get more in

    Cam specs for XAT cams:
    294 duration, 7.17 cam lift intake, 245 duration at .050"
    300 duration, 7.17 cam lift exhaust, 247 duration at .050"

    With the factory rocker ratio, that's 10.76mm of valve lift with our cams! As such, you should verify clearance with your pistons and these cams. In most cases, you may need custom pistons.

  • XAT Racing 1UZ Mk3 Supra Engine Mounts Toyota Lexus V8 3UZ Motor mounts

    Pre89 1UZ and 3UZ fitment confirmed reusing the stock Supra brake booster! Billet mounts for your aluminum UZ engine (or motor mounts, if you're wrong) into the MkIII Supra chassis! The pre89 version is finished and now available. If you have a 1989 model year Supra, please verify the subframe you have (or if your engine mounts were square or round) before ordering.

    Helpful hint: Square mounts came on the earlier cars, round on the later. 1989 was the crossover year, so please verify on your car.

    Includes rubber isolator mount! Well, not actually rubber, it's UHMW (ultra high molecular weight) with a shore hardness of 68D, roughly equivalent to over 100A (which is a more familiar comparison scale). Despite being one of the smoothest V8s ever created, we prefer having a dampening barrier vs. a "solid" mount to reduce NVH for street cars.

    These make bolting in your favorite UZ engine a breeze. Billet aluminum mounts, milled on a 5 axis CNC machine IN THE USA. Only the very best out there!

    These are for the non-VVTi 1UZs, VVTi 1UZs, and all 3UZ engines. Please note the 89+ version is different, but we do stock both!

    We cannot confirm fitment with the 2UZ. The iron block engines tend to have a different mount location

    The factory cast bracket for the timing belt tensioner could use an upgrade. This becomes especially apparent when running higher lift cams that makes any UZ an interference engine!     You've asked for it, so here it is! At long last, a viable rear brake upgrade solution to go with our front LS460 brake option!!

    Fitment confirmed on all 2GS cars, including:

    • 1998-2005 GS300
    • 1998-2000 GS400
    • 2001-2005 GS430
    • 1997-2006 Aristo
    • 2001-2010 SC430
    • 1998-2005 European and JDM IS200/IS300 (not USDM)

    With these adapter brackets, you will also need:

    • 2001-2006 Lexus LS430 rear calipers
    • 2001-2006 Lexus LS430 rear brake pads and hardware kit
    • 1993-1998 Toyota Supra twin turbo rear rotors

    And that's it! You can reuse factory brake lines, though we strongly recommend going with stainless braided lines for your application. Our brackets include mounting hardware, though you will also need the radial mount bolts for the caliper, which we have made an option as well. The factory Toyota/Lexus bolts aren't cheap, but they're perfectly suited for the task. They're thick, use rolled threads (instead of cut threads), and even come with thread locker pre-applied. Even if you plan on sourcing the rest of the kit yourself, we strongly recommend getting the caliper mount bolts from us at the same time at least

    Please note you may need to shorten the caliper mount bolts ~1/16" for fitment. This otherwise is a bolt on kit.

  • XAT Racing 2JZ Oil Pump High Performance Modified OEM Pump 1JZ 2JZ GTE

    Higher horsepower means more oil demand. When you're running twice or three times the stock power output, you absolutely have to be sure your engine is getting lubricated everywhere it needs to! Especially if you have an aftermarket oil cooler to keep oil temps down!

    What does XAT do to bring you options for a better oil pump? We take a brand new OEM GTE (not GE) Toyota pump, remove all hard edges, radius all corners, enlarge the front main seal drain, and shim the pressure relief valve to give more max PSI. Make sure you get a quality oil pump for your engine, from the professionals at XAT!

    In the pictures, you can clearly see some the upgrades we have made. Check out pictures where you can see the oil pressure relief piston polished for smoother operation, and more consistent oil pressures.

    There's plenty we do to greatly improve the oil flow without trying to "reinvent" the stock setup! The factory oil pump works well for factory applications, but there's clearly plenty of room for improvement, as we show here.

    XAT Racing 3UR Billet Fuel Rails 3URFE 3URFBE Fuel Rail Kit 1URFE

    Now exclusively black anodized!

    When we first began to modify and tune the mighty TOYOTA 3UR 5.7L v8 engine we dug into the areas that we could improve the performance and reliability of the engine. We all know that production equipment is made to work within stock performance parameters - so we knew that the fuel system would be the first place we would need to address. While the stock 3UR fuel rails do work just fine- when you start adding HP with a Supercharger or Turbo the fuel demand starts to exceed the flow capabilities of the stock fuel rails. Stock fuel rails are made from pressed and welded steel that have bent crossover and feed ports- these ports are as narrow as 5mm!! To put this measurement into perspective- each injector has a 6mm port on each rail- MEANING the feed port for all 4 injectors on each rail is smaller than just one of the injectors feed ports- WOW - so this is why Tundras approaching 600WHP start to run lean and drop pistons and start welding rings and breaking ring lands- the engine is going seriously lean under these high load situations-  this is where we stepped in- 


    XAT Racing 3UR billet -8AN fuel rails are made from genuine RMR fuel rail stock- machined to perfection  in a multi phase manufacturing process. We designed our fuel rail kit to exceed the performance of the stock rails when needed most- so we started with -8AN fuel rail stock- feed and drain ports are all -8AN ORB meaning you get a perfect o-ring seal on all inlets and outlets. Our injector standoffs have locating tabs so your injectors are facing the correct direction as TOYOTA designed- meaning your injector spray pattern is optimized- and not spraying in the wrong direction- this design feature is exclusive to the XAT Racing 3UR billet fuel rail kit. Injector standoffs have 14% larger (7.15mm) feed ports at the injector vs stock(6mm), while the rail inlet and outlet ports are a whopping 82% larger (9.15mm) than stock (5mm).  All standoffs as well as inlet and outlet ports are e-85 safe o-ring sealed for a leak free design- this also means an easy replacement of o-rings if you ever need to refresh the setup. Mounting tabs are located in the same OEM locations and even use the OEM poly spacer and bolt for install- making install as easy as it can get.

    Each kit comes with both fuel rails with all inlet and outlet ports in -8AN pre-installed as well as all standoffs installed.

  • XAT Racing 3UR-FE 5.7 V8 Dry Sump Oil Pan PREORDER

    We've focused on the 1UZ, 2UZ, and 3UZ engines for many years now, and will continue to develop more and more parts for those iconic V8s. We're also now starting to gear up for the UR market, starting with performance camshafts and a billet dry sump oil pan! We're building this around a 3URFE engine, and suspect it will likely fit the 1UR 4.6 and 2UR 5.0 V8s also. Confirmation will come at a later date.

    The pan is being designed to be used in conjunction with the Moroso dry sump oil pump. This kit is being modeled after the TRD UZ V8s one, but being built specifically for the larger UR block.

    Please note, this is not a complete bolt on kit. We are developing these still, which will be unique to each chassis. Expect to sacrifice your A/C compressor for this, or possibly have to relocate other engine driven accessories. You will still need the belt driven oil pump, lines, tank, and any other ancillary parts (such as cooler, filter housing, etc.), though these parts will depend on intended use, goals, and budget for the vehicle.

  • XAT Racing 8.5" Twin Disc Plate Clutch Kit 1UZ JZ CD009 V160 R154 etc

    This is a complete kit, with twin disc clutch assembly, install kit (ARP flywheel bolts, clutch hardware), button flywheel, and spacer as needed. 

    Which engine? Which transmission? All of them! 

    We have a version for your UZ engine, with Z33 / Z34 trans, R154, V160, or W58! The twin disc is recommended for 800rwhp cars for street/drift/endurance. The sintered metallic compound is one of the highest quality materials for clutches. This clutch has slots between the segments to help cool the clutch easier, and extra thick padding to last through an extreme amount of abuse! 

    All feedback for this clutch from our many customers over the years has been overwhelmingly positive. Clutch pedal isnt overly aggressive, it can still slip for street driving, yet has no problem holding gobs of power. Here at XAT, we often measure power in gobs. This kit holds "many" gobs. This is the 8.5 inch version we recommend most for street driven cars.

    The starter gear includes the ring gear needed to start the car. The much smaller button flywheel has much less rotating mass to deal with and works very well, but has no starter motor engagement. The base kit includes the button flywheel, with an option to have a full size flywheel and clutch combo. The assembled RaceLite clutch and flywheel weighs 22 lbs 14 oz.

    If this is your first time with an XAT clutch conversion, you will need the starter gear as well. Otherwise you can opt for the RaceLite flywheel instead and not need the starter gear or the button flywheel. You should be using a 3/4" master cylinder in tandem with the TOB we use.

  • XAT Racing Billet 1UZ 3UZ 2JZ Engine Mounts SC430, 2GS 1IS, GS400, GS430 and IS300 Swap UZ V8

    How race car are you? Probably race car enough to have loose, bad mounts, floppy engine, or maybe none at all and you need the right ones to mount your UZ. These billet, made in the USA 6061-T6 aluminum engine brackets (or motor mounts if you're wrong) were designed to tighten up your 1UZ or 3UZ from flopping around and keep it properly corralled. 

    The 2 piece design keeps it simple and bolt-on for any 2GS/Aristo 1998-2005 GS400, GS430, 2001-2010 Soarer/SC430, or even a UZ swapped 2001-2005 IS300. All hardware is included, so these bad boys are ready to drop right in.

    Knowing Toyota, there are likely many other applications these will fit for as well. As we get confirmation, we will add compatibility notes to this listing. 

    The version 3 we now have of these mounts is more modular and should fit any factory JZ or aluminum UZ application! Dont forget to select your chassis from the dropdown menu.

  • XAT Racing Billet CD009 Adapter Plate for 1UZ to Nissan 6 Speed 2UZ 3UZ

    When we took a look at the previous generation of adapter plates, all we could see was room for improvement and higher quality. We wanted a plate that would mount PERFECTLY with zero slop. It needed to look good and perform even better. DON'T get stuck with an overvalued, sloppy plate that ends up costing you input shafts and has poor fitment. You can go with a less expensive alternative and end up with broken parts, or you can do it right the first time with us! No complaints with over 5 years of service.

    This billet aluminum adapter plate reuses your automatic 1UZ, 2UZ or 3UZ bellhousing. (U1 or U2 from the 4 speed and 5 speed autos. 3UZ 6 speed bellhousing will not fit). It will require you to cut off the CD009 bellhousing, which gives MUCH more room to work with in most chassis. Alignment of the input shaft becomes dependent on this plate and not the quality of the bell housing cut, so worry not! This isn't like other kits out there. This will also fit 2UZs, though the kit was designed to use the U1 bellhousing specifically.

    Regardless of which clutch you use, you will need to use the Quarter Master throw out bearing. 

    With single disc clutch setups, this kit is designed to use our custom flywheel that uses off the shelf "Z32 turbo" (89-96 Nissan 300ZX twin turbo) clutches, which are inexpensive, readily available, and hold power well. 

    Please see the listing below for the flywheel needed. Please note that with a single disc clutch, this requires a proprietary flywheel. OUR "OEM STYLE" AND "LIGHTWEIGHT" XAT FLYWHEELS WILL NOT WORK WITH THIS TRANSMISSION. You will need the specific CD009 flywheel made for this application.

    The twin disc setups include their own flywheel, but will also need a ring gear for the starter (the OEM auto flex plate)

    Included with purchase on this listing:

    • Adapter plate with hardware to install

    • Pilot bushing adapter, with bushing installed

    XAT Racing took a hard look at the concept, and decided to go all in with the "Toyota Small-Block" design. These V8s have started becoming overwhelmingly popular over the past few years! This will fit all versions of this transmission: CD001, CD003, CD005, CD008, CD009, JK41A, JK41B, JK40C, 1EA0A, and 1EA0B from the 2003-2008 Nissan 350Z/Fairlady Z, 2009-2020 370Z, Skyline V35 and V36 non-GTR sedan and coupe, and Infiniti G35 and G37 

    Our products are CAD designed with OEM blocks and transmissions on professional equipment by industry professionals. No bad measurements, no flame cuts, no warped discs, no nonsense. You should be using a 3/4" master cylinder in tandem with the TOB we use.

    This is the missing link for doing the 1UZFE, 2UZFE, or 3UZFE swap, or simply adding a manual transmission to your already existing UZ powered vehicle (LS400, SC400, and GS400 included). Our CNC process for manufacturing the plate results in an extremely precise adapter plate, laser tight tolerances, and a focus on quality that has yielded a product that will produce less wear on the transmission and clutch. The kits being sold by our "competition" are routinely a few thousands off and have sloppy fitting dowel pin holes. We have even seen competitor's products first hand being warped right out of the box! The adapter kits come with the needed pilot adapter and bushing as well. This is the tried and true kit from XAT Racing, except no imitations when it comes to 1UZs..

    You can also use the less expensive RAM throw out bearing with this kit, however we do not support it. You will need to drill and tap the plate at your own risk to mount one.

    You may also need other manual conversion parts, depending on your chassis. Please keep in mind you may need to use a 3/4" bore master cylinder with this kit. The factory master cylinder may be enough, however it will ultimately depend on your application. The majority of Toyota car manuals have a 5/8" bore master. The optional master cylinder we provide may require further chassis modification to bolt up to your firewall.

    The GKTech shifter is great for relocating the shifter fit Lexus SC fitment and MkIV Supra fitment. Should also fit other applications as well, though that will depend on the chassis you're using and where the engine is mounted
